Being adjudged among the top 50 of the Great Indian Poetry Award 2018 by the eminent jury was my first major poetry prize and is very special to me. Much passion, planning and effort must have gone into this mammoth task that has taken 2 years to materialise in the form of an ebook. To get published with some great poets like Gulzar, Taslima Nasrin, K. Satchidanandan is a great honour. Aatish 2 is a compilation of some of the finest poems from different poets. I think it's a fantastic read to any poetry lover. I would recommend this book anthology for everyone to get through it at least once. Aatish 2 is a magnificent anthology of poems of works of esteem writers like Gulzar,Javeed akhter as well as budding writers like me. It's a great honour to be published among the galaxy of inspiring poets. Not only the poems but also the cover and illustrations are fascinating. Was eagerly waiting for the second part. I still keep going back to part 1 to unwind. What makes this anthology special is that it doesn't filter its writers on any basis, which in turn gives its readers the upper hand in choosing what they want in spite of the brilliant names that it boasts of.
