My intentions with reading this book was to have a better insight into Typography from the point of view of a designer as I have no experience at all. Originally it was just part of a list of recommendations to aid with my courses for university, but I am glad I listened and picked it up. Definitely one of the most helpful books I've read and will continue to go back to as I pursue my journey in design.

I am loving this book! It is funny, well written and a wealth of typographic history and technique. It’s just truly informative and fun to read. The personalities of the authors come through and make a potentially dry topic readable and enjoyable. It’s not easy to find books like this any longer, and I recommend it wholeheartedly.
