Integrated Weightlifting: The Truth behind effortless Movement

Rate this book
Be it Weightlifting or some other sport, what allows one to perform it fully, freely and thus, effortlessly, is how much Truth they know about it. The world of how-to's, technique, coaching, physical, and mental therapy will make it sound otherwise, and relentlessly sell "their secret" to draw in the crowd. And I will say - good for them. Let the crowd go there. For the truth is not for everyone. This book is but for the rare few, who are ready to be one of a kind, both physically and mentally.

Probably one of the most insightful books I have read. Succint and concise. A great guide that offers its readers a fresh look and understanding at how humans learn and master one's art. You don't have to be a weightlifter to enjoy this. Everything written here can easily be applied to any sort of artistic pursuit.

Amazing book. Provided me with a shift in perspective on the way I view training and fitness. Taught me the importance of using the "intelligence" which my body inherently possesses. Highly recommend this book to those who struggle to move naturally and freely.
