Rate this book
A seemingly ordinary day at Nana and Granddad's is quickly filled with excitement and suspense as Leo and Granddad launch a rescue mission to save an injured robin. However, the rescue is far from the end of the story. An excellent written book. Engaging and captures the imagination. I really felt that I was with Leo at Nana & Grandad’s home. My children, both under three, although didn’t read the book in one sitting, they thoroughly enjoyed the book and with the help of the great illustrations allowed them to follow the story.

Amazing little story! So touching and sweet. Loved reading about the obvious beautiful relationship between Leo and his grandparents. The whole story shows kindness from start to end and provide a lovely lesson to us all in the act of kindness.

A heartwarming story of a special little Robin becoming an extended part of the family. So wonderful to see Sam’s beautiful illustrations come to life as you turn each page. It’s a firm favourite in our house and feel good go-to for our family story time.
