Mike and Cat – A hot shot of SIN!
In this second return to Amatory in the Naughty Nights novella series, we hear from Mike Garret. He’s the second of the two brothers who first met S.I.N. (Sebastian, Ivan and Nathaniel) in college, becoming their entrusted and wealthy employees as they built their successful businesses. I loved their story and admired them both for their hard work ethic, showing that any background can be overcome, although in Mike’s case, the emotional fallout certainly left a deep cleft in his soul.
Seeing the fulfilling relationships his friends were building with their ladies made him rethink every opinion he’d believed about women, and love.
Catarina was a struggling artist who knew both Annaliese and Christopher (siblings from Seductive Sacrifice), and was estranged from her family after opting to following her career choice. I loved her character. She was a perfect balance of hot and creative while hiding the insecurity of never being good enough.
Together these two were on fire 🔥🔥🔥. While I loved their instant connection and chemistry, it was also great to read about them overcoming past insecurities and judgements, and seeing if they could finally learn to do the ultimate in a relationship – trust and love unconditionally.
Where Rich and Kara’s Novella was a little more on the sweeter side, Mike and Cat’s story is definitely a hot shot of sin, and as a part of the Amatory series, it’s set in and around the world we love. 5 Stars for this return to Amatory. What is your pleasure?

Sweet and sexy all rolled into one beautifully perfect story.
I have love all the Amatory series but this one really touched my heart. Witnessing Mike learn to love after his childhood and overcome the fear of not being good enough to fit into Catarina's families lifestyle. Catarina taking her own path and choosing the life that made her happy no matter what anyone else thought. The chemistry between these two was fire.A truly perfect love story. I highly recommend the whole series if you haven't read them yet. I can't wait for the next one.
