Buddy and the seniors at Magnolia Gardens have lived through some of the world's most trying times, but never have they ever had to witness anything like the Coronavirus. Buddy has his own thoughts and ideas about the "Convontay" Virus. While he witnesses life changing before his very eyes, will he be inspired to make some changes? Will things ever get back to normal?
A fun and delightful read. Buddy, a senior citizen that still has it going on in his mind. Like many Americans, Buddy first believed the untruth of the Corona Virus and despite all his jokes and disbelief, COVID 19 made an over the top believer out of him. This old man m’s character had me laughing out loud page after page. Then bonus was him finding love and trying you live right and make amends for his more reckless days.
I’m really loving these short stories that Michelle is writing about the pandemic that we are going through right now. Buddy, just like so many Americans, are really not serious about the virus until it actually hits close to home. This story was so realistic and I’d definitely recommend it for reading
Buddy and the Virus was a quick and engaging page turner for me. As the covid-19 outbreak continues, many of us are seeking entertainment and inspiration while staying at home. Michelle offers just that. Her readings offer some respite from what's going on outside. I am a grateful fan.
Excellent read, I loved the storyline and characters. Buddy is hilarious. I enjoyed his interactions with everyone in all three books. Bertha is a great match for Buddy, and I’m overjoyed they got their happy ending. It’s refreshing reading about seniors having an active life.
Chose 5 stars because it is so true. I know people who have panicked and pushed love ones away and disconnected due to the Carona Virus and changed the relationship. It was very emotional !!
This story is a wonderful addition to, "Magnolia Gardens" series. The names that "Buddy" called covid-19, kept me laughing. The book brought out the fervent behavior of the character.
Great read. I really love how Buddy was talking about the virus like it wasn't real. People today is still like Buddy. I think people of all sebaceous enjoy this book.
