I’m going pro. The NFL is waiting.
I can have any girl I want. And I want Suzy.
I’m skilled at the game, and trust me, I know how to score.

She thinks I’m just another player, and she’s probably right.
I want to be more for her, but she’s not buying it.
Why would she? My record speaks for itself.
Long-term relationships? I don’t do those.
But now I’m rethinking everything…

And I don’t care what it takes; I’ll prove myself to her.

I may win every day on the field, but she won my heart the moment I set eyes on her.

I am to blame for not seeing that this was a short story. I rarely read them because they are not as developed as I prefer.
However, it was sweet, insta love and well written.
Dex didn’t convince me of his feelings, since the only thing on his mind was to have sex with Suzy.
I had to read plenty of times that Suzy was a virgin and it became monotonous and tiring.
The epilogue was very good though!

(Although the cover was fantastic, it bore no relation to the story’s character!)

This has been such a great series so far and I loved Suzy you couldn’t help but respect her. I highly recommend this series.

Suzy isn’t really the party girl type in fact she prefers to spend time on her own reading or watching Netflix but her roommate is determined to take her to the football frat party. After Riley saunters off to get some drinks she is approached by a drunk player, she is unsure how to handle the situation especially when he is grabbing at her and is grateful when she is rescued by Dex. There is just something about him that calls to her, but she has heard of his reputation and is determined to not just be a notch on his bedpost, will Suzy give in to the Star Quarterback and if she does will her heart survive?

Dex the star of the football team doesn’t have to work to get a woman to share his bed and he has been no saint but when he sees Suzy with his teammates hands on her there is something about her that divides her from the crowd and he is drawn to her like she is the light. Once he has her in his arms and they share a kiss he knows that this is where she was meant to be but when she runs he is unsure of how to make his next move and when she turns out to be his tutor he knows this is his chance to show her what they could be but when she overheard him and a teammate he knows this time he may have destroyed any chance he had. Can he get her to forgive him or is it too late?

This was a well written engaging short story and maybe my favourite in this series but as there are more to come it’s entirely possible that will change. Definitely a recommended read. I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced copy of this book 4.3*

This is the third book in the unstoppable alpha series, and it might even be my favourite so far.

Suzy goes to a frat party with her roommate Riley. Almost instantly she's approached by a drunken and handsy guy. Thankfully she's saved by the big and gorgeous Dex, also known as Dex the rocket.

It's lust at first sight, but what I like about this book is that she really tries to resist the sweet-talking Quarterback. But it becomes a bit harder when it turns out she's his tutor and he becomes unstoppable in his mission to have her.

Minor drama but resolved quickly.

Safety and Spoilers

Safe. h is manhandled by a jock at the party, H steps in to save the h. h overhears two girls talking about sending nudes to the H and trying to hook up with him. H is a big playboy. I didn’t really feel the connection between the two. H thought nothing except sex about the h, it seemed like that was all he was after. h is a virgin. H talks some locker room talk with a teammate and h overhears and refuses to talk to him. H knew h was just outside and still said stuff that he should have known would be hurtful if h overheard. h forgave him way too soon with very little apology. No abuse, no cheating. H is a big playboy and they didn’t use any kind of protection.

Don't get me wrong this college romance was okay, but it didn't work because it was too short. How can two people fall in love in basically a day or two? It was written well and i liked the characters, i just would have liked more plot, more relationship building between the main characters and more supporting characters. It has so much potential but didn't hit the mark for me.

The scene at the football house after their first date was just so cringe. What a pansy, regardless of his "excuse".

He Goes Deep by Jenna Rose

HERO - Rodney Dexter Johnson aka Dex. College senior at UT Austin. Quarterback about to go pro.

HEROINE - Suzy. College freshman. Statistics tutor. Homebody.

OVERALL THOUGHTS - This one just didn’t do it for me. I liked Suzy as a character and her thoughts and actions got me to chuckle a couple of times during the story. Other than that, there wasn’t really anything to like. I never felt that she was special to Dex. It was more like she was a challenge he was willing to take on because she was a virgin and had big boobs.

Dex’s POV also felt off to me. I never really got alpha male vibes from him even though he continuously says he’s the big man on campus. It seemed really obvious that his male POV was written by a woman and for the whole story, I couldn’t shake that feeling.

It was an entertaining read thanks to Suzy, but I didn’t find their romance to be believable nor did I like Dex as a character. Also, I don’t remember getting any physical descriptions of them except that he’s tall and built while she’s short and curvy. Because of all that, it was just okay and I probably wouldn’t read it again.

I liked this story a lot. It was short, entertaining, and enjoyable. The characters were great. I couldn't decide initially if I liked Riley or not, but in the end, I decided that she was a good friend.

I liked that Dex was all-in right away. He did irritate me when he acted like a moron, but I liked that he kept trying to get Suzy to listen to him. I liked that Suzy ended up letting him explain and offer her options on how to prove himself. Their happy ever after made me smile. I recommend reading this book.

He Goes Deep a sweet instalove story of find the right one when you lest expect it with little drama

Suzy prefers a quite night in her dorm room and Dex is the start quarterback. Suzy is dragged out to a frat party by her roommate who wants to make sure she does not miss the "College Experience". Once at the party, her roommate leaves her alone and she is hit on my a jock who won't accept no. Dex helps Suzy and offers to go for a walk. There is just something a her Dex can't put his finger on. Scared and wary of Dex true intentions, Suzy gets away as soon as she can, but can they stay away.

This fast pace story is filled with questions, uncertainties, love and building of trust that will have you glued to your seat with each turn of the page.

He throws deep and he scores big but does he stay after the celebrations

He Goes Deep is the third book in the Unstoppable Alphas series and this is fast-paced, OTT, college star athlete falls for quiet bookworm story. Dex and Suzy meet at a college frat party which she was dragged to, as it is not her thing. But when a more than drunk octopus gets clingy with her Dex saves her. They have an instant attraction for each other but they are very much opposites. Well opposites need each other and these two soon find that they do also.

I received an ARC of this book from the author for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
He goes deep is book three in the unstoppable alpha’s series. This story is short, fast paced and an easy read. I read this book in less than half an hour. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters ok and the storyline easy to follow. Suzy is a college student that is focused on her education. When her best friend drags her to a party she meets Dex.
I did see some chemistry between Dex/Rodney and Suzy but I would have liked a bit more.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an easy read.

Suzy is in college and she is still holding on to her v-card and is waiting for the right guy to come along. Her best friend Riley talks her into going to a party and she agrees to go to this party. She goes and gets saved by the football hero and ladies man, Dex. Dex isn't like all of the guys that Riley is used to and he might have to up his game to prove her wrong. This was a hot and steamy sports read that you will love reading.

This is a cute story set in a US college; Frat boy Maths girl; what could go wrong?

This book is a short but sweet take on the old adage 'love conquers all'. The two main characters fit together like a hand in glove and are supported by their partying room mates.

The story moves quickly but is just right for drawing the reader along with the couple.

I really enjoyed this book and recommend it but you should read it and make up your own mind xx

Suzy is dragged to a party at the football frat house by her friend, Riley. She is rescued at the party from Dex. The next day Dex meets Suzy again for a tutoring session. When Suzy overhears Dex's comments at another party and some girls comments when they enter the frat house, Suzy runs. This is good, short story. The characters mesh well together. The story flows smoothly. It is an entertaining read for me because of the real life college experience mentioned in the book.

Dex is the star quarterback for his college football team, so if there's anything that he's good at it's going deep! He meet Suzy at a football party and instantly realizes that she's his game changer. I enjoyed this short, hot read by Jenna Rose. It is safe in that there is no cheating and Suzy is a virgin, but it is alluded that Dex had a bit of a past, which is not surprising considering that he's a football star. But we definitely get a happy ending, some very hot sexy times with a dash of drama thrown in. I'm really loving this series and can't wait for the next!

Dex and Suzy were super cute together. Dex is a player but that all changes when he saves Suzy and feels an undeniable pull to her. Shy Suzy still holds her V and only wants to give it to prince charming but she falls for Dex instead. A "joke" gets taken then wrong way and their HEA is in jeopardy! I recommend this super cute and short book!

This is a short story about Suzy and Dex. Riley convinces Suzy to attend a college party, where Suzy is left stranded and alone to fend for herself until Dex literally saves her from an awkward situation. Despite being a quarterback I really liked Dex because he wasn't one of the "I'm above everyone" guys. This was a good story. 5 stars. Goal!

Nerdy, math whiz Suzy is no match for football quarterback Dex in the third installment of Jenna Rose’s Unstoppable Alphas. Talk about mowing down the competition, when Dex set his sights on Suzy, he goes pit bull on her, knowing that he has found the girl of his dreams.

Short and sweet, Jenna Rose scored a homer in with this one!
