This book is an exceptional resource for colored pencil artists. The excercises helped me realize how to choose and layer colors more effectively. Using a limited color palette to complete the practice drawings was an eye opener for me.

This book is small but mighty. It is exactly what it says, a workbook. But after doing all the work, I learned so much! My color picking and mixing improved ten fold. I highly recommend this for any serious colored pencil artist.

Really, really helpful. This has turned into a huge project for me, and I'm getting to know my pencils pretty well.

I first did this book using Polychromos. Now I'm doing Pablos.
