You are busy, we get it. While mindfulness sounds wonderful, you don’t need another thing on your to-do list. Even with the best of intentions, good habits are incredibly difficult to form.

Fortunately for you, mindfulness doesn’t need to be complicated and can fit into even the busiest of schedules. Research has shown that the best way to incorporate a new habit into your life is to fit it around your existing behaviour.

Through leading-edge science and a bit of humour, Dr. Lisa Belanger, behaviour change expert, describes how to practice mindfulness that will relieve stress, help you recharge and refocus in minutes. By making simple changes to the way you are doing things every day, such as drinking coffee, taking a shower or driving to work, you can start to reap the benefits of mindfulness in no time.

Learn how to start mindfulness practices immediately and how to incorporate short, daily brain practices to improve focus. Lisa’s book offers the best research-based strategies when it comes to taking breaks. Learn to manage your stress, improve performance and walk away with a better understanding of what mindfulness can do for you.

“If I could give a gift to the people around me it would be this- the ability to slow down when needed, to experience the present and to relieve the worry, fear and dread that is only available when thinking about the future or the past.”
