Poorly Written

There is undoubtedly some lifestyle and “dietary” change information here that would be valuable as the author is a nutritionist. Unfortunately, I found this book hard to read just because of the awkward writing style. My guess is that the author is not a native English speaker. That's fine, of course, but if that is the case, the author should have the book at least vetted or proofread by a native English speaker. While I was looking forward to the author's insights, the awkwardness was so bad that I just gave up after a certain point. If you don't mind slogging your way through sentence after sentence of poorly written text, you may be able to get more of this book than I did.

I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

An informative and useful book. There are some really easy to follow yet tasty recipes in this book. The author isn’t expecting anyone to change over night but has laid out a plan to allow for gradual change in the hope that it shall be a lasting change. A useful book.
