This book looks at what it takes to communicate well and what makes a person a good communicator. I liked that the book looked at oral communication as well as other forms of communication. Often in the workplace and our everyday lives we must communicate in various different ways, not just speaking. The author then gives helpful tips and tricks on how to be better. I think the advice the author gives is spot on. Also, that it is realistic and doable. I think this is a well done book.
Very good book for introverted people, it teaches you how to generate confidence in yourself and explains the fundamentals of verbal and non-verbal communication as well as the importance of listening to others
I listened to the audiobook and it was SOO good. Clear, concise, and straight to the point of how to effectively communicate with all walks of life. Being mindful and aware of your words and how it impacts other people. Nonverbal cues are just as important as verbal cues.
Thought this was gonna have better tips and tricks on how to read people and persuade and stuff like that but no it was so boring and very textbook like. The most basic communication stuff ever.
