My Review - I was checking out the Amazon eBook section when I found this book and thought it to be relevant during this ongoing Lockdown in India. So the book has 21 Was to Improve your immunity which includes few Yoga Asanas, few diet changes and a few healthy mental notes. Though they are briefer than a brief and could’ve been put more info in some section especially dietary ones. This book can just be said as a compilation of several already knows things to move your body which is floating across the internet especially on several messaging app. All in all, I’ll recommend this to the people who are almost turned into a couch bag but think its the time to get up and do the most of the basic to remain healthy body and mind. Though I’ll say it again they are the way to brief and if interested you can go for more insightful books other than this.
Conclusion - Not 21 but a few ways to boost your immunity.
