Great thoughts about the importance of cultivating imagination in our children, especially while they are young.

Without imagination, where are those who can come up with creative solutions our society needs?

It takes the left and right brain working together and there are fabulous quotes and thoughts in the book of great writers, storytellers, etc. Stressing the importance of not just telling logical stories based on reason alone, but rather cultivating the Heart and an imaginative mind where freedom to think and express blossoms.

We read Anne of Green Gables after this and it was such a great compliment to this idea of cultivating imagination.

And we have been enjoying delving more into fairy tales while kids are young...
