An Omega slave living totally isolated from people. She is treated harshly, not a day goes where she is tormented and abused to scars and bruises. She lives in fear with the cruel Chieftain and his wife. Unknown Omega shows us not only the Omega slave does not know she is an Omega but also what is an Omega.

Five members (I'm not actually sure on the numbers) of high-elite secret military Alpha team have come to fulfil purpose. They are brown and exceptionally trained. Seec'k is an Alpha who is densed and pigheaded at the beginning.

The female character has no name. She and Seeck meet in a situation after she was nearly raped and Seeck finding his mate soon after and reacting to his instincts then literally throwing her across was a bad start. While Seeck wasn't accepting of his Omega his team does look after her. This Omegaverse is a little different compared to normal Alpha/Omega world. The Omega wasn't taken by force or put into situations she doesn't like by her mate.

What I didn't like in this book is the information was too much, so much detailes which was unnecessary. There are POV's of the Omega and the elite members.

I can guess each of the elite members gets a book of their own but putting their POV's in the book that's for Seech and his Omega ruins the excitement of curiosity of those characters. The POV's of the main characters only would be fine.

The story starts with a Mission Impossible vibe, which was engrossing. Somewhere is the middle where the Omega meets the elite-Alphas made me lose interest. This story has betrayal and abuses. It's action-packed and suspenceful.

I enjoyed this series opener. I like the story line and the alphas, the new take on Omegaverse. Seeck and Nova's love built slowly, overcoming distrust and misconceptions. This gave their love a solid foundation with deep trust. I really am looking forward to the next one in the series.

VT Bonds was the first writer to ever get me to enjoy novellas. Seriously, she wrote her BDSM Skylar’s Story series so well that it felt like a full-length novel.

Anyway, any author who can do that for me deserves all the stars :-)

When I saw that she was writing an Omegaverse I was jumping oan the spot, man!
I’ve been waiting for this and it’s finally here!
I was sooo not disappointed either!

THE DUDES

There are a group of five feckin’ tough as nails alpha males. And these boys make my mouth water and my lady bits squelchy and moist (yes I went there, lol)

They are so aware of each other and so well trained in black ops/secret missions etc. that they move as one well oiled and muscled...and hot...and fierce...and dominating...and testosterone-filled machine.

Sorry, got carried away there.
This story is Seecks. He and the lads are on a mission and have a job to do in this hot as Hell land where laws seem obsolete.

A land of slavery and greed. A land of no Omegas.

Or so they thought.
Until the Unknown Omega is discovered.

Dirk sniffs her out first and he’s all like “Damn guuurl, you smell hot”. He follows her for a bit and good thing he did as she would have been killed by a group of right nasty cunts. So yeah he saves her life and his interest is piqued but he leaves it be.
Next day Seeck catches her sniffs and he is immediately turned the fuck on. Like, all the way.
He finds her in a really sorry state as she’s just been raped and is running away but he can’t seem to control his alpha reactions to this woman.
He goes down on her right there! Outside in the scorching heat! But then he realises something isn’t quite right with her and...well let’s say he reacts badly.

Not gonny lie, this dude needs a sac punch for his behaviour.
Anyway, he’s fighting an internal battle and it is painful guys.

UNKNOWN OMEGA

Omg, this poor wee lass. She doesn’t even have a name!
As a baby, she was abandoned and has spent her whole life as a slave and treated terribly. Every. Single. Day. Canings and beatings and so much more.
It’s really heartbreaking.

She’s so malnourished and broken that she is near death and would quite happily surrender to it. And she would have...but, in step the dudes.

One of them in particular, Seeck, smells so good to her and even though he took what she was NOT willing to give, she can’t help but feel drawn to him. And it pisses her off, quite rightly so!

But here’s the thing.

She has no idea what an Alpha or Omega even is.
She has no idea who or what she is.
She has no idea why she is so soothed by the rumbling noises these men make.
She is terrified.
But you know what? My absolute favourite thing about her?
She’s fierce as FUCK!
I love it when a wee scrap of a girl growls and snarls at these massive Alphas - and they back the fuck off!
I just love the whole primal thing, it turns me on so much!

SEX SCENES

I FECKIN LOVE NESTING AND SLICK - I may have mentioned that before :-)

These blankets somehow smell clean. But they’re wrong. And my clothes are filthy, staining the air with putrid smells. I roll off the bedding, slide out of my ruined garments, and move on instincts—I put the two pillows where I want them and start moving blankets. Still not satisfied, I heave an unhappy noise and rip a sheet off the tiny pile, bundling it up and tossing it to the side. I snatch it up again, snarling at Seeck’s attempt to take it, and lay it a different direction. I fluff, pull, and fold, an odd sense of accomplishment rolling through me as I burrow into the middle. The moment I settle, desperation rises in my chest. It’s still wrong. “Nova, invite me in,” he demands, his voice above me. Yes. It’s him that’s missing. He belongs right there—I’ve even left a space for him. I shift forward and reach beyond my cocoon, wrap my fingers around his naked ankle, and tug.

“Yes, Nova. You need me, and I need you. Take me. Hurry, little Omega, before I lose control,” he demands, and then he growls—deep, unrelenting waves that overtake my fear and demand action. Slick pours from me, drenching his dick, and I rise on shaky legs. I slide along his shaft, doubt invading my mind as I feel his full length for the first time. I put his cock head to my entrance and whine—there is no way he’ll fit. His calloused hands roam, and my nerves respond, eager to accept him. I sink down, panting as he stretches me. Lifting and lowering in tiny increments, I struggle to accommodate him, but desperation makes me keep trying. He hits a sensitive spot inside and I yelp and jerk away. His strong fingers wrap around my hips and pull me down as he surges up. I scream, an orgasm ripping through me, the pain and pleasure mingling. He pulls me halfway off him, growling his song of delight, and forces himself deeper than before. My orgasm doubles as exquisite pressure stretches the inside of my channel. “Mine, Nova. Take my knot. Take my mark.”

Final Thoughts on UNKNOWN OMEGA by VT Bonds.

I LOVED this story and am extremely excited to read all of the upcoming ones! Woohoo!

5 Stars.

After reading some F/F Omegaverse this is my first M/F experience.
The first chapters I was contemplating putting the book down and dnf it. I’m glad I did not though.
The dynamics between alpha and omega in an M/F is similar but also very different from the F/F I’ve read.

Bonds made me connect with the unknown omega (Nova later on in the book), but I had trouble connecting with the Alpha (Seeck). That happened later in the book.
This makes me want to read more M/F, to discover if this disconnect is in this character or in the male alpha.

In this book is some dubious consent, which fits the storyline. Before that there is also some not consensual handlings, be aware of this trigger warning. You will see it coming so you’re able to look away in time if you do want to read the book but give this scene a pass. It is important however for the rest of the book.

The secondary characters in this book are all alpha’s of the elite force and all of them more likable than the main alpha character. I’m curious if in the next book Bonds can make me connect with them. I’ll be reading more of this author.

Pretty good start, it was fun for a while, but then I kinda stopped liking it so much...

The ending felt a bit rushed, from a story POV. I mean, yes, their story ends, but the actual plot doesn't end. It's what one would expect from an Omegaverse book, but I'm still disappointed every time this happens.

I mean, cm'on, I really wanna see where the story goes! At the same time, I don't like the characters enough to actually continue the series.

So, all I am left with is a decision: finish the series to see what's happening with the plot, or just give up.

When I get to a decision like this, I always think that there's so little time, and so many books to try out, so why waste time reading something that you know you won't like when you can give another book a chance.

So, on to the next series!

I struggled a bit at first. The first few chapters are VERY descriptive, and the writing style took me a minute to get used to. It’s written in first person/present tense, and the structure felt a smidge choppy and repetitive.

My oxygen tank is triple the capacity….my mask morphs to my face, negating the need for bulky tubes… My shoes and gloves are Liamon, a new top-secret material. It is stronger than Teflon, malleable, heat and cold resistant, and form fitting…. My gear is jet black, just like the bottom of this ocean.

I am a grain of sand. Small. Compact. Indivisible. Solid. Inconsequential. One… I am a grain of sand—an unbreakable unit—as small as I can be… Shattered.... I have lost my grain of sand solidarity.

The blurb doesn’t give us much, and it takes several chapters until they meet, so you’ll need to be patient. Up until then, his/her chapters are pretty much detailed explanations of what he/she is doing. The story picks up a lot after they meet, but it’s still a slow relationship to develop. Around 85% you’ll get the "typical" Omniverse stuff.

Bottom Line- This got off to a rough start, and I really struggled to stick with it, but if you can hunker down until about the 30% mark; it will pick up. It gets a little confusing with all the POV’s, and some of the reaction/actions didn’t make a ton of sense, but overall, it was pretty enjoyable once it got going. It's free to read with KU, so give it a shot.

This is a good 3 ★

Simple writing but with some exciting action moments, good attempts at angst and enough of a glimpse of the world to make me curious about the other MMCs and their stories.

・┆Why only 3 ★ then?

↠ The steam build-up didn't really pay off.

The steam was almost fade to black. Seriously? This is an omegaverse, if I have to wait till the 70% mark for anything to happen, you better make the wait worth it.

↠ No biology talk.

If an omega goes into heat I expect some consequence. If you don't want pregnancy in your story, at least give a token nod to contraception. Out right ignoring it is a pet peeve of mine. I usually encounter it in childfree HRs where the authors just pretend biology isn't a thing.

It's the first time I read it in an omegaverse with a heroine that goes into heat and nothing is said about what that actually means. Childfree stories usually have a throw away line like "this injection will prevent conception" or "I took a pill and my sperm won't be viable"

But, like I said, this is a pet peeve of mine, not everyone will feel the same.

Unknown Omega was an ok read for me. I didn't love it and I didn't hate it. I just felt the author failed to connect me to the characters. Nova who actually names herself towards the end of the book has had a really terrible life of abuse. She is an Omega living in a Beta society and has no idea what she is until she meets a group of Alphas. Seeck is the Alpha who will become her mate after he's done being a major jerk. Their initial meeting after her rape was not the best and let's just say I didn't like him at all. His reactions are completely selfish but he does come to his senses especially with all the attention she gets from the other Alphas. Now while this one didn't work for me I am willing to give this author another try and hopefully the story telling in book 2 gets better.

I need to get it out...

Here it goes..

Fun-fucking-tastic!

I read it on one go! I did not sleep, I only read it. My goal was only to enjoy and read the hell out of it.

I mean if dystopia had a twin it would be depression. This book was so sad it made my anxiety depression rear it's head.

Trigger: rape

I know, I always preach how I loathe raping in Omegaverse because it's insane and author's just think yolo, let's put some gang rape in there and some more. Ugh, NO! But this was done so well and it didn't bother me one iota.

Book is about elite soldiers who are on a mission. I loved all of them! Every one of them was so awesome! I love the hell out of group of man who are close friends and have an exceptional camaraderie.

It's a love story between douchebag Alpha and an Omega with no name. Her life is absolute misery in a misery of a misery named Les Miserables. And an Alpha who is not so happy finding his Omega.

I have to give it to this author. What a world building.

Only negative is : It should have been like 400 pages longer 😅 I did not want it to end.

I'm excited to find another substantial Omegaverse series I can sink my teeth into! This was a great angsty read. Interesting to have an Alpha that initially denies his bond with the Omega and I liked how feisty Nova was with all her snarling. The relationship between all the guys was fun to read -- I'm looking forward to Kwame's story in the next book 💗

*** Book Q & A***

* How did the book make you feel?: It was an entertaining read. As far as omegaverse books go, it’s an interesting premise.

* How do you feel about how the story was told?: I liked the world building. I felt that the writing was unnecessarily detailed in some parts—especially explaining the technology. I wish more attention had been paid to character development.

* What did you think about the main characters?: I didn’t feel like I understood the H’s motives and he seemingly did a 180. He went from outright rejecting his mate to trying to win her back in the span of a day or so. I liked the h. Her backstory was heartbreaking.

* Which parts of the book stood out to you?: It was raunchy in that way omegaverse books are!

* What themes/tropes did you detect in the story?: rejected mate, omegaverse

* What did you think about the ending?: It was predictable, but I liked the setup for the sequels.

* What is your impression of the author?: I will likely read more of this series next time the omegaverse mood strikes me.

Seeck is part of a highly specialized military group called Alpha Elites, who are typically sent out to perform some task like an extraction or murder. He is working with his brothers in a particularly decrepit city when he scents his lifemate, an omega who has been beaten and abused her entire life.

Safety notes: heroine is raped in the beginning of the novella (not by the hero), and then the hero finds her afterwards and performs oral sex on her even though she doesn’t want to (because she was just sexually assaulted a few minutes earlier).

Speaking of the hero, I was a little confused by him. Why did he throw his lifemate across an alleyway when she clearly was needing medical attention? Everyone else feels protective of her except, weirdly enough, her own mate. And why’d he say something was wrong with her when she didn’t produce “slick”? Doesn’t that just mean she’s not turned on/in heat? That whole scene confused me.

I also first thought this might’ve been a reverse harem or polyamorous story because the other male characters treat the heroine way better and she is comforted by them, whereas she hates the hero for what he did to her. The hate kind of peters out randomly and the hero also randomly decides to care for her instead of leaving her to die. It didn’t really seem romantic, more just a biological reaction to either purring or their bond.

I wouldn’t reread this or keep it on my shelf. Probably wouldn’t recommend either, although maybe other books in the series are more... developed or sensical.

Unknown Omega, an Omegaverse story, exquisitely written by this author, has the two main characters residing on the same world. But their lives until now have been so vastly different, they may as well have been living on different planets. Seeck is an Alpha male who is a member of a highly-elite, secret military ops team based in a modern city/society that has access to the best and latest technology. He and his team members are highly-educated and highly-trained. They are exceptional among Alphas. Their physical fitness levels are off the charts. The team seems able to communicate on a nearly telepathic level. They master whatever environment they find themselves in. Seeck possesses uber self-confidence, a strong inclination toward risk-taking behavior, and bottomless, pigheaded obstinacy. The female character enters the story without even a name. She is a slave owned by the Chieftain of a backward, decrepit town that is lost among a vast area of dunes and desert, totally isolated from other people and cities on the planet. She is the Chieftain’s scullery maid. Her owner simply calls her ‘girl.’ Treated harshly, hardly a day goes by that she doesn’t receive a beating for some paltry or imagined offense. Scars and bruises from beatings litter her body. She lives in fear. And—she is an Omega who has no idea she is Omega. This is the tale of how Seeck and his Omega meet and discover they are lifemates, and it is an explosive meeting! The story is heart-pounding, filled with angst, danger, tragedy, sizzling hot scenes—and uplifting love. As she comes to know and trust the Alpha team, the Omega girl begins to realize her life has been renewed and, fittingly, she chooses to name herself: Nova. The story does end with a very satisfying happy-for-now but also has an exciting epilogue/cliffhanger for other team members’ stories. This is the author’s first foray into Omegaverse, and it is a wonderful rendering of the genre. I’m excited by this new, imaginative world she has taken us into. I love how she develops each of the characters with such depth, and with multilayered personalities. These Alpha men are deadly agents. Yet they each tenderly care for a small and helpless Omega girl and selflessly provide help to destitute inhabitants in the towns they pass through. They are singers and poetic storytellers and jokesters. Nonetheless, this story opens with intense action, and the danger and suspense faced by these characters continues throughout. I, for one, cannot wait to read the coming books. 5 Stars.

How could i forget i had this one in my library?
A delicious Omegaverse story with a tortured Omega that’s saved, against her will,by her reluctant Alpha.
Both having lead a hard life, having been abandoned, and ending up in very different places.
He’s part of an elite team of Alpha’s,she’s slaving for a harsh master and mistress.
Being abused her entire life, her true nature hidden until they meet and those are awakened.
Putting her in even more danger from her master.
With her Alpha acting like a jerk, the team takes it upon themselves to care for her.
To treat her injuries,to keep her safe.
Until he’s ready to get his head out of his ass and act as the Alpha she needs him to be….

Short,fast-paced,and hot,it pushed the right buttons for me.

At the end of this book the author included a note that starts with, "An honest review is a direct line of communication between reader and author..." and that's just not true at all. Reviews are by readers FOR readers, and I'd just like to note that this includes this review.

With that said, I have to say that there are much better omv books out there. This one leans more towards the original omv style, pre-sweetomv, where consent is very dubious and nature overrules all else.

This is clear in the way the MCs finally come together after days and days of the FMC rightfully being fearful of and resenting the MMC.

But before that, I'll go back to the part where they finally meet like 30% into the book.

‼️‼️ SPOILERS from here on out.

The FMC has just been raped by her owner and has run after attacking him. She's found by the MMC, who realizes she's his mate by her scent and proceeds to forcefully lick her into orgasm. And during this, all he thinks to himself is that she had "failed to preserve" her innocence for him. Ummmm ok.....

Oh and when she doesn't produce slick for him because she's not aroused by choice (she's still terrified and doesn't know what's happening to her), he just up and asks her wtf is wrong with her.

When she finally gathers courage and lashes out at him because this stranger just forced an orgasm out of her in his mindless state immediately after she had been raped, he literally chucks her at a wall.

Yep, you read that right. He's holding her in his arms and he just throws her so hard she flies ACROSS THE ALLEY and is injured when she hits the wall.

By the MMC?? Really??? That's......

So then he walks away feeling sorry for himself for multiple chapters because he doesn't deserve her and she shouldn't be touched by his unworthy hands or something (biggest eye roll ever). He doesn't even check on her, just goes to end her rapist, which is the only thing he did right in this book.

So then his buddies, who are much better men than he is, take care of her and heal her and tell her stories and make her comfortable and WHY WASN'T THIS A WHY CHOOSE NOVEL??? She spends more time in this book creating relationships with and being taken care of by these other four men than she ever spends even speaking to the MMC.

And you'd think this man would grow at some point and redeem himself, but he doesn't. There is no grovel. She's still thinking the following about the MMC and then her heat hits around 80%:

"He stole from me. Took something I wasn’t willing to give. He molested me, yelled at me, and abused me. My hatred for him is a seething mass of hot tar underneath my skin. But an unnamed part of me yearns for him. It misses his hypnotic purr and strength. It demands that I return to him for more."

This is the part where her nature takes over and because she needs him for her heat, all is forgiven. Body betrayal is the worst trope on earth istg. We don't see the moments where HE mentally says he's making up for his actions because it's all just told to us in past tense. Nope, instead, they go from her barely being able to stop herself from pushing him away when he touches her, to spending 5 days together during her heat and suddenly being in love.

Oh, and let's not forget this little gem at the start of her heat when she was STILL mentally fighting her body's need for him because she still didn't fully trust him:

"Hush, little Nova, don’t fight me. Let me give you this, let me apologize for my cruelty. Give me everything, don’t make me take it. You deserve a pleasurable mating."

I cannot with this book. I wanted her to end up with any one of the other four alphas for real. Or all of four them. Just not the MMC.

Lastly, reading all the POVs from characters that were not the MMCs (the other guys in his team) was so odd to read because like why were we given that but it wasn't a why choose novel? It's like the author wanted us to like them more than the MMC.

This dark, richly descriptive story is set in a fantasy dystopian world where we find our poor mistreated Omega who is sorely in need of rescuing. Her story is tragic and you get a real feel for the abuse she suffers.

The Alpha Elite really made this book, a team of brothers who work so well together. We see from the opening scenes that their team is completely in sync and for the first time ever their foundations are rocked when one of them discovers their life mate in a remote desert city.

As they journey back to safety they take her into their protection as Seeck struggles to earn his new mates trust.

Unknown Omega
V.T Bonds is an amazing author she really knows how to lure you into this exciting new fantasy world of the Alpha Elites, and our sweet Omega.
Our female heroine (HER) lives in a world where she is so mistreated like most of the poor wretched women in this city. She was left as a baby on the Chieftains door step and from there her misery starts with ill-treatment not only from the Chieftain, but his wife as well, who is even crueler than him. She works hard to survive this cruel world, just simply going to the market is a dangerous risk of safety. What makes her so strong, is her determination to survive, she knows nothing else but her way of life in the city, nor does she even question why she has no name, she is just determined live through each day without punishment however to no avail.
Our hero (Seeck) is an Alpha Elite, who loves and respects his other elite brothers. His missions are what he lives for and completing them, the Alpha Elites are the top in the world and never fail a given mission. Complications come when our beautiful distressed Heroine crosses path with Seeck as she is running from being battered and misused. He is immediately drawn to her and becomes very aggressive when he senses her broken innocence. Within everything in him his soul tells him to protect her but the need to complete the mission also battles within him. He mistreats her to the point that would be unforgivable, His brothers intervene and are so great and careful with her, they know how special the rare beauty of this unknown Omega. His elite brothers have no qualms in correcting their brother’s behavior and made it known they will protect her and bring her to safety no matter the concluding consequences set for Seeck.
I’m so excited for the Elite Alpha series and waiting patiently for the second series. I can already tell that Dirk will be my favorite Alpha, just how sweet he was to Nova, he really stepped up to the plate when her mate was being stubborn, but Seeck definitely made up for how he mistreated her. I have forgiven Seeck also as he really redeemed himself!

This is the first of several volumes set on what I think is our post-apocalyptic, post-global warming planet. Here, we're introduced to an elite, band-of-brothers special ops unit of Alphas who perform various missions (can't say why or for whom) around the world. During one mission, they meet an abused Omega slave. The rest of the story details her growing relationship with one of the Alphas, Seeck, as the entire group attempts to protect her from various threats. Trigger Warning for rape and abuse (and, no, Seeck doesn't rape her and, except for one moment, doesn't abuse her).

This book was difficult to rate because while I liked aspects of the story, I hated the prose. Some of the prose was very descriptive, visceral, and compelling (particularly when describing the Omega's life and condition); in other parts, it was too detailed and bogged down the story. That along with the extreme lack of dialogue, info-dumping (which managed to provide simultaneously too much and not enough information -- I can't tell you, for example, how old the Omega is), and constant tell and not show meant that I skimmed large portions of this book -- probably why I don't understand much of the world-building.

In addition, although this isn't RH, the constant switches among POVs and the Omega's growing (non-sexual) connection to all the Alphas meant that the relationship between the H and the h was very underdeveloped. At the end of the day, "Fated Mates" is just a trope and it leaves me cold if I'm given no reason to root for the MC other than hormones.

2 1/2 stars which I'm raising to 3 because there is ethnic diversity among the characters and I did like the Omega (who is nameless for much of the book). I will try one more of this author's books, but if the narrative unfolds the way it does here, it'll be my last.

This is such a special book. <3
This author is not afraid to take risks and those risks paid off hugely in Skylar's story, and they pay off here. I felt as much on a journey of discovery through this book as the nameless omega. The dystopian spaces through which the omega and the alpha team move felt as real as walking through a modern city. I felt their privation as they went thirsty and hungry. The story is just so viscerally written.
I fell in love with the rest of the alpha team as much as Seeck and I can't wait for their books!
Highly recommended.

This book was different and original. I liked the element of the unnamed Omega, and the name she chooses towards the end of the book. Being a creature of no importance (or so it seems), noone cared to name her since her parents abandoned her, being called "girl" or worse was just enough. She is a tormented and abused girl that learns to speak her mind during her journey. Seeck, on the other hand, seems to be a typical Alpha male, vicious, hard, wild and savage... but he will have to control himself if he wants to have her. I really liked the team-family concept. The way all of them treated and respected Her and how they always put Seeck to his place when he does something wrong (to her). I loved the fact that -in comparison to the Alpha/Omega norm- they do not simply take/force her just because they are Alphas and she is an Omega, but they revere her and protect her above anything else. The book is action-packed, full of adrenaline, suspense, and drama. The plot is well-written, no obvious gaps, the world-building is simple, but with all that happens that is not an issue at all. There are steamy scenes towards the end of the book and HEA. Also, I am really curious as to whom betrayed the team and why... I really look forward to the stories for each member!

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

★ A captivating start to this series ★

—>>> “Misery in this Omega runs deep.” A girl who has only known a world of loneliness, pain, torture, and even more abuse, runs from the only place she knows into the great unknown, only to come crashing into a world ruled by even greater domineering creatures: Alphas. But nothing could have prepared her for THE Alpha, Seeck, her lifemate and a member of an Elite group of Alphas who all eventually claim her as theirs to care for before he was even ready to wholly accept her as his mate. For Seeck, this little Omega was an unwelcome complication in their very structured, purpose-filled life. Every member on his unit, though, will not hesitate to protect her when lines are crossed, especially when they pertain to her. A captivating start to this series, and I am very much looking forward to reading about others in the unit!

Awesome read....

Oh wow this story was so different than the norm alpha/omega stories that are out there and what a wild ride it took you on...
Seeta is part of an elite alpha team sent out on a mission to check on a remote town of betas but only to find his omega, his life mate. But not all is good..
The omega in this story doesn’t have a name, she wasn’t given one. After being left at the chieftains home when she was young, she made made to be a slave to cook clean and serve the chieftain and his wife, beaten daily for misdemeanours but when she garners the alphas notice things start to change for her.
This story hooked me in from the first page with action, adventure, intrigue and suspense and some spicy heat at the right moments and I definitely can’t wait to read more in this series...

Damn V.T. Bonds! she has done it again. this story sucked me right into it and didn't let go! lots of action going on in this book. though i don't mean the smexy kind although there is some of that also, and it is hot!

I hope each of the guys from this team (there are five of them) gets there own book! I am so looking forward to learning more about them. each of them are special in their own ways and i can't wait to see more of it in action when they meet their Omegas.

i didn't find this story to be dark (though that is my jam). or even gray for that matter. but it was fabulous none the less. it was more action packed then anything else and i loved it! i couldn't wait to find out what was gonna happen next, and what hurdle they were gonna have to overcome on their journey home.

Fist time reader

This is my first novel by VT Bonds. I did really like this novel. I like the balance that the author finds for the heroine universe. The characters operate on an instinctual level sometimes, but they also have enough humanity to make the story operate on more than instinct. If I had one complaint, it was that the story, although complete , is a little short and since there is so much action going on, it feels like we get to know the characters very little. Since this is a series that overlaps characters, I am hoping that with each installment, all six of these characters and the new people introduced in their lives will be fleshed out more and more.

Amazing

This book was amazing, I’ve read a hand full of omega/alpha books and they are sooo dark and this one had its moments but not as dark as most!
