There is something fascinating about the woman who lives across from me.
She is clearly bookish, and everything about her look tells me she is the buttoned-up, repressed type. Not my “type” at all. Yet, I find myself increasingly drawn to her.
Especially when I get a peek of what she looks like under all those layers.
Especially when she gets a package at her door meant for me that sparks her curiosity.
Now, she wants me to show her how to use the toys I had delivered.
Not that I wouldn’t have fun getting behind that bookish persona and letting the sexual goddess out. Hell, that kind of fun is right up my alley. I’m all for a little fun with Dana, as long as things don’t get complicated because I don’t “do” the couple thing. But, somehow she’s now all I can think about…

My next-door neighbor may be the single hottest man in Hope. But based on the string of women walking out of his apartment all the time, he’s clearly the sluttiest as well.
I’ve been keeping track of his conquests; initially out of curiosity, but now I’ve gotten sucked in.
What kind of women does he like? Tall? Blonde? Curvy? I truly can’t tell. But they all share one thing in common - they’re sexy, gorgeous, and ooze a sensual confidence.
As in, they’re nothing like me.

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Dana has been watching her neighbour for months, the women that leave his place pretty much every morning for the past six months, she desires him but now he would never go for a girl like her but the morning his package is delivered to her apartment changes everything and they share a chemistry she never knew existed. But he’s a player, could she really have a no strings night with a man she wants so much more from?
Andre loves his life and his women, he’s is never going to get tied down but his neighbour Dana intrigued him, a teacher all buttoned up, he’d love making her relax so when she arrives with his delivery he decides he wants to show her. He never expected he would want to spend the weekend together but she’s under his skin. Could this man whore about to meet his one or will he run from the chance of something real.
This was a new author for me and I enjoyed the book so much I went bought all the previous books. I would definitely recommend this book. I loved Fabs it made me giggle when she kept correcting his grammar. 4* Read.

Not my favourite in the series. Andre is a bit too much of a playboy for my liking. He had 5 ONS in five nights. That’s a little too much for me. Dana is curious about Andre and a little obsessed with the women that leave his apartment the next morning. They are both intrigued by one another and start up a no strings relationship. The two start falling for one another but react differently to their feelings. I did like the relationship the two had built together and how well they complimented each other.

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fifth book in the Heros of Hope County series. In this book, Andre lives next door to Dana and doesn't really know her well. Dana is a quiet, reserved woman, but she watches the women leaving Andre's house in the morning and wonders about him and how he can be sucha playboy. Andre never sees the same woman twice and when he asks Dana to look for a package he is expecting, he has no idea she already has it and saw what it was. Dana decides to ask Andre to teach her about kinky sex and thinks it is her chance to see what the fuss is about. Andre agrees, letting his dominate side come out. I liked this book. I liked Dana and thought she was naive in some ways and not in others. Andre was not expecting to have feelings involved and i think it changed him. Andre was a bit of a jerk at first. I liked this series. Well done.

I have loved this entire series They are all short reads that take about thirty minutes to read a genre that I am finding great ta the moment

Dana is obsessed with her neighbor across the hall. 1. he's gorgeous, 2. he loves gorgeous women, 3. he's gorgeous. She watches every morning when a different woman leaves. Then one day, he knocks on her door. Is his delivery at her house? Yes. Opening that box with him starts a whole new world for Dana and Andre. Suddenly, the no commitment guy is the I just want to hang around with her guy. This is a really sweet romance.

This is an ok short story but doesn't go with what some of the blurb says. A delivery for Andre gets delivered to Dana's house by accident. She wants him to show her how to use the toys - the story just skips over any details of showing her how to use the toys. I expected this story to be a little more darker then it was.
Andre is a player and Dana is a teacher. When they meet they have a connection and both try to fight it. They are good characters and their story is a nice and sweet and ends with a HEA.

Short Story. Sensual. Succinct. - 4 Stars
This was an original short story that flowed along very well. The characters were believable, the main female character was definitely quirky in character, different but no less enjoyable. A quick romantic read that was sensual and succinct.

He is very open with his personality and all. She is closed off but things are about to change. She gets one of his packages full of sex toys. All I could do was laugh. Imagine her face when she knows what is in it. She has the hots for him but is afraid to open up about it. Exciting, emotional, fun and so much more. I recommend it. I enjoyed reading it. I received a review copy and voluntarily review it.

Andre and Dana - I loved it!
It was a great love story that everyone can read and relate to, with sex but no smut. It was a little too short though, I would like to hear more about these two. Do they stay together, meet each others families, maybe get married and have a baby? I think that would be totally awesome! I would like to read more about these Hope County boys. This is my first book on them.

Just the absolute best story. It had me captivated from the beginning with the hot steamy scenes. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Everything I like to read about and more. Such a great story I will read again and again. A keeper!!

I was lucky enough to get an ARC copy of this book through BookFunnel and I voluntarily chose to review it. This is a well written short story. It is a quick easy read. This is one for that lazy afternoon read . Amber Adams did an awesome job with this short story. I encourage everyone to get this book.

Ok... this one was hot! Short, but oh so good, with just a hint at all the bedroom mischief he is capable of!!! It’s steamy yet so very sensual at the same time. I liked this the best in the series, and they are all good.

An entertaining fast pace book five in the Heroes of Hope County series! It is well written, witty, funny, relatable, and engaging with believable characters. A satisfying quick read that is definitely recommended.

This is the fifth book in this series. It is Andre and Dana’s story. It was well written and the story line was believable. I will be reading more from this author and I recommend her books. I received this as an arc and I am leaving my honest review

A sexy short!
Wow this was great! Had real story, lots of heat, some drama and well developed despite being short. Andre was a player, and Dana was his next door neighbor. Somehow they began an no strings attached affair.
It was so fun and loved the dialogue in this story.

A quick and steamy read. This is the fifth book in this series. The story is fast paced and the characters are amazing. Their chemistry is off the charts. A perfect read just before bed.
