This book is a republication of a volume that was first published in 1889 or thereabouts. It's a reasonable approach to the use of hand tools for woodworkers at a time when machines were first being introduced into the trade. I picked up a few tips for tool use and the discussion of tool chests in chapter 20 is probably worth the price of the book.
