🙄 <— literally my face while reading the entirety of this book

This book is reminiscent of one of those cheap 99 cent novellas you see on the rack that spins with the cover that’s usually gaudy as crap. There’s no good base for the book just a well rounded crap presentation. I don’t know if the author was just feeling lazy or what, there’s no true background in this story just a “plop” and a “ o hey shifters exist”. How do you bring your main character into a completely new world without any background???

Don’t even get me started on the female lead she’s constantly whiny, never listening to reason, putting herself in situations where she’s kidnapped she won’t stay put. She realizes way in the beginning that she was kidnapped to basically broadmare for this one guy and while she’s feeling disgusted about it she doesn’t leap at the chance to get out when she’s faced by a rescuer who has a familiar face. She’s so obnoxiously stupid I need to win an award for finishing this book. Then drop in that there’s supposed to be an essence of mafia 🧐? And her “friend” after learning her story bc she escaped to New York with this “greatest friend ever” was all like “let’s go to a fancy party and network... maybe you’ll meet men and get fancy clothes out of it” 🙄🙄🙄🧐🧐🧐 umm so is she suggesting she prostitute herself out? How is she gonna get these fancy af clothes? Who pays for nothing? Then the lead also says her ex had something to do with prostituting women out? Then the book has to clarify that no she didn’t (later on) take part in that just do “odd end jobs”. Then this “best friend ever” gets in a spot of trouble and pretty much offers up her friend to help her out.... and the lead is all like “ oh sure even though I can read your mind and you’re literally lying to me let me jump back in to this life and you’re such a great friend for trying to prostitute me in the beginning, what are friends for” . After running away from a party that made her uncomfortable she lets one of the dragons take her to his place after rescuing her from the wolves and wham bam thank you ma’am they have sex and then she runs off after being told she was in danger and then that’s the theme for the next two brothers, kidnap/rescue/sex/run off.

There’s no real storyline. It’s an idea and the author ran with it without thinking of any bigger story and that’s a shame bc there was a chance for the author to showcase her skills and pull ppl into her series. This isn’t writing, it’s the crap you post an a bulletin as a novella for free on a literotica site. Don’t buy this book.

Dumb as a rock.

The leasing lady is absolutely dumb as a rock. Like literally bordering on brain dead level of stupid. An Omega is supposed to be the best of the bunch and this lady was mind boggling stupid. Painfully so. Just.... no.

The shit streak continues. I got to 31%. I probably could have kept going but I could tell it wasn’t going to get better. The writing is not great. Like it feels … amateurish? The dialogue reminded me of a soap opera where they say the same things over and over. And Kelly is a terrible friend and honestly Sarah wasn’t that much better. Maybe the love story would have gotten better but I doubt it.

Couldn't finish

Maybe this is someone else's cup of tea but it def. Wasn't mine. Talk about predictable! And the heroine was an idiot! I only made it to chapter 18 and I have to force myself to read that far, thought maybe the ending would be worth it but no such luck. Just because a character is submissive/Omega doesn't mean that they need to lack intelligence and for someone who supposedly had experience in crime, the heroine definitely did not act like it!
Lastly, shes only going to be pregnant for a month? Like what? I don't care if there is magic is involved thats just insane!
If you looking for a short airhead romance then maybe this with satisfy but it definitely didn't do it for me.

Too fast

Everything was too fast. The alphas are ass#$%%# and the secondary characters are so underdeveloped they aren't even one dimensional.

Sarah has come to New York to escape the crime she became involved in since leaving the foster care system. Her best friend Kelly has offered her a place to stay till she can find her feet. The first thing Kelly does is invited to a party where there are plenty of rich men who Kelly knows will fulfil Sarah in all her physical needs. At the party Sarah meets Adrian who is a dragon shifter. Sarah is wondering what is going on because all the men there seem to want her and won’t leave her alone. Adrian saves her every time she gets into a situation where she wants to get away from. Siri has no idea that she is surrounded by shifters.

Adrian and his brothers Jack and Hunter are identical triplets, they all felt when Sarah came into town with her being an Omega. They know that if they recognise when Sarah came to New York then all the other alphas would know that she was there as well and would be hunting for her. The first thing they do is go to a business meeting with the clans. Once they are at the party Adrian meets Sarah. He knows that she is the omega for them and he will do anything to keep her.

After rescuing Sarah from all the attention from the other alphas, Adrian takes Sarah home to his penthouse apartment. There he makes love to her and then take her to a room so she can sleep tonight. Sarah leaves the apartment and returns to Kelly’s home. When Sarah returns to Kelly’s apartment she discovers that Kelly is in trouble and Kelly is being used to introduce Sarah to the biggest dragon shifter rival Brandt, that Adrian and his brothers have.

Adrian and his brothers rescue Sarah from the dangerous alpha dragon Brandt. Hunter kidnaps her from the Dragon shifter and takes her to his home. There he makes love to her and after she is attacked by three other dragons, But hunter rescued her and saves the day. Hunter then takes Sarah to his brothers place where she meets Jack. Jack is an artist and decides he wants to draw Sarah. The pull between the Amiga in the Alpha is too strong and they end up making love too.

A war has begun between the two rival clans Brandt wants to rule the city and with Sarah in his home where he could breed her, he knows he will have the power. He even kidnapped Kelly to use as leverage against Sarah to keep her under control. Adrian and his brothers save the day and kill Brandt. Sarah discovers that she is pregnant with three Dragon shift are babies and she is in love with Adrian and his brothers and they live happily ever after.

Dragon Triplets

What a great story. Sarah runs away from her crazy boyfriend to New York where her only friend lives. The first day there, her friend Karen, takes her to a lavish party and leaves her alone. Three guys try to hit on her and she moves away thinking she lost them. She goes upstairs to see if she can find her friend in the crowd and the guys try to take her away. She is saved by Adrian, another guest she thinks. She sees her friend and tries to get her to leave but Karen doesn't seem to be alright. Sarah goes ahead and leaves and the guys find her again. Adrian has kept an eye on Sarah and he tells them to leave but they turn into wolves instead. Adrian kills them and takes Sarah home with him. He tells her she needs to stay with him to stay safe. Sarah doesn't listen and sneaks out and goes back to her friends apartment. Karen is there and tells Sarah that she lost a delivery and that the guy wants Sarah to work for him to help pay for what Karen lost. It was all a setup to get Sarah cause she is an omega and she is the only one that can have dragon babies. Adrian is a triplet. His brother's are Jack and Hunter.
Hunter finds where they have Sarah and doesn't wait for his brother's to free Sarah. He takes her back to his place. Brandt, the guy who kidnapped Sarah, has started a war with the shifters. Hunter takes Sarah on a ride and they get ambushed by three dragons. Hunter kills one immediately and goes after the second one while the third heads toward Sarah. She is somehow able to stop him and Hunter kills him.
Then she ends up at Jack's place. Read the story to see all the details left out.

Is this bitch dumb?

The answer is yes. I only got to 64% and cannot finish this trash. No person male or female would ever act like that. I normally love this author and I am highly disappointed. If it wasn't for her biological make up no one would ever put up with this idiot. I don't even want to know the end. Who edited this book? They need to be punched in the face and forcibly retired. The editor s job is to stop the author from making unrealistic characters like this dumb female lead. I know she was trying for a hard headed, ignorant girl but what we got was a dumb bitch who is too stupid to have made it to her age. Her backstory is way too short, and what wouldn't there be shifters in New Orleans of all places? Come on put some thought into it. I would believe it more if she at least had an accent. She should have been from a small town where no one would find out she was an Omega. Editor it's your job to point that out and you failed. If you are like me and a stickler for proper world building this is not the book for you. If you're here for the smut it's not worth it, save yourself some time. I think I'm more upset because this is one of my few favorite authors and for something like this to be written by them makes me very upset that it didn't live up to standard. Well that's my rant. Hope you get a new editor that can do their job.

Waste of time. Only finished because it was short and I was 80% through when I really decided it was god awful with no redeeming qualities.

FMC is beyond annoying and stupid. She makes the dumbest decisions and is just all around a TSTL character.
The MMCs are hardly developed and forgettable.

There are plot consistencies, which in a series I can sometime let slide but in a single book (and a short one at that) they’re not acceptable.
-Beginning of the book she leaves because her ex killed someone and then put his hands on her. Later on the FMC says he was “upset with her because of a job she did” and “put a hole in the wall” so she realized it was “time to leave”.
-She’s told by one of the MMCs that omegas can read human minds but not shifters, yet she read the minds of various shifters at the party she attended when she first got to the city

Also, the “best friend” Kelly was equally awful.

All around, this was probably one of the worst books I’ve read so far this year, and I wasted an hour and a half of my time that I’ll never get back.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one!

Get ready for a fast paced read with never a dull moment.

Adrian, Hunter and Jake are triplets and 100% alphas in all ways. As they prepare for a war between clans thats coming none of them are prepared to meet Sarah at a party. She is a human who just happens to be an omega, only she has no idea shifters exist.

After being kidnapped, not once, not twice, but three times, you could say Sarah went from being in a frying pan to jumping into a fire, well literally, sorta, When the three guys she meets can breath fire and turn into dragons she's thrown into the center of the brewing war. Fascinating!!!

Hot hot hot

What a nice surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed this. Three alpha dragon shifters require a human Omega in order to mate and have babies. She is that omega. Problem…. Every alpha shifter in NY wants her. Some will try to take her. That's not how it works. I really enjoyed this. It was a nice switch to the shifter story. Here, though, she was just an Omega and a human… she wielded all of the power. She has to willingly give herself. I liked that the author didn't make her a complete damsel though she did make some mistakes. She was still smart and had a good sense of danger. The author did a great job disguising the differences between the triplets. I really had a good grasp on which triplet was which based on their personality and how they spoke. I really liked that.

Sarah has gone to Manhattan to get as a way form a bad situation she could. She hasn't seen her friend, Kelly, in over 5 years but she knew she could count on her.
Hunter, Adrian, and Jack are triplets and they are alpha dragons. And they just smelled an Omega.
This book is an MMFM romance, so I recommend skipping it if you do not like that type of books. For us who ENJOY this type of book. Well, all I can say is WOW. Don't pass this book up.

Hot

Quick read. Easily done in one sitting. Very steamy with intrigue about being kidnapped left and right. Sarah is strong and independent leaving life in NOLA to come to NYC for a better life only to learn she is an omega and everyone is after her to claim her and forever her to bear their offspring. The Thorne clan comes in and saves her/ kidnapped her from the bad guys. And she is instantly drawn to each of the three of them. Adrian, Hunter and Jack triplet alpha dragons need an omega to continue their legacy and Sarah is made for them. Love the steamy scenes with each individual guy as well as group activities. And it was cool seeing her grow into her powers.

Main female character sleeps with 3 shifters the very day she learns about them. No freakout, No build up, no getting to know them, really theres no talking at all. She ends up at each of there houses & within 10 mins they're having sex all within the span of a few days. Every aspect of a romantic relationship is skipped. It was basically girl meets 3 dudes, humps them & BAM they're all in love with zero story in between. Oh and zero about the war too. This story is basically a poor novella which is sad cause I see the potential for this series to have been amazing. I wont be continuing the series sadly.

This is the story of Sarah, Adrian, Hunter and Jack. She meets Adrian at a party and he knows that she is the omega, he and his two brothers have been waiting for. These brothers are triplets and Sarah is their mate who can carry the next generation of triplet alpha dragons. There are forces out there trying to kidnap her so can these dragon brothers keep her safe? I enjoyed this exciting romance. I received an arc of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action filled plot

This is the start to a new series and it was fun to read. The plot is simple but filled with action. The characters, well, the heroine is easy to like, her friend, not so much. The triplets were a little thin on development, just kind of growly and demanding alpha types, but it worked to keep the plot simple and easy to follow. It was a decent storyline and I enjoyed reading it.

Three hot Alpha Dragons

In New York. This story is pretty fast paced and the adventure is high... I did find some of the sex scenes to be a little lite but it's got lots of interesting interactions and Drama to keep you reading on... the Dragon mobsters and the Wolfpacks are pretty much always fighting. It was a little disappointing they don't actually have sex in a harem like setting until the last chapter.... Epilogue where everything is just too perfect.

Sexy fun!

Fun story, sizzly scenes, nicely fleshed out characters, including the obligatory BFF. Some pieces are similar to the Sookie Stackhouse series - LFC has telepathy, which makes her irresistible to supernaturals, but she can't read their thoughts. So if you're a fan of that series, I think you'll like this story, too.

This story is different from the shifter romances I usually read. It is set in New York instead of a small town. There are good and very bad shifters. There is action and heat. I think Sarah acts inmature even when it is in her best interest to wait. She has little patience and puts herself and the dragon triplets in danger. Read and enjoy.

Good Paranormal Dragon Tale

I enjoyed the Wilder's writing as usual. I've grown to expect a fantastical tale of paranormal beings with plenty of romance, action, suspense, and intrigue interwoven throughout a logical tale with a happy ending. Once again, I've thoroughly enjoyed this story as I've done many time before. Enjoy!

The name captures the interest

The preview capture my attention. The biggest problem with this book is that is no real story to it, it’s like reading something that has not been edited, it looks like someone that it’s learning how to write put together a good idea for a story but couldn’t make it cohesive enough to become a good book.

Hated the book. Nothing made sense. They are all criminals? Why? The brothers KNOW an omega is at the party and nobody is looking for her. And really isn't she almost too stupid to live? Read some till I skipped to the last chapter. Didn't get much better. So this is a 3 set of different animals yet in the first they hate all the other and think nothing of killing them.

Words matter

The story is interesting, however, the continuity and grammar was poor. I struggled to follow the story because the grammar kept grabbing my attention. I gave the story a low rating because of the grammar and continuity problems. If you like sex scenes only you may like this one.

Fast paced

This story is fast paced. All the action occurs within a matter of a few days. It is not the first book I read from this author. She is becoming rapidly one I of my favorite. The men are hot, rough shifters. It makes for some incredibly hot scenes. I highly recommend it to the genre lovers.

Kool Idea using Triplets

Sarah has no idea what waits for her in the big city but she soon finds out. Another unique take on Omegaverse with a twist that it takes all 3 of the Triplets to impregnate the Omega Sarah. Definitely worth exploring this unique take further. Thanks J.L. for your imagination and writing.

Frying pan to the fire

This story while short moved way too fast. The characters didn't really have any depth either nor where they likeable, especially Kelly the so called"friend". With friends like her willing to offer you up to escape trouble of her own making who needs enemies. To me this story was more vulgar than sexy and kinda cruel.

Great story from beginning to end. The characters were fantastic each with a personality of their own. The romantic and sexy romance scenes were great. Storyline was great as well. Can't wait to see another story.😇 enjoy fellow readers.😊
