While the nature of Prince Eins's ailment remains a closely guarded secret, the younger princelings are plagued by an even greater mystery. Professor Heine's youthful appearance has always left his age in doubt, but new evidence suggests the royal tutor has been connected to their family for much longer than anyone might have guessed!
Most of it was a 3/5 at best, but finally getting some details on Heine’s past pushed it to a 3.25. I wasn’t a huge fan of the build up of having the princes figure something out only for it to not even be right. The “big” reveal that Heine and Viktor are “super best friends” wasn’t really much of a reveal at all, but at least it’s an indication that things ARE moving forward since the princes are questioning things and getting some types of answers.
But in the end we’re left with yet another cliffhanger instead of any proper answers. We’re coming down to the wire here so we better get some completely answers soon…
All in all, the quality hasn’t been holding up for me. It’s more fluff until a nugget of story is revealed and the even the little bits of story aren’t really that satisfying.

Good build up to an upcoming turn of events. This volume seems to be the beginning of the final few episodes from the anime, so I'm loving all the new details.
Count Rosenberg continues to be up to no good and major secrets are revealed, revolving around our forever-mentor Professor Heine. The princes are understandably thrown off balance.
There were loads of cute moments throughout, such as chapters 79 and 80 with Licht and Bruno, all of Heine's chibi states, and King Viktor doting on his sons. I adore the brotherly bond between Kai, Bruno, Leonhard, and Licht.
Hey, look, it's answers to long-running questions! Well, sort of. This volume begins unravelling Heine's past, with the promise that all will be explained early next volume, and it looks like it'll be quite different from anything I had imagined. Now if we could just get some answers about what's going on with Eins, that would be fantastic.
