With God, you can find peace and freedom from anxiety, breaking your chains forever!
I have suffered since I was 18 with anxiety and panic ( I am now 64). First it helps to know I am not alone that I am a Christian dealing with anxiety. I believe a very helpful recommendation is to care about others more and do more for others . this pleases the Lord and takes my mind off my feelings . It has been a long struggle for me but I know God is able because He helped you.
For any Christian who has experienced anxiety, this book is a great reminder of God's promise that He will take care of us. By using his own struggles and scriptures, the author helps us break the chains by changing our focus. So simple yet so difficult to do. Recommend to anyone needing some biblical encouragement.
I enjoyed Unchained, which is a well-thought-out guide to overcoming anxiety, depression and other psychological ills. Ribble elegantly combines his own experiences with a series of biblical quotes and the lessons he draws from them. This book is all about overcoming difficulties by listening to the truth in the Bible and acknowledging our own weaknesses and our responsibility for ourselves.
Zach tells His story and teaches on Anxiety backing it up with Scripture, he gives good advice and wise council inn this subject some may be obvious but then why do we and so many others but do them. It's a good book and a worth while use of your time to read.
