The Fae King's Dream

Rate this book
The first time I meet Damon, he rescues me from a nightmare. Literally. I’m stuck in a coma, and my mind is forcing me to relive the horrific accident that put me in this state over and over again. The gorgeous fae king is the only one who can give me peace.

As if the dream can’t get any weirder, he tells me we’re soul mates. He says he can fix my banged-up brain. He wants to be my hero.

Little does he know, I just might end up saving him. Because once I wake up, the real challenge begins. A bunch of vengeful witches want him dead, and they’ll stop at nothing to seal his fate.

But I’ve got plans of my own. The coven has caused too much tragedy, and I’ll defend my newfound love, even if it’s the last thing I do. And it just might be, because if Damon doesn’t survive, neither will I.

The Fae King’s Dream is the second full book in the Between Dusk and Dawn series by Jamie Schlosser. I’ve been in love with this series since I read the prequel. This is Damon’s story and I had no idea what to expect. I loved every page.

Damon is king of the Dream Realm after his parents stepped down. Like his cousins, Damon has been blind since birth due to the curse the witches put on them. He will remain blind until he finds his fated mate. Damon is a dream walker. It’s the only way he is able to see. He has been searching his entire life for his mate, spending his sleeping hours going from dream to dream hoping to find her. Now, at long last, he has finally found her. But she’s seriously injured and in a coma. Can Damon save her in time or will he be too late?

“Wherever you are, that’s where I’ll go. Always.”

'Manon des Sources'

Whitley has lost so much. But when the beautiful king came to her in her dreams, she knew she could trust him, he made her feel safe. Whitley finds herself thrust into a world she didn’t know existed. A world of fae, evil witches, adorable little sprites, and she has never felt more at home. Her bond grows stronger with Damon every day. But the danger is real. The witches want them dead. This isn’t an evil they can hide from. They will have to face it, together. Because together they are stronger. Together they will defeat them.

How to Communicate with Fairies - Beliefnet

“Owner of my body. Ruler of my mind. Commander of my soul, and queen of my heart.”

This book was both a non-stop adventure and a beautiful love story. My reading time has been limited recently and it killed me to have to put it down. I loved Whitley’s strength. This woman knew what needed to be done and she just did it, no matter what the outcome might be. She and Damon were perfectly matched. I loved that for the most part, he respected her and did not try to over-protect her, even if that is what he really wanted to do. Now I can’t wait to see if poor Zander will ever find his mate and get his sight back. This world is so detailed, so vivid, that I often found myself wondering how Jamie Schlosser came up with it all. Perhaps it came to her in a dream!

It's the badly photoshopped crown on Damon's head for me.

Also, if some random dude would kidnapp me into his magical realm where he is king, told me I barely survived a car accident, but my parents are dead. It was all caused by witches, the same witches that cursed him to be blind for centuries and the only way to break the curse is by having sex with him, because I'm his fated mate. Boooy, I would be admitting myself to the next psych ward asap and not go and .... fuck that guy. But you know what, you do you. 💫

I wanted to love this so much, but unfortunately Damon and Whitley’s story didn’t excite me as I expected to... 😔
I couldn’t connect with them, they didn’t bring out strong emotions and their steamy escapades were too much for me.

Damon was a dream walker, strong character, arrogant, yet very protective of his fated mate Whitley.
Whitley was brave, sassy, smart and the perfect mate for Damon.
Their journey was adventurous and had great twists.

The scenery was once more magnificent, there was plenty of action and suspense, magic, evil witches, the appearance of the sprites was beautiful, some scenes were really heartbreaking and others heartwarming.

I have fallen in love with this fae world and I can’t wait for King Zander’s story!!

Safety info at the end of the review
I will certainly try other books by this author.
She has a way of writing fast-paced and exciting novels.
This book wasn't for me in particular,
The primary explanation is: the love interest

He just wasn't my kind lol😂

If the guy is the talkative kind, I hate it.

In books, I prefer shy and grumpy guys

Add that to the fact that he's funny and cocky*rolls eyes*
I really wasn't able to make myself like him*shrugs*

The Fae King's Dream is the second book in the Between Dusk and Dawn series by Jamie Schlosser and one of my top books this year.

I fell in love with this series, these words. The characters. The storyline. The delicious chemistry between the main characters. Everything about the story had me completely enthralled until the very end.

An exciting, funny, and at times heartbreaking read that I did not want to end. Escape from this world was not in my plans, but at some point, the magic has to stop, and even though your heart is full of happiness, it leaves you begging for more.

With enough action and magic for fantasy lovers, as well as enough romance for romance lovers, The Fae King's Dream is the perfect novel for all those who are looking for a happily ever after with an addictive plot, fantasy elements, and characters that will stay with you forever.

To Maisel, my favorite little sprite, I will never forget you. You stole my heart.

I CAN'T WAIT TO READ ZANDER BOOK.

This is Damon’s book and he like his cousin finds his mate in the human realm, he’s actually been looking in the wrong place all these years.
So Damon’s unsuspecting mate is Whitley and she finds herself along with her parents involved in a car accident directly caused by the witches who are prepared to do whatever to keep these two far apart.

Damon with the help of his personal witch kidnaps Whitley from the hospital and spirits her away to his home.
So this was again enjoyable though there were instances I did lose focus.
That’s the main reason I’ve gone with a slightly lower rating here as I was a bit bored at times, saying that though this was well written and I think it was mostly the instalove that caused issues for me.
As I’ve said previously it’s not my favourite thing definitely not a dealbreaker but I’m not the biggest fan of it.

This was action-packed if slightly predictable but it definitely was a feel-good sort of story.
I Liked both Whitley and Damon very much Damon was certainly full of himself but in a less arrogant more mischievousness fun sort of way while Whitley was all sass and spirit together they made a good match.

This progressed the story further and also included past characters we have come to love so that was nice.
It was dual POV which is my preferred sort and I liked the addition of dream walking.
overall this was a decent addition to the series and an easy read.

Awww!! This series! This book! The Fae King's Dream truly was a dream of a love story! The sweetness, the heartfelt love and devotion between Damon and Whitley coupled with the captivating plot and rich world building stole my heart away!

I thought it this Between Dusk and Dawn series couldn't get any better than The Fae King's Curse, well, Ms. Schlosser proved me wrong, because these two's story was just as equally entertaining and addictive. Between Damon's failed 'human expressions', Whitley's strength and the sweet, tender moment and palpitatingly charged moments they shared, there was no way for me not to fall in love as hard as they did.

All the interesting characters, the detailed world construction, and my favorite of tropes, fated mates, I stood no chance with TFKD. Damon was just as incredible and swoon worthy as I expected, so hilarious at times and his love and craving for Whitley just melted my black heart, ad Whitley even with her tragic past, had such a strong and bright spirit, I loved how perfectly matched they were, and as always Ms. Schlosser hit all the right marks in romance loving heart.

This series, that is now one of my all time favorites, continues to surprise me, and leave me wanting more and more, and with all the teasing about Zander, I am dying over here for is book already! Yep, 100% addicted! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

3 stars. This wasn't as good as book 1. I still liked the premise of the story and the world that it's set in, but the storyline just didn't work for me. There was too much going on, and I really didn't like that the hero's father was treated as if he was a great guy when he actually caused a lot of problems for their world. I realize I'm oversimplifying his contribution, but no one at all blaming him seemed really weird to me.

Totally safe; both virgins, no om/ow drama or others for either of them.

So good! I love Damon so much! He’s so fun, sexy and playful but at the same time he’s pretty badass. I also really liked Whitley, she’s amazing and perfect for Damon.

I am really liking this series. Can’t wait for Zander’s book.

It was alright, but I felt like it dragged on a bit since the couple had already met pretty early in the book. I had a good time with the witch hunt, but honestly, it felt like there was just a lot going on all at once. It wasn't really all over the place; I wasn't confused by the story; it just felt a bit overwhelming, I guess. I wasn't a fan of how many good characters ended up dying here. I'm not a fan of death in my stories, and it really hits hard when it happens to the good ones.

Overall, it was still a decent read and made me curious about how the next book will turn out.

It was so refreshing to read a romance novel with romance from cover to cover. There was no "will they or won't they," no couple angst, no frisson between the two main characters at any point. They meet, they fall in love, they work together towards a goal that benefits everyone. The love and trust between them never wavers. I definitely needed to read this book. 5 stars

I knew going in that I might not like this one as much as book 1 based on friends' reviews and that was the case for me. I really enjoy Ms. Schlosser's world and her writing style. I think the flow in this story didn't capture me as much. Damon (H) and Whitley (h) were interesting, but I wasn't as invested in their romance, maybe because it felt like their chemistry depended more on being fated mates. I do think they genuinely loved each other, that love just happened so quickly because of the mate bond whereas we got to see a more natural development in book 1. I did appreciate that Whitley is more independent and had a fighting spirit. Damon also had a more vicious side hidden behind his cocky and playful attitude so had more depth than how he was introduced in book 1, he's also j/p, which I expected. The steam between them was also pretty hot and even had a mid-air scene. This story is written in first person, dual POV. No ow/om drama, both are virgins, no bc.

Side characters shine in this book. Damon's witch friend Astrid is hugely important. We get to see more of sprites and their community/culture. The other royals are present, including Kirian and Quinn from book 1, and several friends/soldiers. There are some more details and also little hints involving the two male main characters of the next two books.

Plot-wise, there's a lot continuing to happen with the coven that's trying to destroy the royals and with the continued problems in the Day realm. New magic was introduced and there are some difficult losses on the good guys' side. Technically these each standalone and have a different couple with their HEA at the end, but the world changes with each book and I believe you get more out of the story reading them in order (coming from someone who loves to bounce around in series).

Damon and Whitley do get their HEA and have a sweet epilogue 3 years out, complete with baby info for them and more breadcrumbs for the next two books. I'm sure these two are in those last two books as well. Book 3 in this series is the one that I've been most interested in so I'm looking forward to more of Zander.

4.5 stars!

This book had me sobbing (and I mean chest heaving, snotty, from the pit of your stomach sobbing) at 4 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't put it down. Like... Maisel? Is nobody else as heartbroken as me about that whole thing?! How?! It was shattering!

I really enjoyed the dynamic between Whitley and Damon, as well as how they were as individuals. Whitley was resilient, tenacious and brave. I was a little thrown off by her reaction to hearing about her parents death, or lack thereof, but I guess it had something to do with the whole amnesia thing? I don't know. I didn't vibe with it, since that definitely isn't how I'd handle that sort of news, but it didn't take anything away from the overall enjoyability for me. Damon was charming, funny, possessive as all Hell (which naturally is incredibly sexy) and his tendency to use human phrases, and largely getting them wrong, was actually really endearing.

The world building, the curse and how it's being handled, the side characters, the individual powers... I'm having a really good time exploring all of it, honestly, and I'm excited to get into Zander's book.

I'm just not in a right mood for this. I'm underwhelmed and just sad. It was so cheesy that I couldn't keep from rolling my eyes. It might've been better if it was urban fantasy or just straight contemporary, but as a fantasy, man I kinda hate it. I need more worldbuilding and plot in a fantasy, and not this fated mate stuffs.

"For once, my power makes sense - this is fate. It has to be."

You guys, for as simple as this was - I really enjoyed this one! It was a necessary ease - definitely what I needed. No heavy thinking, but a go-with-the-flow kind of story that was simple and direct. We all know how much I love the complicated, super dramatic, heavy on the emotional scale type of reads - but lately I've needed lighter and this fit the bill. This was a book I could simply settle into and get lost in. A world that was so different, the need to pay attention was accompanied by the wonder and magic. I really liked this story, this world, and this couple.

Jamie Schlosser has such a great way to describe in vivid detail this world that I'm visiting, and I love that for my first fantasy series read, I stumbled across this one. It felt like she gave me a world to travel and discover as I continued into the story. The first book (novella) was a great backdrop for the series and it spelled everything out - including the curse Damon is straddled with. I'm so glad I've continued with this series because it has given me a magical and mystical world that I've happily escaped to.

The mental play was fun because watching them dance around their attraction to each other was entertaining, while the powers in this book added a new level of confusion and ability to wrap my head around, it also provided some excellent visuals in the book. Sprites. Witches. Fae. So much to subscribe to, and I really enjoyed that side of the exploration.

Here's the honest breakdown from me. The nitty-gritty:

- This storyline was great - a little drawn out, but it kept me entertained. It took me on a magical ride and Damon was so very easy to get along with. He had a great disposition and he was very likable. He tried and did what he could; his strength was fun to watch, but his softer side made me smile.

- Whitley was an interesting character - but I actually had a rough time connecting with her. She was very inconsistent with her actions and at one point, I wanted to scream at her because she was doing things we all know she shouldn't have done - but it was passed off as her being strong and doing what needed to be done. No. If you are looking for a meek, scared, or laid back heroine - that is not something you will get with this book. No sirree. Whitley is NOT demure in any way whatsoever. That girl is all spit and fire. I struggled with her, and while she wasn't my favorite heroine, she was Damon's perfect match and they worked well for each other. He was a softie for her and knew she was his endgame.

- The writing wasn't as smooth as the first two books in this series, and that makes me a tad bit sad. It felt rather generic in the sense that we knew what was going on, but I easily stayed along for the ride. But let me be clear, it didn't take away too much from my overall enjoyment of the actual storyline, in the end. I still finished with a smile on my face.

- The growth of the characters' relationship was fast, but also quite predictable - especially with danger lurking around every corner. Fate was the name of the game with this book, and I'm a huge believer of fate, but this one felt forced along the way.

Since this isn’t anywhere close to the real world, it allowed my imagination that trip where anything was possible so it took away the reality of impossibility and replaced it with the ability to allow my imagination to run wild and I'm pretty sure that's why I enjoyed this one as much as I did. I am very intrigued with this entire storyline and this world, and cannot wait for The Fae King's Prize. I do know she has planned quite a few books in this series and I am here for it. I will read every single one of them - I'm looking forward to more from this fantasy series.

You ever read a book that was beautiful? Or so beautiful it grips your heart with so much emotion? This is it, actually the whole series is what I would describe as beautiful. I always love my true soulmates, add in the fantasy aspect and I am in awe of this beautiful series with all the feels. I feel like this book gives new meaning to the phrase “see you in your dreams”. Damon is a Dream Walker, he sees his mate, Whitley aka little carrot, in her dreams, and then the adventure begins, like an unimaginable chess match.

Such a fantastic storyline, so many twist, turns and oh shit moments. This book will have you on the edge of your seat, anxiously reading what comes next. And the emotions, all the feels, I actually sobbed like a baby during some of the book, every emotion. Loved the humor, Damon’s human sayings, so funny. These two together are quite the power couple, and honestly, I’m not sure there’s much they can’t do together. True mate relationship goals all the way. We get to read about all of our favorites from previous books. Kirian, Quinn, Astrid, and some new favorites, like some of the Sprites, and Zander. Safe read with a wonderful epilogue and a hea. More please.

Amy's Review

I really enjoyed the first two books in this series.  The prequel Between Dawn and Dusk, and The Fae King's Curse.  The world that is being built in this series is amazing.  I was finished Kirian's book, and dove right into Damon's.  But for a reason I can't seem to pin point, Damon's book just didn't grab hold of me like the two previous books had.

Damon and Whitley's book was action packed.  It had  strong female, and male leads that believed, and trusted in one another.  A strong sense of adventure.  Magic, love, loss, and so much more.  But for some reason I really struggled to get into this one.  It was fast paced throughout, and I found my groove towards the end.

This was a good book, it just wasn't one that spoke to me like others in the series had.

Well...sorry, ladies. Damon is mine.
It’s true. I have it in writing.
At the end of my review for book one, I claimed him.
Sorry.

Damon is adorably arrogant, deliciously protective, and forever messing up human phrases, making me giggle like a school girl. He’s also romantic and sexy and caring and funny. I love how he calls Whitley “my little carrot.” *heart eyes*

Whitley is a perfect match for Damon. Both are fierce, both are badass, and both are willing to do whatever it takes to keep the other one safe. Their connection was instant, their chemistry white hot and sizzling.

These two were very eager to get to know each other, learn about the other, and make each other happy...in more ways than one. There wasn’t any push & pull with them, no beating around the bush. They both knew they needed each other, belonged together forever.

This was yet another magical and fantastical story with sexy AF fae kings and evil witches and trolls and griffins and precious, loyal sprites. And Maisel...oh, my cute and adorable and sassy and charming, little sprite. She kinda stole my heart.

You know that saying ‘get lost in a good book’? This delightfully whimsical story is a perfect example. I definitely got lost and it was definitely good. More than just good. Rich and vivid descriptions made this story so easy to envision everything, as if it were a movie playing in front of me.

Masterfully written, this story rocked my socks off. It was full of so much goodness and deliciousness and sexiness and FUN-ness that I never wanted to stop reading. The detailed fantasy world this talented author created is a place that made me want to crawl into the pages and live there.

It was entertaining and exciting and full of nailbiting moments. It was action-packed, with scenes that made my heart beat a little bit faster. And the steam levels? Off the charts.

I loved every second.
I craved every single word.
I didn’t want to put it down.
Did you love fae romance? Then you need this series in your life.

Bring.
On.
Zander.
I’ll go ahead and claim him now, thankyouverymuch.

ARC received in exchange for an honest review.

I have been looking forward to reading this book since I finished the first one in the series, and couldn't wait to see with whom Damon was going to end up being paired with. I really liked his character in The Far King's Curse, and am glad that he stayed true to his endearingly arrogant self, with his humanisms and cockiness.

I think that Whitley was a great match for him and while at first I was worried her backstory was going to burden the novel with too much grimness, I was glad with how everything panned out and the choice the author made to make sure that there were going to be still light hearted and romantic moments despite the background tragedy Whitley just went through.

I was also very intrigued by the plot and how in this instalment we get to see more of the witches and the magical side of Valora. Astrid also has a more central role and I adore that little witchy troll to bits, I'd even let her cut my hair.

Overall, it was a fun, exciting read full with adventure, romance, and a good amount of plot twists at the end that made me stay up waaaay to late (so thank you for that Jamie) when I had class the next day.

One last thing, which I'm pretty sure I expressed in my review of the previous book as well is how much I love the idea of fantasy romance as a genre. And maybe it's just me living with my head in the sand, but I'm not seeing many authors writing novels that are equally about the romance and the fantasy. Usually fantasy books, even when YA, have only hints of romance. And then there's PNR, which is a different thing altogether and often is not based in solid world-building. So yeah, I'm definitely enjoying this magical adventures that are still heavily romantic.

Now, if my fated mate could please portal himself here, or come meet me in my dreams and whisk me away to a fae realm, that would be much appreciated.

Damon's story was EXACTLY what I was looking for! It was an eye opening, jaw-dropping, stupendous read, one I can't wait to read again immediately! Damon such a sincere, fun loving, protective, dreamy and outrageously charming king while Whitley turned out to hold out surprises too. She is beautiful, strong, and when I find out where her true heritage is, I couldn't help but to freak out with excitement!

I really think Jamie Schlosser outdid herself with The Fae King's Dream. This story was adventurous and fun, sexy and sweet and loaded with incredible, jaw dropping descriptions and had the absolute best plot, one that I found incredible. The story itself is beautiful. These fae and the amazing worlds are stunning. I loved that it was easy to picture EVERYTHING in my mind because Miss Schlosser created a world where she described everything to perfection. This was amazing! And the romance, my goodness, the romance is extraordinary and sweet and crackles with heat and was a lot of fun. I can't seem to stop gushing about it! I found myself dancing happily and excitedly the moment this book hit my kindle and even after I finished I felt like I was on cloud 9. This book was THAT FREAKING, AMAZINGLY GOOD!

Rating this book is a no brainer. It gets a TEN SASSY, STUNNING, I -WANT-MORE-PLEASE STARS!! I am 100% addicted to these fae!

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first book. I think a big part of that was not fully connecting with Whitley and Damon’s relationship.

The story started strong, then became a bit boring in the middle, before picking up again toward the end. At one point, I honestly thought I was heading into a reading slump because it took me much longer to finish than other books of a similar length.

Even though the world continues to expand, which I did find interesting, I think the main issue for me was the lack of chemistry between the main characters. Maybe they got together too quickly? I’m not entirely sure. Still, I enjoyed it overall and I’ll definitely be reading the next book.

Talk about a man of your dreams….
Damon tugged at my heart in the previous book of this series, but I absolutely fell in love with him in his book. He is strong, sensitive, and determined to wait for his love match. His joy and fear when he first finds Whitley was intense. Whitley is perfect for him. She is spunky, determined, and able to overcome her fears even in circumstances that are overwhelming. She is smart and brave and will do anything to save Damon and their fate to be together. This story packs romance, heat, and suspense as the couple works to avoid the coven of witches responsible for the curses on the realms. There is medieval violence and gore as well as love and romance. I really enjoyed the way Damon and Whitley fit together. They are a perfect match, but I do not want to give away more than that.
I could not put this book down. I laughed, I gripped the arm of my chair, I cried, and I swooned. This book is so much it is difficult to put into words. The settings are magnificent. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat. The relationships formed among the characters was inspirational, as was the acceptance of many kinds of creatures. If you like the fantasy realm and some paranormal/fairy tale romance, you will not regret reading this book. I definitely recommend it.
Though this book is third in the series it stands alone as a story of Damon and Whitley It is certainly possible to read this without reading the prequel and book one, but I believe that readers will gain the most enjoyment to read this series in order to gain better appreciation of the history and characters within the realms.
I am voluntarily leaving this honest review after receiving an advance review copy.

The Fae King’s Dream

by Jamie Schlosser

It’s been months since I got lost in a really good fantasy romance story, or any fantasy story for that matter. I absolutely adored book one in this fabulous new enterprise from author Jamie Schlosser so I was particularly excited to get my hands on the next book. I can unequivocally say that Jamie has mastered this genre, giving readers something different, otherworldly, dazzling and downright spectacular.

In The Fae King’s Dream, we’re greeted with action and drama, intrigue and dream worlds, magic and trouble and heartbreak, just as beautiful, we’re then left with the completion of a truly remarkable, exceptionally crafted and planned out fantasy adventure, peppered with supernatural elements, epic romance and familial love. Damon might be able to enter dreams and Whitley may be a dream weaver, but it’s Jamie Schlosser’s words that paints their kaleidoscopic world into something very real, weaving her sentences together into a tapestry or spell for her readers. From page one until the end, our focus, our emotions and our will for our players to succeed is firmly engaged.

‘Blinking, I focus on the stranger to steady myself.

There are dark shadows behind him, following his every move, almost like they’re attached to his body. When I peer closer, I see the distinct outline of gray-ish wings.

Whimpering from fear, I draw back. “Are you a demon?”

“What? No.”

“An angel, then?”

He laughs. “Hardly. I’m a faerie. We’re way cooler than demons or angels.”’

There is something so wonderful about getting lost in a book, particularly when that book has set up an entirely different and original landscape, filled with many diverse characters and beings, when it’s a sensational mixture of the unknown, of Damon’s sweetness, stalwart attitude, strength of character and will to do what is right and just. This is how a hero should be portrayed. Equally, our heroine Whitley was a sublime balance for Damon. She was his other half in so many ways. Funny, delightful, likeable and lovable in equal measures, they played off each other beautifully so we got a concoction of humour, banter, flirtation and realness.

The Fae King’s Dream is a brilliant piece of fantasy romance. The melding of two different worlds is executed to perfection, the inhabitants quirky and captivating, the dialogue fresh, magical and alluring. It’s sexy, adventurous, spellbinding and quite simply put, one of the best books to get lost in the first chance you get.

The Fae King’s Dream is the second in the Between Dawn and Dusk series and it focuses on one of my favorite things: fated mates. Having one person out there that is perfectly made for you? That’s the stuff of dreams.

And speaking of dreams, our main character Damon is a dream walker. That’s the only time he can see, as he’s been blind since birth due due to the witch’s curse (just like our buddy Kirian in book #1!). His parents are in the human realm searching for his mate, and they’ve found her…in critically condition in a coma. That’s where Damon and Whitney first meet, since a coma can be a form of sleep.

Once they are reunited and Whitney is on the mend, magic and suspense just keep happening. One thing I loved about this book was the lack of romantic angst. Once Damon and Whitney meet there is no question who they are to one another. While it’s not exactly smooth sailing (I legit cried at one point!), it’s satisfying to have a couple so into the other without it being overbearing and boring.

Loved revisiting Quinn and Kirian and the insight into Zander. Between Dawn and Dusk is a series I’ll be coming back to in the future.

The Fae King’s Dream: a review

Damon, a dream sleeper who pops into people’s dreams to see what’s going on is blind and trying to locate a soulmate to love and marry. Damon’s parents have found him a potential soulmate named Whitley but she’s in a coma after his parents try and help him meet her. Damon travels through a portal where he finds a necklace that belongs to Whitley that he uses to pop into her dreams.

I absolutely love Damon and Whitley together I absolutely loved loved this. Damon and Whitley are soulmates forever. The epilogue was amazing. Can’t wait to read Zander’s story

This was good! Almost as good as Kirian's and Quinn's book - almost!

I really liked Damon's character and he and Whitley were well-suited. How exactly was Whitley so well-suited for him, I couldn't say because I found there to be a lack of character development for her which explained her bloodthirsty nature.

Overall, a nice installment in the series and I am definitely moving on to the next novel.
