Hammer is apart of the Heartlands MC and has been crushing/sorta stalking a lawyer he feels soemthing between them but wont make a move since he has some problems with another club and doesn't wanna risk her. As for Robin she has plan move up and move out of town but she does have few heated moments with Hammer and he does defend her from ppls who try to mess with her.
They both do a tiny push/pull but it doesnt last long, we also see some drama from the rival biker club.
No ow/om drama, no cheating, Tiny drama, slight secondary character, sexy times, no virgins and no manwhore celibate

First things first; I like the cover of this book.
Hammer is the ninth book in the ‘’heartlands motorcycle club’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Hammer isn’t looking for love but he feels an instant connection to Robin. Robin is an attorney that is very career focused. She is attracted to Hammer but will she give love a chance?
The chemistry between Hammer and Robin is clear to see and I liked them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read.

WOW!! I couldn't put this one down. I absolutely love it!! This was a nice quick, short read.
Hammer sees Robin when he's at the courthouse with Wrath. He takes a picture of her then asks around about who she is. Now he's at the grocery store with Chain helping him shop when he spots her. Robin has a few guys around her harassing her, when he goes up and knocks them out. Hammer picks up Robin and takes her a few aisles over, she tells him to put her down. Robin tells Hammer he just assaulted those guy and they'll be pressing charges. Later that night when Hammer can't sleep he head to the laundry mat. He sits and reads his book then hears the familiar humming coming from someone who's entering the laundry mat. Robin accuses him of stalking her, but he tells her he was there first. Hammer tells her to wait there and goes and gets a bottle of tequila. When she tries to tells him something he tells her to take one shot then he will. Then they both take a few sips, Robin tells him she realizes there's something between them. She says it can't be anything more than physical. After they both take a few more shot, he tells her to follow him. He picks the lock of the room in the back and they both head inside. He tells her to put her hands on the table then he pushes into her backside. He asks her if she feels it now, then he slides his under her clothing, he begins to pleasure her. She tells him she's not doing this here, he tells her to let herself go. She tells him she wants to know his real name, he tells her it's Robin, he tells her she can call him Rob but only when it's just the two of them. When she starts to unbuckle his pants they hear the door handle click. The lady who owns the laundry mat comes to find them, after they get dress he introduces Robin to Luann the owner. When Hammer tell them to lets forget this happened, Robin takes it as meaning with her. Robin takes her clothes out and puts them in her baskets trying to leave. Hammer asks her if she'll go to dinner with him and she tells him no. Hammer tries to find her at her office the next day but her uncle tells him she's in court this morning. So he leaves his number for her to call him later. Everyone at the Heartland's bar knows about what happened in the laundry mat and are harassing Hammer. He asks Conley if he can use the cabin, he gets the keys and goes to set everything up. He finds out the video when viral with him knocking out the guys at the grocery store. Hammer goes to find Robin and asks her if she'll go to eat with him. She tells him no then he asks her to go for a ride on his bike and she tells him she's never been on a motorcycle before. Hammer has a set of clothes for her to put on, then they head out for a spin around the block. Hammer takes her to the cabin, while Robin protests on the back of the bike. He tells her she has to eat something. He tells her he has something to show her, he tells her he has food for her inside. After she sees the set up, she tells them they are only friends with benefits. He tells her he wants more than that with her. She tells him she assume he has other girls that he takes in the back of the laundry mat, he tells her she is the only one for him. Hammer tells Robin the comment he said was for Luann, but she already told all his MC brothers. He tells her he set everyone straight, she tells him he didn't have to. Hammer asks her if she's ready for dinner, she tells him she's not hungry anymore. Hammer scopes her up and takes her to the bed. He tells her they are going to do this and she is now his old lady, they are meant to be together. They pleasures each other then get physical. A week later they both either stay at Hammer's place or Robin's they are never far from one another. Hammer picks her up from work for a party at the Heartlands MC. Robin feels uncomfortable until Meadow comes and talks to her, then the evening flys by. Hammer comes to find her, he takes her to a back room, he has all set up for them. He tells her he has a surprise for her, on the bed is a box with lingerie, a box of chocolates on the side. After they get physical they lay in each other's arms, Robin starts to tell him about her big plans to move back east. There's a loud bang and Hammer is up and dressed, he tells her to stay there and lock the door. Hammer comes out to see several of his old Satan’s Seminoles attacking the guys at Heartland. He goes and helps several of the guys out. When one of the guys finally spots him, he tells him this is between them. The Heartland MC tell them if they have something against Hammer it's with them also. Hammer tells Heartland he wants this done and over with so he'll fight all of them. They head out back where Hammer starts to get a beat down, then they hear a gunshot. They all turn to find one of the Seminoles has Robin with a gun pointed at her, he tells them it's his old lady and they're going to take her instead. Some of the Seminoles don't want to do that. Robin gives Hammer a look and then she kicks the gun out of the guys hands and lands him on the ground. Robin tells them she's an attorney all this ends now. They all agree that their feud is over with Hammer. Robin and Hammer head back inside and go back to their room. She tells him about her plans to move east, Hammer tells her he'll follow her she is his. She tells him no his family is here, he tells her he's from the east. He tells her he'd follow her where ever she goes, then grabs a box from the dresser. Hammer goes down on one knee and asks her to marry him and she tells him yes. Six months later, they are setting up Robin's new offices, back in Seneca. They went east, met each other's families, Robin tried to get in with other attorney's offices but none she liked. So Robin's parents finally retired and settled a few miles from them. Hammer's mother parents passed and left her with all their money plus some. So they retire and head to Seneca. Hammer and Robin are married and are expecting their first child. Hammer may have married above his pay grade, but he'll spend the rest of his life proving they are meant to be together.

This was a good book and story of these two.. really enjoyed it..
Hammer can not get his mind off Robin, there is something about her that draws him in. Robin can't stop thinking about Hammer, she knows she should forget about him because he is not part of her future plans. But he us constantly on her mind and in her dreams.. It doesn't take Robin long to realise all she wants and needs is Hammer in her life.

Okay I really got to take a break from these books because they're getting so bad that I am skimming the sex scenes. I think I read too much of them back to back...so I'm giving hammer 2 stars and then calling it a day.
To be honest tho, I didn't really love this series from the get go...the best written ones were from Olivia T Turner.

This book was kind of jumbled, some sections didn't work well, didn't make sense or were snippets out of the blue. For a lawyer, who basically held her own at some points, she never gets his last name? Or minimum peeps into his past? It wasn't horrible, I didn't hate it but it does need to be smoothed out for a better story.

Hammer is the ninth installment of Dani Wyatt’s Heartland MC series. This is another delightful and entertaining biker romance. I enjoy Ms. Wyatt’s writing with its great dialog, dual POV, and riveting descriptive scenes that captivate her readers while adding credibility to the HEA biker romance. I enjoy how she portrays this biker MC to be caring and responsible citizens who will not shrink form keeping their loved ones safe. I thought it was clever how she added suspense by reversing the approach so that it comes from Hammer’s past. It endangers Robin and gets Hammer to face his demons. Nice touch, Ms. Wyatt.

This author sucks at keeping details straight. In every book so far she changes names or heights or locations and it's usually like only a page later. Heck last book she changed a guy's name a paragraph later on SAME page lol

Absolutely loved the newest book in the Heartland MC series. Robin and Hammer are the absolute best and your all going to fall in love with their story. Dani always gives us that five star read.

I really enjoyed reading this book. I wasn’t sure I would, but I love this series, and hoped this book would slide right in, and it did. It was just as crazy as the previous books, falling hard and falling fast, for someone who may not fell the same way. But the way he put her first, and took care of her, why wouldn’t she?? It’s not an easy road for them, but they were meant for each other, and got their own perfect version of Ride or Die forever.
