Serena is an unusual shifter because she can’t shift in the physical world, only in the dream world. This one little detail makes her existence a rarity and her accidental intimate encounter happen with the wrong twin. Torn between what she thought she wanted and what her body is telling her, this story unfolds in the most interesting way. Gabe is hot, dominant, & ready to go for what he wants.

You can only choose one
This was the perfect first experience with this author. The story is fast paced and so full of emotional angst not to mention the danger and hidden agendas. I love these characters, each one is fully developed and has so much depth that they felt real. I can’t wait to read the next book, heck I can’t wait to read the first book in the series, I can’t imagine it not being just as good. After reading this book I can’t wait to see what happens with all of the characters and any new ones we might meet.

What an interesting romantic story. Perhaps a mistaken identity but enjoyable anyway. Well worth the time to read.

Serena travels across the country to join the Fated Mountain wolf pack after a brief encounter with Sam Wulfric makes her sure he's her mate. What she gets instead is his identical twin, Gabe. Her inner wolf is easy to please, but who will win her human heart?

I already enjoyed the first book in the series, "Fated Mate," and my biggest hope for the sequel was that it would build on the mythology of the wolf shifters, dreamwalkers, and spelltalkers. This book totally delivered. It gives a much better look into pack life and really sets up the series moving forward.

Serena is caught between two brothers, but it never comes across like she's trying to play both sides. Gabe was a passionate, strong, considerate hero and he definitely earned his HEA. I look forward to getting to know Sam much better in the third book.

The story is well-written, fast-paced and has some great characters, as well as some incredible chemistry. It's also an emotional rollercoaster ride full of danger, drama, and angst, there's even a stalker! It's about Serena, who after briefly meeting Sam and believing him to be her mate moves to Colorado to join the Fated Mountain wolf pack to be with him. But when she arrives she meets Gabe his identical twin - which one is her mate? Will her inner wolf and her human heart agree?

I'm not going to tell youch which twin is Mr Right, they are both strong, both sexy and she's drawn to both but..............

Vince Ethelwulf, shaman’s circle assistant, secretly watched Serena Lowell, knowing she could not catch his scent. Like him, she was a dreamwalker, not a full shifter, not having a physical wolf. Just as his did, her wolf only came out at night on the dreamscape. Their only difference was that she was able to use her skills to slip into people’s dreams and help them. He had failed a test in the pack, so the shaman spelled him so he could not use his talent.

Serena had just jointed the Colorado Rockies Fated Mountain Pack Council as their 13th member. Twelve wolf shifters and one spelltalker from the shaman’s circle to keep the council in balance. She had accepted the job for another reason, though. Sam Wulfric was an alpha shifter in this pack and would make good breeding material as her mate. She needed to check him out.

She settled in her cabin, then went into the woods. She came upon a gray wolf who shifted – and it was Sam! He had cut his hair much shorter, giving him a military look. His eyes sparkled and he grinned at her. Gabe had been having a bad day until now. The woman walked up to him, a hungry look in her eyes, and told him to kiss her! He was tentative at first, sure she would disappear, but her response had both of them pulling each other closer. She told him she wanted him here, now – and she stripped off her clothes! Although he didn’t take care, afraid of activating the mating Fever, they were intimate and she laid in his arms. He knew she was the one – until she called him Sam, his twin brother!

Gabe asked her to have dinner with him and give him a chance to get to know her, so she agreed. But that night Sam, having talked with Gabe, banged on her cabin door to hear the story from her. They were having breakfast in the morning. All day on his enforcer duty, Gabe couldn’t stop thinking about Serena and was feeling maybe he should cancel their date. But he was so sure she was his mate. What should he do? Did he have to choose between his brother and his mate? What if both brothers started into mating Fever? And what would happen when they discovered Serena also had a stalker sending her roses?

Wow, that poor (lucky!) girl – what a situation to be in the middle of! Which brother would she choose? And would the stalker hurt her when he became aware of his “competition”? Grab your copy and see how this tense situation is going to be resolved!

Cool ideas with there being wolf shifters that can’t shift but have other abilities such as being a dreamwalker. Unfortunately, those that can’t shift aren’t treated very well in the pack; they are seen as less than, so that has created some problems within packs. Serena is a dreamwalker, who met wolf shifter Sam about a month ago; they had some kisses and have been texting since they live in different places. Serena decides to take a job with Sam’s pack as a dreamwalker psychologist type person so she can see if there’s more of a connection with Sam. When she arrives, she propositions who she think is Sam, but it ends up being his twin brother, Gabe. Some steaminess ensues. Gabe wants her and Sam wants her, but Serena is unsure. This all causes problems, but there’s also a dangerous stalker after Serena. I wish the revealing of who the stalker was would’ve been revealed later in the book, but we get POV from the stalker so we know the whole time. It was fine, but a little mystery would’ve been fun. I liked Serena and how the romance goes, but I didn’t like that it seemed like her wolf was into whoever; the whole mates thing felt like it didn’t matter for her, so it kind of cheapened the whole bonding. I wanted a bit more I can’t live without you going from Serena. I liked both Sam and Gabe; strong alpha types and both good guys, one a bit more mature than the other. The mating Fever (like being in heat for an animal) scenario also cheapened things a bit; it was such a nuisance and created such a mess, but added some drama. Overall, the writing is good and the story was interesting. Entertaining fun with some steamy goodness! Looking forward to seeing how the story will play out in the next book. This one isn’t a cliffhanger for Serena, but some scenarios with other characters aren’t fully satisfied, so you’ll want to read the next one for that story.

When Serena comes to work for the pack she runs into the man who is fated to be her mate but there is more then just one man she has to worry about . When she walks up to Gabe and demands to make love with her , her world changes well because there is mistaken identity and will Gabe or his twin brother Sam win out .
This is the second book in the series and the characters are just as complex as in the first book . Serena is a no hold bars woman , she is feisty and sweet but also can stand up to anyone . She is also a dream walker , and shifter she can only shift in her dreams . Both Sam and Gabe are tall, sexy and oh so alpha . Sam is a little bit more on the cocky side and Gabe is more on the sweet side . I like Gabe more then Sam cause Sam just seemed to be kind of arrogant in so many ways . There is also a stalker that you will want to slap a few times . These characters are well written and complex .
This is one of those books that you get very involved in , you get to fall for the characters and cheer for them when they finally get together . The author takes us on a rollercoaster ride just on the fact of who is she going to pick. The story is well written and the characters are complex . There is some intrigue and a whole bunch of romance and a whole lot of alphaness . This book could be read as a stand alone but I would say read the first book in the series so you can understand the pack a bit more . This is one of those books you can read at the beach or by the pool . So check it out

Even 'fated mates' get it wrong

by coosh

Proof that even 'fated mates' get it wrong. A mess of mistaken identity, confused hearts, and overwhelming urges.

Really, I thought the fated mate trope was supposed to bypass this kind of mess! Nope, even shifters with enhanced senses and mystical powers act like idiots where love is concerned. Some long, cold showers would've helped! I was just annoyed by their antics.

On the other hand, there was a lot of alpha male smacking going around. What i mean is the pack dynamics did NOT allow the males to strut around and lord it over everyone else. There were plenty of sensible, powerful females in positions of authority and leading the packs. Also, when the alpha males got too growly and obstinate, everyone else just smacked them down! I loved it.

Serena moved to Colorado, and joined a pack. She meets Sam, and they could not forget their kiss. Serena is a daydreamer, and is able to meet shifters, and others in her dreams. She meets Gabe, and realizes that he is Sam's twin. They become her lovers. Gabe falls into the Fever. He knows that Serena is his fated mate. The brothers challenge each other. Serena has a stalker that wants to claim her. He kidnaps her, and wants to force the mating bite, during daydreaming. Serena fights for her life. The brothers realize that Serena is in danger. Will they unite, and rescue her? Will Serena chose her fated mate? The storyline flowed well, and was fast paced. The characters were realistic, and likeable. I loved reading this book!!!!.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Serena moves to join the Fated Mountain Wolf pack because she believes that Sam is her mate. When she encounters his twin, Gabe, her wolf recognizes him as her mate. Now she is left to choose between the two. What will happen to the one she does not choose? I really enjoyed Fated Mate by Jessica and was happy to get the chance to read Claimed Mate. Once again she has given us a well written story with great characters. I look forward to the next in this series. Hopefully we will find out the story of the unchosen brother

Although this was a very well written book and I enjoyed it immensely I did have a hard time understanding how Serena could miss all the warning signs. On the drive to where she was going to be staying the political talk from Vince threw up so many red flags for me that I was screaming at the book and that was at the very beginning. My heart broke for Gabe and Sam for twin brothers to be at each other's throat over a woman. And it was very clear to me that Gabe was for me. I'm anxiously awaiting Sam's book. And I feel lost cuz I want to know what the bite is.

I really enjoyed reading this rereleased version of the trial and romance between Serena and Gabe. The dynamics of their culture is very descriptive and the bond between brothers is challenged when feelings are manipulated. The characters and story really draw you in and although the mating fever pulls on Gabe he keeps his senses while dealing with Sam and showing Serena that there is more to them than just the fever. I'm intrigued as to the secret manipulator who is trying to undermine and change the wolf hierarchy.

After reading this book I had to take a little time to compose myself and get my thoughts clear in my head before I put them in a review.
Wow this book was amazingly written. Once I started I couldn’t put it down till I was finished. This book has twists and turns you don’t know what’s happening. will they all get there happily ever after or will it all go wrong. To find out what happens go buy the book. You won’t be disappointed I wasn’t.

Callie moves from Maine to the Colorado Rockies for a new job and a chance to mate.
Callie was a dream-walker and her wolf only appeared on the dreamscape. She accepts a new job with the Fated Mountain Pack with hopes of getting to know Sam the wolf shifter she had met at the interview. After arriving she take a walk and thinks she sees Sam but his hair is shorter and they get close but then she finds out he is Sam's twin brother.

I liked the first chapters a lot, so I was thrilled to keep reading this story, the pack aspect, the potential mates, the dream walking idea, all got me interested at first... but it got pretty repetitive, the characters all kind of sucked, even Gabe who was the reason I kept reading felt flat and one dimensional.

I wish I cared more about Sam to go read his story, but after going back to the book on different occasions just to try to finish it, I'm not going to pick up the next one for now.

Great addition to the Sci-Fi/Paranormal Romance genre!

The writing draws you in and keeps you involved throughout the whole story, I found myself in love with not only the characters but also the world she created.

The attitudes toward the events that are happening make the story even richer and the characters more relatable.

Serena moves to a new community based on her attraction to Sam. She’s a shifter but only ij the dream world. She faces discrimination by a lot of the shifters that turn in real life. On a chance encounter in the woods she mistakes Sam’s twin Gabe for him and is struck by destiny. Her preconceived notions go out the window and Gabe is starting to feel more appealing than Sam ever did. Add a twisted Stalker and this made for an interesting read.

A story filled with angst and memorable scenes between multiple characters. I liked the complex nature of the story. There was so much more going on behind the scenes as well as right in front of me as I read this story. She was a great character - easily read. I liked her interactions with him. A good story.

As a dream walker you’d think you would have a better handle on your mate. I mean he looks like you remember. He walks like you remember. Right? How can he look a like? Unless. There are two. A mystery in the pack. A mate that is not your mate. Whoa. Let’s get it together because choosing was not on the agenda. Help!

What do you do when you want to meet new people? You move many states away from your family. Serena moved from Maine to Colorado. Everything is different and no family. She is no longer under her family's influence where shoud could get a jab because of her name. She had to find and get a job on her own. Along the way she meets Sam and Gabe and Vincent. All three want her but was does she want?.

I loved this! It was a bit confusing at the beginning and sometimes the P.o.v did change in the middle of the chapter with no warning so it took a bit to realize who we were reading as. Other than that it was a great story! Major cliffhanger at the end though!
