I love this series. It's like eating popcorn – once you start, it's hard to stop and you just want more. Fortunately, the author releases these books very rapidly and there are very few, if any, typos. If you're looking for action, this series is full of action and you never have to wait long for it. You never know what's going to happen when you turn the page. I have 3 weeks to wait for the next book, so it's a good thing I have new Cussler and Connelly books to keep me busy.
Between the pandemic, social distancing and spending time at our vacation home in Florida I read the entire Wild series over a 3 week period between other books. This series was a good way to spend my vacation by the pool, hanging out in the house when it was raining and something to read at the ocean. Nothing complicated just fun straight forward adventures of Tyson Wild.
Ok not sure why I am writing a review every five books in the series? It may be that I was waiting for the books to get mundane or for them to start rehashing old storylines - but that hasn't happened. Each book stands alone - the characters are memorable and the action is engaging. I have looked forward to each new read and they have delivered. Tyson and JD are really solid lead characters. I recommend these books to all!👍
This book by Tripp Ellis is another excellent read with plenty of action but there isn't much suspense. Jason Wild doesn't solve the crime, he gets the solution handed to him. The sojourn into the game of golf at the club was a bore. Ellis explains what it means to be a "scratch" golfer but he could have included other golfing terms used in the game such as "birdie" and "eagle".
One more time we get Tyson and JD creating havoc and getting the job done! As always a well developed story and characters! Can't wait for the next adventure!
These books aren’t the most sophisticated action crime novels but they are tons of fun to read and always keep your attention. I’ve read 15 of them so he must be doing something right to keep me coming back for more.
Another great book. You can tell I'm hooked. Good story line. Characters are great. Keeps me in suspense. I can't believe I' m ready and able to start book 16. Keep up the great style Tripp. Read on I promise you'll love it.
Tyson and JD are called to the scene of a murder where the early evidence points to the husband but things don’t add up. Lots of twists and turns in this great story.
I'm amazed that this author can write so many fantastic novels, I hope that he never stops writing. His books are some of the best Entertainment I have read and worth the time to read them. Thank you for a very fun entertaining read.
