Hunting the leftover scum from a corrupt judge’s human trafficking operation, King and Slater dig up the name of a bank used to wash all the dirty money leaving Vegas in duffel bags. It brings them to an offshore tax haven — the city of Freeport on Grand Bahama. There, a narcissistic psychopath named Dylan Walcott runs an airtight financial empire, with a smorgasbord of companies under his belt.
Soon enough King and Slater’s vigilante acts lead them, inevitably, to the downtrodden. They befriend an elderly couple in Freeport, victims of loan sharking in the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian. All roads lead to Walcott, who’s cast his predatory gaze over every survivor in need of quick cash across the archipelago. His greed knows no bounds, ruining lives both offshore and in his own backyard.
Walcott won’t ever back down, and King and Slater must reconsider what they’re getting themselves into.

A smashing, action-packed adventure when King and Slater deal with a trafficking operation in Las Vegas, only to find the money leads to the Bahamas. With the sale of young females as one of the schemes, the men decide to take a trip, looking for the head of the snake. Only it is not just the two of them anymore, as girlfriends Violetta and Alexis join King and Slater in a wild ride! There are emotional moments, fights, horrific actions that prey on innocent people, and many enemies located along their path. Fascinating plots, twists that will keep you guessing, and outstanding characters who you will come to love or hate. A 5 STAR addition to the intriguing tales of King and Slater. If you love action, and have not read these stories, What Are You Waiting For!?
Another great book from Matt Rogers! I feel like I know King and Slater and now Violetta and Alexis. The author's books are packed with adventure and I'm looking forward to more books from this author!
Read all King & Slater books.....not a bad one among them....also making it impossible to pick a best one...Thank you Matt Rogers for maintaining a great standard of fast paced and entertaining reading. 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Theses two are just stupid killers or the author is running out of gas, plus the plot sucks. Main plot they handcuff a man who puts out contracts on mob members and they think he's a bad guy, They do the same only in person, They use an arms dealer to fight their war don't have a problem where the guys guns do to hurt the innocent. But they have a problem and murder a crooked businessman because some of the money he launders comes from drugs and maybe sex trafficking AND HE DOESNT KNOW IT. THEY murder a cop but let the female boss go free. The pimps car should have a tracker and they don't sweep for bugs in their residents. Authors success is making himself lazy
Another Exciting & Enthralling Action/@Adventure Novel of Righteous Vigilantes!
I am hooked on this series as the adventure never slows and the characters continue to evolve. This author not only knows how to write an exceptional action/adventure novel but has an exceptional instinct for people and psychology. His books are never boring and always an outstanding read. Now on too the next in the series!!!
The book is excellent and at one point you think "Oooops, have they bitten off more than they can chew". The main protagonist seems to have their number, but in the end the heroes do heroic stuff and all ends well. As usual the action is non stop and Jason & Will have brilliant moments of dialog, you have to smile, smirk, chuckle Thankfully the next book is out already, so that's.me sorted
Each book in this series is basically a rehash of the ones before it. The dialogue is immature and boorish, wit never a true story emerging at any point. This will be my last foray into what was once a fairly decent premise.
Typical Rogers fare with ample heapings of extraneous philosophy thrown in. Interesting concept for the crimes but not too believable follow-up by the supposedly heroes of the story.
I have read every one of the previous books. They are becoming predictable, other than Alexis. This woman has been with them for just a few months and is already taking out military trained killers??? come on guys.
Like the way the characters have evolved. Getting more relatable and more fallible. The ladies are getting better and King and Slater actually make mistakes.
Wow this story line was awesome. The writer had so many twists and turns. Just when i thought i had it figured out the story line changed again. Great read
