Rogue: Five Men. One Mission. Annihilation.

Rate this book
Two years of peace in Manchester is about to be violently shattered. The Maguire-Law family is still top dog, holding sway over the entire north of England. When a gang of ex-soldiers starts attacking their businesses and murdering people under their protection, their ferocious reputation is torn to shreds, leaving them vulnerable to attack from their many rivals.

The family becomes locked in a battle against an enemy the likes of which they’ve never seen before. This enemy doesn’t want money or power. They’re on a mission to clean-up the city, starting with them. Like all zealots they won’t stop until all their targets are dead.

The Maguires and Laws have to face the fact that this could be one war they can’t possibly win.

Author of over seventy books so far. Living on the beautiful west coast of Scotland with my husband, twin daughters and a cat called Mavis, although I am originally from Lancashire in the north of England.

My tastes in all things are eclectic, which extends to my writing. Although I primarily write crime books - especially gangland thrillers - I also write gothic historical romance and fantasy. I publish on Amazon Kindle and some of my novels are available in paperback too. I also have a traditional publishing contract with Boldwood Books.

When I'm not writing - which isn't very often - I enjoy reading Daphne Du Maurier, Edgar Allan Poe, Shirley Jackson, MR James and the Brontes, among many others. I also enjoy swimming, walking and spending time with my family.

I absolutley love this series. There is absolutly nothing to dislike about this book or this series. Fantastically written this author knows what her readers are looking for and delivers each and every time. Infact I have not read any book by this author that I really havent been gripped with.
This is book 14 of 15 in the Dividing lines series. Each and every book has become my new favorite. I can't get enough of these characters.
I especially love Jules, she really is one hell of a character. Its great having such strong female and male characters in this series.
If I could offer any advise about reading these books it would be that , they are best read in order. i feel i've grown with them over the series and it's safe to say this is one of my all time favourite series of books. There is something special about this series, following from book one there are characters that i've really rooted for, characters that i've become attatched to or characters i may have a character crush on one or two.. lol

I love that these books are based around Manchester in the main, and always love a book when i recognise areas, it seems to add to the authenticity of the read for me. Along with the amazing characters this book will have you on the edge. suspense, thrills, violence all surrounded by a family loyalty.

This author seems to go from strenth to strenth with her writing. At no point even 14 books in has this series gone stale or gotten boring, its as fresh and alive now as it was in book 1.

Loved it

Wow this book was thrilling from start to finish. This time it was 5 rogue soldiers who are trying to annihilate the Murphy and Law families will they succeed? You'll have to read and see. I don't like to spoil a book by giving too much away in a review but this book has it all in spades, I loved it from start to finish .Another great read from Heather Atkinson, now on to 15 for me .

Rogue Five Men

I have read all 14 books. These books kept your attention. I was wondering if there would be more books in this series. Heaven forbid if Archie ever escapes. There would be another Alex. The characters in these books are what kept the series alive.
