Ohhhh...Wrench...my heart was wrenching thru much of this book...that heart squeezing ache that makes me want the HEA sooner just to stop the hurt!?!?!? Wrench had a shite life and he didn't believe in happy ever after or the white picket fence kinda family...but he did want 10 days to 2 weeks with Amy. She was like no one he had had before and even he didn't know why. I love that about at Love at First Sight (I had it with my DH over 28 years ago). So enjoyed going back to read their love story as these two played such big roles in other books.

Man, I'm glad to get Wrench and Amy's story. In the other Northern Grizzlies books, there are glimpses of sweet Amy, and if course Wrench. Really like getting their backstory, and meeting Amy's great parents. It was nice seeing Flint as the pres, seeing Jasper in the beginning, and old friends Roy and Gunner, even enemies like Frank.

Another 5 star beach read.
I really am liking the Northern Grizzlies MC.
If your on a long weekend vacation at the beach or even a norther cabin In the woods, this would be a good addition to your kindle.

Wow
Normally I don’t like to ready short stories but I read the other books in this series so I tried it out and I was impressed. M. Merin has true talent to be able to create a short novel with so much story to it.

Great book
An MC, a tech whiz, and a young woman, sounds like a joke but it's not. A young man comes in to fix security for the Northern Grizzly MC and runs straight into the woman of his dreams. He doesn't promise forever but he does offer two weeks, what neither expect is to fall in love with the other.

I've been wondering about these two for the last 2yrs! They've made appearance here and there but what got me was their love for each other. The way they show their love, the way they put each other first no matter what, they agree to a couple of weeks of fun but what they got at the end is way more, which was love and they couldn't deny that feeling. This is an amazing and must read from author M Merin.

Awful. Just Awful.
First words that come to mind are one dimensional and shallow. Very shallow.
I was soo excited about this book. I loved this series and wanted to see how they met.
But this ? This is soo ,not what I expected or hoped for.
I like a chance to get to know my H and my h before they meet if possible to get to know them and form a connection.
If not before, then while they’re getting to know each other.
But they didn’t and neither did I .

We meet Amy leaving to go to a bar she’s not really old enough to be in. Once there she spies Wrench and it’s list at first sight for both .
She wants him. He wants her. She has stars in her eyes and wants forever , even though he clearly tells her from the beginning he wants an F buddy nothing more.
Well even though he treats her fairly well he never lets her forget his time limit and desires.
There were no deep and meaningful moments here.
No long walks in the woods where they talk about their
Hope and dreams for life. Their fears and failures. Their pasts .
Nothing but shallow ground here. Nothing to set roots into or get attached to.
These two just had sex AND NOTHING ELSE!
One date but still it was just sex. Their relationship made me uneasy because they felt soo uneven .it didn’t feel like Amy could express her true wants for fear of running off Wrench but at the sane time she never acted older than the immature 20 year old she was.
I mean I liked Wrench per se but meet a guy who’s working w/the town MC and you go off w/him to the clubhouse to have sex w/him and after two nights of the you lie to your parents to go off w/him for a week almost ?
You know NOTHING about him but

Deep sigh
No. Just no. Then Amy cuts things short when he reminds her it’s ending soon . Being honest w/her. She gets angry and they part ways.
Then after a couple of months away he realizes just how much he cares for her and is back and buying a house to prove his sincerity.
Does Amy like this ? No. She throws a fit and acts like he’s betrayed her and can never forgive him.
WTH !?!?!
You were F buddies . Your relationship has zero depth.
A single episode of one of those “Real House itches of” has more depth to it. All you had was a week and a half of sex itch get over yourself .
Her reaction was soo out of proportion.
This was shallow and lackluster and I got to the last chapter and quit l I was disgusted w/both MC’s and wasn’t invested enough to care what happened .
Wish I had skipped.

This sexy romance takes us back to the beginning for Amy and Wrench. It also gives a little insight to the club as it was "back when"; before Jasper was the prez and when Gunner was still a lowly prospect. Wrench was only in town for two weeks. He made it very clear to Amy that this was only a physical relationship with a time limit on it. Amy knew she wasn't a one night stand kind of woman but she agreed with his edict. She never thought she would fall in love before the two weeks was up. In spite of her declaration of love and Flint's offer of a permanent membership in the club, when the time came, he left for his dream trip to Alaska. Having read the previous books, I know that the couple does commit and creates a family of 5. They are still in love to this day.

A must read!
This story can be read either before or after the NGMC series. It's the lives of Wrench and Amy, how they met, and fell for one another. It's a terrific story that I enjoyed.
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.

THIS BOOK PULLED MY HEART STRINGS!
This book was great! I loved it. Wrench was not what I expected him to be, I thought he was just a computer nerd but he is so much more. I loved this storyline and was consumed from the beginning. Wrench travels all over the US on referrals to do computer security technology. When he comes to Rowansville to help the Northern Grizzlies MC get set up he just plans to do his job and move on but as we all know, our plans don't always go as we planned. Wrench is tall dark and SAF. He's walking sex on a stick, all nine inches of him. The first time they see each other Amy can't take her eyes off him and trips herself up. These two are set your crotch on fire smokin hot together. When we find out about Wrench's background it was so heartbreaking. At times I was in tears. Amy tries to keep her feelings for him under control since she knows it's only temporary but she's always hoping he'll change his mind. This whole series is fun and sexy and romantic but there's not much excitement. At times there's alittle suspense and angst but just enough to keep you interested but the love stories more than make up for it. I Highly Recommend this Series to Everyone.
