Politics, Central American cartels, Federal Fugitives, and Three Hundred Hostages. . . That’s just the beginning of Chase Fulton’s newest assignment. When an apparent eco-terrorist threatens to decimate the largest oil producer in the western hemisphere, tensions rise, hundreds of human lives are on the line, and fortunes lay in the balance. As the drama unfolds, the hostage situation is just the tip of the iceberg as Chase faces the possibility of losing the most important person in his life. Will he find answers to the storm of questions that threatens to rip his life apart, or will he fall prey to a mysterious watcher and a misguided federal officer who stand between him and all he holds dear? From the unforgiving depths of the offshore oil fields in the Gulf of Mexico, to the Desert Southwest where greed meets guilt and evidence battles innocence, this installment of the Chase Fulton Novels series promises to deliver thrills, drama, and intrigue like never before.
Creator of The Chase Fulton Novels series and The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins Series, Cap Daniels is a former sailing charter captain, scuba and sailing instructor, pilot, Air Force veteran, and civil servant of the U.S. Department of Defense. Raised far from the ocean in rural East Tennessee, his early infatuation with salt water was sparked by the fascinating, and sometimes true, sea stories told by his father, a retired Navy chief petty officer. Those stories of adventure on the high seas sent Cap in search of adventure of his own, which eventually landed him on Florida’s Gulf Coast where he and his wife Melissa spend as much time as possible on, in, and under the waters of the Emerald Coast.
With a headful of larger-than-life characters and their thrilling exploits, Cap pours his love of adventure and passion for the ocean onto the pages of his action adventure series, The Chase Fulton Novels and his new series Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins.
Inspired by the likes of John D. Macdonald’s Travis McGee, Randy Wayne White’s Doc Ford, and Wayne Stinnett’s Jesse McDermitt, Cap creates thrilling tales of action and adventure set throughout the Caribbean and coastal Florida and Georgia by intertwining nautical adventure with international espionage. Cap’s Chase Fulton Novels series promises to keep readers on the edge of their seats, trying to guess what new danger or adventure lies just around the corner.
The Avenging Angel - Seven Deadly Sins series is a spin-off starring the most controversial and intriguing character from the Chase Fulton Novels. After defecting to the United States, Anastasia "Anya" Burinkova, a former Russian SVR assassin and intelligence operative puts her lethal skill set into action against the powerful Russian Mafia. In this gritty, organized-crime thriller series, Cap Daniels takes his readers into the dark underworld of the Russian Mafia weaving actual events into fiction to leave the reader's heart pounding and their fingers itching to turn the page.

These book are so addictive. They just have it all.
This time Chase has been called by the President to complete a mission for him undercover and one that no one can know about, as it involves the President's family. An oil rig has been captured by an eco-terrorist group that has kidnapped all of the workers on the rig and will kill them if they don't meet their demands.
As the mission unfolds, if he continues taking these dangerous missions, he is going to lose the love of his life, Penny. But, Chase has to be true to himself and he takes the mission knowing he might lose Penny. But, is something else going on with Penny that Chase doesn't know about. He is learning that he really never knew anything about his wife.
This was a fun fast read like the whole series has been. Perhaps most believable in some parts. I was around and looking at going to Vietnam and remember a lot of the whole couple of decades of craziness and illegal activities environment. I've roamed over a lot of Texas and know College Station, Austin and San Antonio as well as North Texas. The flashes of descriptions don't do them justice but book is not a travel guide so won't send the Rangers to "splain" it to you. Don't Mess With Texas or my sailboat, woman or guns. I don't have a dog! Enjoy.
When you start reading a Cap Daniels story, be prepared to be dragged into the story. His words pull you into the world he is writing about. You can smell the sea and smell the gunpowder. You can fell the salt spray hit you in the face.
Not enough words to convey the impact that reading one of his stories does to an individual who has been to some of the place he writes about. You can not go wrong with Cap Daniels
I really enjoyed this entire series. It was exciting, humorous at times, fast paced a lot of times, and fun. Loved the joking around and the thoughtful advice between the guys. Characters were great. Storyline was great. Well, the books were great. Only one thing I didn't like...Penny at the end was a selfish....person. Didn't like the ending because of her. Chase didn't deserve her childish, selfish attitude.
I just finished your book it was fantastic , I couldn’t put it down I started it at 3 in the afternoon , it’s 12:20 defiantly kept me reading I love the way you blended the 2 stories together it was full of suspense and the ole gang of buddies taking care of each other I really liked the book keep up the great stories I really look forward to them. Candylady (Beth )
From where this started to where this ended was amazing to say the least. I was sure the second half would be the boys going after the bad guys who held the people hostage on the rig. Never imagined the family problem with Penny's folks. Nice write in.,. Looking forward to #11 coming in a couple days.... Keep up the great work, Cap. Some of us are with you step by step.
I will ya e to say this book is one of the top stories of this Chase series and was a very enjoyable read ! It’s so hard having to wait for the next book installment as these characters have become good friends and you hate to be apart from them for very long!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great action story, lots of twists and turns!!! Well developed story and characters as always! Two stories in one, what a ride!!! Chase and his crew are absolutely awesome! Love the talks between Clark and Chase! Can't wait for the next adventure!!! Keep up the good work Mr. Daniels!!!
Cap Daniels has outdone a new book in the Chase Fulton series. Characters - cream of the crop returning. Excellent addition cast. Cap even builds the waiters, airport staff - all become part of the story. Story - two sections well developed and exciting. Very good book!
Get a lot of rest before you begin reading this book because you won't get any once you start!
Just when I think that Chase can finally slow down and spend more time on his boat with Penny, Cap opens up another door that leads Chase and his friends on a new adventure. Enjoy the ride!
I thought the book never got boring to read. It shows that love will be the emotion that drive people to do acts that are dangerous or out of character to help or hunt for the people they love. You will enjoy it a nd will aggravate your wife when you read to 3:00
This book has two different plots that are finally combined at the end.
This Chase Fulton novel involves Chase doing a favour for a top government official to rescue an oil rig from some bad cartel that has also involved Penny and her mother. Unfortunately, the ending does not answer the martial problems that are mentioned in this book. Maybe the answers are in the next book?
For me, this book brings out the character's personality in a much vulnerable way. The loss of Penny is too much for Chase and I'm really looking forward.to.see how the author continues Chase career with the pressure coming to bear from his wife for him to change direction.
Again another great story. Can't wait to read what happens next. Cap Daniels you are a great writer. I have been mesmerized by each and every story I've read. Thank you and keep on writing.
I’ve been eating these books up and have loved all of them until this one. This was OK, but just didn’t feel as put together as the previous books. I will keep reading them, but I’m hoping they come back.
Continues the Chase Fulton story. While I rated this one 5 stars, I didn’t like the tension between the two main characters. I believe it was a bit dramatic at the end.
Eco-terrorists take over an oil rig to use for human trafficking and Chase and the team perform an exciting rescue. Mondo survives a selfless act to protect his friends. Chase and Penny go through an emotional time due to her family problems.
Cool book, surprise twists in the plot were the best parts. I really enjoyed the way the ending went
I really enjoy the plot twists and turns but some of the shuffles are hard to picture when he always wins. I think he should be slightly more realistic.
This plot twisting episode in the Chase Fulton series serves only to further solidify my humble opinion that these books should become a series in Netflix or on TV. They would be very popular I’m sure!
When you start reading one of this series you expect a good story, but you get more than that from Daniels! Almost every one of these books gives you a great story and one or two subplots to add to the excitement!
Another great Chase tale. It is amazing that Daniel’s keeps these Chase stories coming. I enjoy how his characters take action and how he has them working together. In this one there is even considerable marital strife. 5
