I must say I was really impressed by this workbook. At the beginning I was very skeptical especially after seeing the reviews but I changed my mind as soon as I started reading Abandonment and Anxiety. The exercises helped me with introspective analysis of some of my behaviors and Addiction Recovery provided practical key notion. A must read!

Good information but not a workbook

I am a certified therapist and a published author. I enjoyed some of these books, especially the first one on anxiety steeming from attachment issues. There was some good advice and insight. My main problem is that these were not workbooks. They needed actual step by step guides to help with these issues not just written information. I also don't get why these 5 books are grouped together bc they don't always go together and I think would be better sold individually under each separate topic and advertised as guides not workbooks.

Excellent reading material!!

I started reading the Attachment theory, and it brought sooo much to light about the reason/issues behind the theory!! So I continued the next 5 books and learned such an extreme amount of the different subjects all in one thorough book. I would recommend this to anyone who feels confused about how and why they are the way they are, and will understand the meaning of their traumas, addictions and how to work through them. Way to go Emily for all the research!!

Excellent book-have a notebook and pen handy

I absolutely loved this book!! It touched on so many subjects very thoroughly. Touched on subjects and situations that helped understand causes and treatment for almost all illnesses. I will recommend this to everyone and I will be reading it again and taking notes.

Uncertain of layout and design

This is weird. Some text is one line along the right side of page while others are normal. There’s also a weird “workbook” in the beginning of each chapter that appears to be completely unrelated to the design of the book. Not sure if it was due to reading it on the kindle app. It was impossible to read.

Relationships

Building and maintaining healthy relationships are an important part of everyone's life. The last 8 months have made this very difficult. These books have made things a bit easier for me and my relationships.

Started off strong but began to fall apart very quickly and very easily. Over all did not seem like what its title portrays it as.
