Georgie jumped on a transporter to Zerconia, looking for a new, safer life. And if she happened to find a great hunk of spunk to worship the ground she walks on, spend his days feeding her grapes and granting her every wish... then, you know, she wasn’t going to say no, right?
Only, someone up there had it in for her. Because rather than giving her a worshipful, grant-her-every-wish mate, she was given the growly, uncommunicative, bossy kind.
Where did she go wrong?
Her mate is damaged. He’s stubborn. He’s possessive.

This is my first book by this author and loved it! I will definitely be looking up her other stories! Funny heroine, check, possessive male, check, adventure, check! A few errors in editing, but nothing major.

Wow Sadie, knocked it out of the park with this one!
If I could give this 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. This book has everything. Villains, hero’s, sidekicks and mascots. Not since Zoey have I laughed this much, this book is smart and witty and if you want a good belly laugh this is the book for you. Georgie is one of my favourite heroines she had an absolutely horrid life on earth but did not turn harsh or nasty. Zander had some hard times too, being drugged and sold into slavery for years, but he too preserved being a lot more on the grumpy stoic side tho. These two together are magic, will warm your heart and tickle your funny bone throughout this book. Oh and I must not forget to mention Noodles, a thieving monkey like imp who loves to others.
The writing and editing in this novel was clean, with few if any typos in the ARC version of the manuscript. The characterization was good, with both hero and heroine being sympathetic individuals. The development of the romantic relationship was fairly anemic in my opinion. I had a really hard time trying to enjoy this novel because I think the parts that were supposed to make me laugh just made me roll my eyes because it was so over the top, slapstick, and rediculous. I have a more dry, sarcastic sense of humor, so I did not find this novel at all amusing. The plot and pacing was exciting, with that being the best part of the novel, in my opinion. This novel had low angst and high stakes, which tends to be my preferred narrative structure for a romance novel. This novel used the Mars Needs Women trope, the Fated Mates trope, and the Partner in Trouble trope. The characterization and development of the romantic relationship were three stars. The plot, pacing, and world building were four stars. The humor was two stars. The combined score of this novel was therefore three stars. This novel had a Happy Ever After ending instead of a cliffhanger, so that is a big plus to the whole series. I recommend this sci-fi romance to readers who find slapstick type humor amusing. I do not plan to buy myself a keeper copy of this novel, and I am not sure I will read any other novels in this series.

I love this latest story in the Zerconian Warriors series. We met him in the last story but I was thrilled to be able to read Zandar's story.
Georgie is on a ship that is taking her to Zerconia with the hopes of finding a mate. She really wants off Earth. She is not sure that she will meet anyone but she is thrilled with the ship that she is on. This is the first time that she has three good meals and a decent place to put her head. She has been surviving on Earth for a long time now. She sees a Zerconian on the ship one day and is intrigued by him. She goes and meets him and never expects that her life is going to change. Zandar has been saved by the humans but he has a problem. His memory is messed up. He escapes after being excused of a crime that he didn't commit. Zandar takes Georgie with him because he has this powerful urge to claim her as his. He is not sure why but can't stop himself. Will they realize that they were meant to be?

This was a really enjoyable story that took me on quite the reading adventure. I loved the snark and sass of Georgie. She may have led a life of poverty that included being a pick pocket/thief, but she had a moral compass and great integrity. She stood up for what's right. Zander, an escaped slave, where slavery is not legal, had some memory troubles but he had no trouble recognizing his mate. And not to over use a word, but his use of Trouble as a nickname for Georgie was perfect ;) They, of course, have a ton of difficulties on their journey to his home planet and manage to pick up some interesting characters along the way while they tried to solve the mystery of how Zander found himself accused of a heinous crime and also how he became a slave in the first place. If you're looking for a fast paced entertaining read, Alien Conquest won't disappoint.
It was great to get to read this story from Zander and Georgie's perspective, but I was a little sad for Que that his brother wasn't more interested in getting to know him better, though I did appreciate his opinion that the future is the only thing that matters. Still, poor Que. But back to the story: Zander and Georgie worked so well together as a couple, and I loved that she adopted travelmates along their journey too. Georgie was a brilliant, generous, sweet, and capable character who was good at making lemonade from life's many lemons, and Zander was brave and bold and dedicated to Georgie. Trust, friendship, emotional baggage, make your own happiness, forgiveness, betrayal, loyalty, loss, cultural differences, destiny, justice, hope, and love were some of the underlying themes in this bingeworthy tale.
I received a free copy of Alien Conquest, but that did not affect my review.
Georgie is on a human transport ship en-route to Zerconia. She was a street kid who never had anything. The only person who cared for her was killed yeara ago. Now she is an adult who has a sarcastic attitude with a smart mouth. Zandar has been a slave for years and escapes. He is rescued and brought on board the ship only to be accused of attacking one of the passengers. Georgie knows he didn't do anything and ends up fleeing the ship with him. He has no memories of who he was before his enslavement so doesn't want to go to Zerconia. Thus begins their adventure. I like the story but was hoping for a bit more at the end about Zandar and his brother. Still it was an enjoyable read especially with Noodle. You will have to read to find out what I mean.
Georgie didn’t have an easy life, but she is a feisty, spirited spitfire who speaks her mind. Hoping for a male who will spoil her and adore her, she meets Zander, the gorgeous over protective Zerconian who will change her world.
Zander also had a rough life, having lived as a slave. But his mate Georgie, whom he lovingly and accurately refers to as “Trouble”, is a perfect match for him. She is brave, strong, and fights to protect him. Amid the drama and suspense, this is their love story, and their banter with each other will keep the reader laughing as they fall in love despite themselves and begin to heal each other.
I'm not sure this works as a standalone story. I felt like I needed a bit more handholding to understand exactly what was going on with these Zerconian warriors. The minor characters ended up just being names to me, though I understand they probably had their stories told in previous books. Still, I read the whole book relatively quickly, and I enjoyed watching the two main characters together. It would have needed a little more depth to get the five full stars. The monkey was a cute addition.
I received this ARC free from Booksprouts, the review voluntary.
Zandar and Georgie’s story was fun and action packed. When Zander is falsely accused of a crime he didn’t commit, Georgie decides that she must rescue him and what follows is an action packed, sometimes funny romp through space. I loved the two characters that Georgie “adopts” along the way - they add much fun and laughter - and, of course, the romance between Zandar (Goliath) and Georgie (Trouble) Is lovely. I like this series of stories and I hope there are more to come.

That was funny, entertaining and loaded up high with action and excitement. I liked Georgie. She was fun. Zander was cool as well. What I didn't like in the epilogue was the reference of war regarding the Arans and Pinkys people. I mean, these people do have women and children too. They're not only made up of evil men. Why wipe them out? Why not just shut down their slave rings completely? And maybe freeing all those women on Diclac?
Book seventeen in the Zerconian Warriors series a well written story that had me laughing as I read. Zerconian Zandar and human Georgie's story there is suspense, drama, danger, a monkey called Noodle, twists, turns, a medallion, lies, villains, a damaged man, a woman who as he calls her TROUBLE is, and romance. I would recommend this story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This fun, very well written, book 17 in the Zerconian Warriors Series is a well-written book with Characters that are strong and full of sass. The story has drama, humor, twists/turns, chemistry, revisits to previous chraracters, action, adventure, surprises, passion, romance, and love. This is a must read story by a must read Author. This is not a standalone, you need to read the previous stories

Zandar is a little off. He ha lost his memory. He does not know who to trust. He is held in custody for attacking a woman on a transporter. George is a starved, street wise woman. She is drawn to Zandar. She rescues him and they go on a crazy adventure. He finally discovers they are mates. She rescues him a second time and flees to Zerconia. Finally, they get the help the need. Loved this one. George is quite funny and scrappy. Zandar is adorable.
I love the Zerconian Warrior's stories! Georgie is a hard girl, a little crazy with a tough past while she was living in the streets. Zandar had a rough time the past years and now he is saved in space by a craft from Earth carrying potential mates / brides for the Zerconian warriors. They meet by accident on the craft and they escape together without thinking the next step... I like both characters and it was a lovely story to read. Thank u Mrs Carter.
Another great story in this series. The Zerconian's had an accord with Earth that allowed human females to find Zerconian mates, and Georgia aka Georgie couldn't wait to get off Earth. Her sister was killed and she ran away from foster care and picked pockets to survive. Aboard the spaceship to Zerconia, she sees Zander and became curious. This story has lots of drama and heat between these characters. I loved Noodle's antics and the laughs it gave me, and poor Cocoa, male or female?
Apart from names changing randomly, and a few grammatical errors, this was really well done. I’m not sure why the need for Tarzan speak after a certain point, but the monkey was a nice touch. Heroine was funny, with a fleshed out background and a lot of dialogue. Hero was a bit more two dimensional and we never find out exactly what went wrong… or rather, it becomes irrelevant. There are characters from other books but this is the first I’ve read of this world. Would be worth delving more.
It was interesting to get to know Zander story. I was quite worried for him after everything we learned before. And his mate is perfect for him, sassy, strong, a fighter. I loved to see it all. How she did battle all dangers for him. How she always cared. It was story of love and healing, for both of them. A beautiful journey.
I enjoyed reading this book 📚, it has a good storyline. The interaction and chemistry between the characters of Georgie and Lud (Zandar) is great, this book is entertaining and action packed. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
Georgie is a smart mouth and hell-raiser. Instead of meeting a mate that will do everything she wants she is matched with a gorgeous, over protective, dominate alpha male Zerconian named Zander. He is constantly getting her out of scrapes. The ending of a great series. I received a copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Story line is great and I loved the characters. I really enjoyed reading this book and I would recommend it! Unexpected twists and turns had me reading this book in one sitting. Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read!

Another great instalment about this gorgeous Zerconians. I loved the character Georgie as the banter between her and Zandar was funny. Really enjoyed this and as always I am eagerly waiting the next one.
Loved the characters some really funny moments and plenty of sarcasm in it. But the ending was just the right amount of funny while leaving you on the edge wondering what was next lol
It's true. Mates are drawn to each other even when they don't know why. Cute that big, brave Zander keeps getting rescued by Tony Georgie. Because of her size she can go where he won't fit and others under estimate her.
Georgie and Zandar's story was a roller coaster ride for sure, bad guys, danger, an amnesic hero, and street-savvy heroine. It was a cute read and intriguing.

What an entertaining read, I wAs chuckling out loud! This human helps to rescue an alien who turns out to be her mate! However, the sparks start flying as he is also a dominant alpha and she does not do well when told what to do!
This was an enjoyable read. The story holds your attention all the way through. The chemistry between the characters was amazing. The characters fit well together. I will be on the lookout for more to read from this author.
I love this series and I love most of the characters. I didn’t like this book. Mostly I didn’t like Georgie. The stealing bother me. I get she had a really hard terrible life. The story would have been better without it.
