Performing. That’s my entire life. It’s the one thing that gives me some sort of independence from my father. So, I do it. Without fail. I get up on stage because I don’t really have any other choice. My life consists of me acting as though I’m a living doll whose strings are pulled in perfect timing. Lately, my performances feel the same. Night after night, I dance and play for a crowd that will never know who I really am. Being on stage should give me a buffer, make me somehow safe. But it doesn’t. The danger comes in the form of a supposed admirer, one who seeks to own me, to make me his real-life doll. I fear that’s all I’ll ever be until a stranger intervenes and encourages me to be who I really am.

The arts and dancing aren’t exactly high on my list of priorities, but my mother loves ballet and music. Being the loving son that I am, I take her to the finest show that’s ever come to town. At first, I’m bored, the same way I usually am when I’m around wealthy crowds. I’m not one that likes to flaunt what I have. My time is much better spent on my ranch, taking care of my land. My boredom comes to an abrupt halt when I see the star of the show and realize right away she’s more than that—she’s the star of my life. But loving a woman like Bunny Rose isn’t free of complications. Her sweetness attracts far too many wasps, and I’ll crush any who seek to sting the soft, naïve dancer who stole my heart.

I thoroughly enjoyed this novella by Lucy Darling. Very well written with excellent story development. She packed a lot into a few pages.

The chemistry between Jameson and Bunny was off the charts hot. Not smutty but good and steamy. It was a great shots read and I enjoying going through Lucy Darling’s backlist.

Highly recommend.

For a short story this very well written. Hero and heroine were adorable and their love pure. Cute epilogue with 2 kids and pregnant heroine. She is a virgin and he is def not a manwhore. In fact I think he was a virgin too. Totally safe read.

Jameson and Bunny were very well developed characters and engaging, immediately connected and made a beautiful couple.

Ahh this was a pretty fun light steamy novella.

Jameson to me was a perfect alpha he was protective possossive and he loves his mom and when he getsvher tickets to see some girl dance? Single? He doesn't know he's already dreading it until he sees the overpack security and is stunned when the curtain opens to his future wife as they lock eye he knows he isnt leaving without meeting her. As for Bunny this is her last show and once thats over she gets butterflies wondering who the guy in the audience is. She doesn't have to wait long because he's backstage meeting her with his mom and shes sprung over him already. But before they can even go on a date her stalker takes action causing her to go with Jameson to hide out at his ranch. And the sparks are flying between the two. The romance and chemistry is 🔥🔥🔥 beside that we have Jameson trying to get more info on her stalker to make sure he never gets near his girl.

No ow drama slight om drama (stalker), no cheating, slight secondary charas, Drama, sexy times, virgin gal no manwhore (no past mentioned)

Another fabulous read, a guaranteed happily ever after that has every element you could possibly want in your romance read.

Jameson has no idea accompanying his mother to the theatre would lead to finding his forever. But that’s what happens when Bunny walks out to perform. He found what he didn’t even know he needed.

Bunny has never had anyone want her for her. She’s lonely. But that’s about to change when she sees Jameson for the first time.

These two are super sweet. And the smouldering chemistry they give off is hot.

No cheating. No drama, well only the good kind.Just a man who knows what he wants and will stop at nothing making her his forever

And this is now officially my favorite story by Lucy! I absolutely loved this short story! Of course, I do wish it was longer since I fell in love with the two main characters. Oh this book!!! I absolutely loved Jameson. He was 100% gone for Bunny and nothing was going to happen to her. I cannot wait until Davis and PJ’s story.

Insta-love

A cute story of a guy whose mom drags him to the ballet. There he meets the violinist-playing-ballerina girl and is instantly smitten. She is in danger and he hides her away at his ranch where he convinces her to stay forever.

The only problem I had was that the story was to short.

Is there anything better than a billionaire cowboy? Bunny doesn’t think so. I nice alpha read with a suspense twist. I was honestly expecting Jameson to be a virgin, what with all the talk about him having no exs, never bringing anyone home, and just sounding like he wasn’t interested in women in general. I was surprised when he wasn’t. That’s okay, you know I’m just a sucker for a virgin hero.

Super cute insta love short story.

Bunny’s life is performing. Circumstances had her cutting her shows, making it difficult for people to get tickets. Jameson had no interest in the ballet but he loves his mom, and she loves this Bunny. Now he’s smitten within minutes of watching her. She will be his.

I thought these two were so cute!! Bunny is so sweet and shy and Jameson is her big bad protector - the perfect combo! Absolutely adored Jamesons mom and her interactions with Bunny. Highly recommend for a short sweet romance with some spice.

Como todo libro de Lucy solo te toca esperar amor, romance, dulzura, cliché y un final feliz garantizado. Obvio esta no era la excepción, solo que este libro es por mucho uno de los mejores que ha escrito.

Bunny más que una bailarina es una artista que pone toda su pasión al momento de pisar el escenario pero esa realmente no es la vida que desea. Desde el momento en que un acosador se sube al escenario e infundió miedo en su vida ya nada ha vuelto a ser lo mismo. Vive con pánico por lo que decide dejar a un lado la carrera que ya no la hace feliz y decide que se establecerá de una vez por todas, pero antes decide llevar a cabo su última función.

Jameson siempre ha buscado ser feliz a su madre, y esta no es la excepción, así tenga que estar aprisionado en un traje incómodo sintiendo cada vez más el nudo de la corbata. Pero cuando se acalla la multitud y el show empieza solo puede ver a la hermosa artista sobre el escenario, el amor de su vida, su futura esposa y la madre de sus hijos. Todo lo que puede pensar es en conocerla e invitarla a salir pero cuando el chofer de Bunny es golpeado y queda claro que ella está más indefensa de lo que debería su macho alfa protector interior aparece y hará todo lo que sea necesario para protegerla del peligro potencial.

Es así como esta pareja termina haciendo las cosas sucias que todas amamos y queda claro que son perfectos el uno para el otro dándole a Bunny la familia que siempre ha querido y a Jameson la paz y la mujer que no sabía que necesitaba pero que nunca podrá dejar ir. Su mujer. Su para siempre.

Bunny and Jameson, another adorable couple from Lucy Darling! I loved how sweet they were, and of course Jameson is another over-the-top, obssessed, alpha hit by insta-love. Bunny is a Lindsey Stirling-type violinst/dancer, and Jameson's mom has dragged him to one of her performances. Of course he falls in love the minute he sees her, and because of a situation with a stalker, he takes her home with him. Then they fall madly in love, have sex and babies, in that order. I love it! They are adorably sweet <3

Never Let Go, Book 1 of the Never mini-series, was about Bunny Rose, a famous ballet dancer/violinist, and Jameson Price, a billionaire oil baron/cowboy.
Jameson took his mother to the last night of a ballet performance, even though he didn't care for such things. He did it to make his mom happy. When he told her that he expected the show to be boring, she told him he'd eat his words. She was right.
Bunny was nervous about the night's performance. Not because of the crowd, but because of a stalker who had tried to hurt her the year before. It had been hard for her to return to the stage, but she had a contract to honor, and that night's performance was to be the culmination of it. Once she stepped onto the stage, she lost sight of the crowd and focused on her dance and violin...until her eyes found those of Jameson. From that point on, she played and danced solely for him, even to the point of going off schedule and playing longer than was intended.
Jameson, having eyes only for Bunny, made it to where he and his mother could go backstage to see her. When she invited him back to her hotel for dinner, they exited the dressing room, only for Jameson to tell her not to move. Someone had attacked her driver, and between Jameson, the police, and her bodyguard, they kept her safe.
While this was an Insta-love story, it had plenty of angst, drama, suspense, and spice to satisfy the biggest critic. It moved at a fast pace, which caused the plot to have some holes in it. There were some ideas in the book that didn't get enough attention, therefore they got lost somewhere and never dealt with to anyone's satisfaction
The characters were well-rounded and mature, although there wasn't really enough time to get to know about them since there wasn't a lot of background information given. The entire story took place in less than a week, so it was a bit disappointing to not have more knowledge written about them. Still, it was a decent story that earned a four-star rating.

I love it

It is the first thing that I read from the author and I really liked that it has all of instalove but that despite the fact that the book is short it completely captures, and I can say that this will not be the last book I read from her.Jameson does not imagine that accompanying his mother to the theater would lead him to find the true love and woman of his days. But that's what happens when Bunny goes out to play, he finds what I never look for but I always need.Bunny has always been alone, and in her life there was always that void that she never thought to fill until she saw Jameson for the first time, until that man became her everything and filled her days with colors.These two are super sweet and that chemistry they emit is impressive and hot at the same time.Without so many detours or traps, without much drama and saving sleeping beauty from the bad, I really liked it and it was highly recommended.

Honestly, I wish this book was more about the story and less about Bunny and Jameson getting it on.
There's so much left open that could've been put into this to make the story better...
For instance, Michael, the stalker, it's mentioned he's done this before to other women. Was it only the stalking like with Bunny or worse? Why did he develop an obsession over Bunny? What is it that Michael's family has their fingers in that made Jameson think it wasn't anything good? What happened to Bunny's mother? Was her father always so emotionally distant/abusive towards her?
These are things I really would've liked to know more about...Not the constant sex and not being able to keep their hands off each other.

Bunny is a dancer and musician who performs despite her stage fright and her stalker. Jameson is mesmerized after seeing her play at her concert. He asks her out to dinner after the concert. Their plans are interrupted when her driver is attacked. Jameson takes Bunny to his ranch. Seeing her in his home, he knows wants Bunny forever.
Story:  4/5 stars.
