Beautiful story players- second chance- Hayden player lives in Arizona plays baseball. While in Bozeman Montana seeing trudy and his brother he sees Dr Olivia James that he dated and loved 6 yrs ago. Cute player's vacation- diesel player a mma fighter finds out he's got custody of teen daughter becca and while he is being his brother in the UK he meets molly and fate has its way in this story cute.
I thought the first book was the best I got a little bored in parts of it but I loved the brother's relationship with each other but there was 9 of them we did not get stories about every one of them? It got a little old how they always messed up and how for most of them it was there high school girl and years later plus two of them had kids they did not know about. The last book ended in a very touching moment. It just felt like it was very much the same story just different brother. But we only got 4 story's out of 9 brothers so I guess the others just meets and Marry so no tragic past.?
I received this ARC from Bad Boy Update. Player is their last name, and how the 9 brothers behave! This set is 4 of their stories. The first one is about Ace. He is an Ace on the ball field, and according to him the bedroom too! His best friend is sports writer Vanessa. She is dating one of his friends and teammates, but they all of a sudden realize they have been feeling more than best friends towards each other. One tipsy kiss blows both their worlds apart, and Ace is determined to fix everything and get the girl. Great story line and the HEA makes your heart smile!
A great box set that consists of four full-length romance novels. Included are Player's Love Triangle, Player's Secret Baby, Player's Second Chance and Player's Vacation. The Player brothers will grab your heart and keep you up all night. There are nine Player brothers but four are featured. Each is featured in a different book. The characters are likable and well developed. All books can be read as a standalone but have interconnected characters. Hours of reading pleasure that I read as an arc via Bad Boy Update and voluntarily chose to review.
Good stories, TERRIBLE editing. I enjoyed these stories of the Player boys but I would have enjoyed them a lot more if I hadn't had to constantly go back & re-read to make sure I understood a sentence or what was going on. In the last story there was a part where the story line has Molly (the girlfriend) close to going into foster care instead of Becca (the daughter). This may seem a small thing to some but to other readers it is often a big deterrent to the overall enjoyment of the book.
Only just managed to get through the first book, and that was skimming through it. . All it concentrates on is the internal thoughts of the two characters questioning their feelings. There is no character development, and zero chemistry. Also, considering they were meant to have been best friends, there was so little interaction between them, even that was hard to believe.
There’s nine Player brothers (that is a lot of boys). They all play various sports and are players off the field as well. This box set features four of the brothers and run the gamut of triangle, secret baby, second chance and a vacation for good measure.
This well-written Boxset has individual storylines about each of the player brothers and their love interests. Each story is standalone and has chemistry, drama, twists and wonderful main characters. This is an enjoyable and engaging set and I liked it. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.
Good stories of four of the nine Player brothers, all famous athletes. Although the tales are heartwarming, I felt like they were very predictable. They were told in the first person by the couple and I thought too many words went into portraying anguish by the hero(ine) going over and over the same thoughts, making for boredom.
I loved this whole series. I read one book right after the other and did not want to stop reading. I only stopped when I absolutely had to. You won't be disappointed reading about these brothers. There are tears, there are happy tears, there are swoon moments and there are hawt scenes. These books have it all. Great writing Maddie Bandy
This was a wonderful box set of four of the player brothers. Great characters. Loving this series so far. I received a free copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
A good box set of stories of a few of the Player brothers. You get different storylines that keep your interest throughout and the characters are developed well. Enjoy.
Really got attached to all the members of the Players family. I really enjoyed learning about all the different family members and how they found love.
11/6/2020 - I stopped reading this one after a page or two. Those words I read basically seemed to tell me over and over how good an athlete the main guy is, and I ended up feeling like he was a dude Mary Sue. Then the talk about his best friend who’s (gasp) a girl started. I just had to stop so that’s that.
