TEAM REAPER IS IN A FIGHT FOR THEIR LIVES! One by one, the top officials of US anti-drug agencies are targeted for murder. A cartel hit squad is running free in Washington, DC, and racking up a body count that sends shock waves through federal law enforcement.
Team Reaper must stop the killings, but John Kane begins to suspect a web of corruption that extends to the highest levels of the government. The assignment against the cartel hit team is compromised from the start, and soon Team Reaper is under attack. With Kane and his crew cut off from support, and seemingly disavowed from the very government they serve, the team is forced to go rogue, scorching the earth to find out who betrayed them, why, and discover who's truly behind the killings…
The enemy sees a blurred line between good and evil; Team Reaper will make it crystal clear.

I would like to know the qualifications of the person who proofread this book. But I don’t think anyone did. I know this genre is mind candy. Something to feed the head in a fairly complete suspension of reality. The least the author(s) could do is have it reviewed for mistakes before it’s released to the public. You can’t read for five minutes without finding sentences that don’t make sense. I finished the book because I finish books. I’m not so sure I’ll start the next one and I have read all of the Reaper books. It’s just too annoying and distracting to try to decipher what they meant to write. I will leave you with the last, and possibly most glaring, example of what I mean. You tell me what the hell this means:
Kane and his crew looked out the windows at the warehouse of their home.
Sadly, typos get in the way of fluid reading...like bumps in the road. These books have been out long enough for proofing to have eradicated these errors...
The plot(s) were very good. What happened to the main characters help make the read real. If you want a book that keeps you wanting to continue to read to the end this is the book
The president of Mexico is meeting with cartel chiefs to discuss a peace deal. The ace up his sleeve is he has high level Americans in support of the deal. However, the cartel spokesman says sure, but we have a condition: we want Team Reaper dead. The president of Mexico, El jefe presidente says "OK, I know where they are."
Will Team Reaper survive the impending attacks on by a variety of attacking teams hired by the cartel?
Needless to say this book is a kill-team thriller! Don't start reading it if you have to stop for any reason!
Kill Theory is engaging from the very first page and difficult to put down. There is action galore throughout with very little in between engagements. Somebody in the US Government is feeding information to Mexico about Team Reaper's missions and their whereabouts. Their base in the US is attacked and destroyed, the remainder of the team must go underground in order to survive. Who will survive? This is the best so far in the series.
'Kill Theory' really took me for a ride. Once I started reading I could not put this book down. Full of action, intense scenarios, intriguing characters and a lot of thrills. Definitely a must read.
