A nice introduction for children to the holiday of Kwanzaa. It clearly explains the meaning behind each day, provides ideas for fun activities, and goes into the history and significance of Kwanzaa as well.

This book was very informational! It is a great book to read for intermediate aged students to help them learn about Kwanzaa. I thought the book held a lot of great facts. I could see myself using this book as a way to help kids prepare for state tests, I would practice reading comprehension.
