While Malcolm Hyde may look like your very own personal Jesus, he’s anything but a saint. Covered in tattoos and leather, he’s a smoking hot biker and nothing but trouble.

As the president of the Dirty Aces MC, Malcolm is known for being cold and calculating. One bad decision – getting into business with the wrong person – is all it takes to bring down the entire MC. It’s happened before to his predecessor, which is why Malcolm refuses to let it happen again on his watch. He doesn’t trust anyone except for the few men who wear the same ace of spades patch on their back.

And that’s exactly why he doesn’t ever take his eyes off of me – the new girl. I never intended to make an enemy out of Malcolm or the MC when I was sent to steal everything I could from them.

After Malcolm finds out what I’ve been doing, he’s furious and shows no mercy until I spill all of my secrets, ones that could very well end my life. That’s when he makes me a surprising offer – he’s willing to take care of all of my problems, and the only thing he’s asking for in return is for me to completely surrender myself to him.

Spending two weeks in bed with a bad boy biker sounds more like a reward than a punishment.

There’s just one little catch – once he claims my body, there’s no guarantee he won’t steal my heart too.

New MC Series and I'm sold! I read Malcolm's story in one go. Naomi and Malcolm have an amazing chemistry but their love has to overcome many obstacles to reach their happy-ever-after. The book was exciting, steamy and it had lots of drama. Can't wait to read the next book!

This was book 1 in the "Dirty Aces MC" series. Malcolm Hyde is the president of the Aces he doesn't trust anyone but his men when he finds out one of the waitresses Naomi is stealing from the club and the customers he gets to the bottom of it. Turns out Naomi is being force to steal from them by her father. This was a pretty good read these two had a lot of hot sexy chemistry. Naomi agrees to the terms that he sets. I have read both of these authors before. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Malcolm and Naomi

Naomi has a mini mafia father who she stole from. He wants her to steal the 20K from Malcolm to pay him back because Malcolm fooled around with his ex gf. Naomi gets caught and Malcolm makes a deal with her. She has to be his sex slave— very loosely— for 2 weeks. They start falling in love but the MCC members think Naomi is making Malcolm a weak prez,so despite his feelings he ends it. Naomi winds up preggers and Malcolm is an ass and tells her to get an abortion, actually throwing money at her. They are apart about 10 months . She has the baby and he’s been keeping tabs on her. Both are celibate for the separation. She forgives him way to easy with barely a grovel. If she would have been harder on him and he would have actually groveled this would have been 5 stars.

An explosive stat to a new MC series!

What an explosive start to a new MC series that doesn’t disappoint! No matter how broody Malcolm is, he doesn’t know what hits him when he meets Naomi. I loved how she pushes his button and makes him realize that there is something he is missing in his life, but past experience puts a damper on their steamy but temporary relationship. And what happens next makes for an sizzling, naughty and oh so delicious MC read. I can’t wait to read Devlin’s story.

And... Let's go get ready for another ride...
I've been obsessed with MC books for a while now and written by these two is perfection.
They have given me one of my favorite series and I was sad when they informed me that it was over.
So so sad but then great news was shared and here we go again.
Lane Hart and DB West have a raw writing, full of sassiness and feelings.
Let's get ready to embark on a new series...
Malcolm is their latest release and it's the first book from the Dirty Aces MC.
This new book explores the lives of Malcolm and Naomi.
Malcolm is the president of the Dirty Aces MC and is a very cold and calculating man. One bad decision is jeopardizing his MC. He doesn't trust easily and when a new girl arrives...
Naomi was sent to steal from the Dirty Aces MC. He needed to get closer to Malcolm and steal everything but when she's caught...
Perfect, simply perfect.
Superb plot, very well written, super engaging, and super intense.
Let's not forget hot... So freaking hot.
Each chapter glued me even more, and the need to know more overwhelmed me.
There were parts of the book that I wanted to slap someone really hard... Jeez... Stubborn much?
But then there were others that I wish I could be inside the book to promise better days.
I was a bit preoccupied with this beginning. Not because of the authors, because they are superb, but because of the genre.
I had my heart broken the moment the end appeared with the Savage Kings, but this new series nailed it.
It was the perfect beginning and I couldn't  be happier
Great job Lane and DB, I can't wait for the next one. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Man oh man, Lane and D.B. sure know how to write a captivating MC book that you won't want to put down! This is the first book in the new Dirty Aces MC series and if you read the final book in the Savage King series you met Malcolm in Cedric's book which gave you a small glimpse of the Dirty Aces. Malcolm and Naomi are explosive, sexy and full of drama but you are sucked in from the first page. If you loved the Savage Kings you'll definitely love the Dirty Aces!!!

Malcolm is book 1 in the new Dirty Aces MC series by Lane Heart and D.B.West and I loved it. Malcolm and Naomi have off the charts chemistry. I hate reviews that rehash the book or the blurb so I don’t do that. I’ll just say that I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the tone it sets for the rest of the coming series.

This book is meh….The wannabe H, who thinks he is a Mc president is just not that. Also the club itself is just 5,6 men. No club activities per se. The h is not any better. Giving someone she met applying for a job a blow job? Seriously. She wanted that by the way to steal money. She worked that night topless because the wannabe club president dared her to, and tore her dress??? It went downhill from there for me. Don’t get me started on her getting pregnant, and was told to get an abortion or get lost. This guy watched her through her pregnancy struggling financially, working twelve hour shifts as a waitress and did nothing. At this time I was done.

Loved It

This is the first book in the Dirty Aces MC series and I have to say that I’m so glad I found this series by these authors. Malcolm is the President of the club and Naomi is a waitress on the MC’s boat. With Naomi so desperate to get some quick cash she doesn’t think about what could happen if she gets caught. What will be the price Malcolm makes her pay?!

I loved the chemistry between Malcom and Naomi and considering the circumstances I was so glad they found their HEA. I definitely am going to checking out the rest of the books in this series.

Hot and sexy.
First book of the Dirty Aces MC and I really enjoyed it.
Malcolm is the president of the club and seems none of the men have a serious girlfriend or old lady. He also doesn't seem to have control over his men.

Naomi needed money bad and stole something of value from her birth father. He is an awful man. Either she gets a job with the Dirty Aces and steals from them to pay him back or he is going to sell her off as a whore to make the money back. She agreed to get it from the MC.

The Dirty Aces have a gambling boat that they take out each night. After having to do something to one member she gets the job. Malcolm is at first not too happy and tries to make her quit. He's really mad when he catches her stealing. They work out a deal for a couple of weeks. After time is over what do you think happens between them? Well she has one hell of a surprise. Wait till you find out what it is and what he does about it.

2,5 🌟

I haven't read the previous series but fortunately for me, it was not needed. There are some mentions of characters and MCs but that's it.

I was really looking forward to this one, not only I love bikers books but also all the ratings in GR are pretty good.

It's not a boring read, at all. Is interesting albeit predictable. My problem was not so much the story but the rhythm and the chemistry between our mains.

The books starts well. We are given what the blurb promises: a girl ends up having to steal from the Dirty Aces MC and is caught. The sexual attraction between Naomi and Malcom is palpable since the moment they lay their eyes on each other, and I loved how their first intercourse goes: it's messy, explosive and kind of hot, Malcom loses it and can't help it after trying to restrain himself for weeks.

But from this point on things so down down down for me. I loved the crude deal they make. It promises a raw biker love story full of raw characters, but the deal is not fulfilled at all. Not even for the first night!!

You can't give me a relationship based on sex in return of stolen money, just something physical, and instead of that trying to sell me a romantic relationship. Not since night 1 at least... It's crazy how Naomi gets offended because she's treated as an object when Malcom decides to fight Fiasco... Newsflash girl, you sold yourself!! I mean... WTF?

I get why Malcom van end in love, since he was plenty "enamored" and obsessed with Naomi even before the deal, but Naomi? Don't ask me why she feels nothing romantic for him, because I don't know. Attraction? Of course, I get it. But getting horny for a guy doesn't necessarily mean loving him.

All the trust issues were boringly predictable and the gang's members nagging about Naomi grew old really fast. I missed the camaraderie I enjoy so much in this genre and found the brothers to be more a ballast than help.

With all, the story is light and I read it pretty fast. I loved Greg, the gas station clerk (funny, but I would say this supporting and not really important character was the best thing of this book for me) and some scenes I truye enjoyed.

I don't know if I will keep reading this series, Devlin's story is next and the blurb seems interesting but I don't know of the "too fast, too shallow" thing is trademark of these authors since this is the first book I read by them.

This is a new MC series and Malcolm is the president of the Dirty Aces MC.
This story is Malcolm and Naomi's story.
I loved this book and the story was gripping from the start. Naomi is the daughter of Fat Harry Cox and absolutely hates him. She owes him money and comes to an agreement with him to steal from the Dirty Aces as her father hates Malcolm.
Malcom finds out and comes to his own agreement with Naomi to settle her bill.
The story is fast paced and hot and after their agreement ends they go their separate ways, but cannot forget about each other.
I also loved Greg the gas station owner who was funny and quick and called out Malcolm. I was laughing at his banter.
If you have read The savage Kings series you will meet Malcolm in Cedric's book.

I loved the new book from Lane Hart and D.B. West! Their biker world is back with a new group of bikers with the Dirty Aces MC. Malcolm is the president of said club and with the MC looking to expand he seems a little hesitant because of a previous betrayal by one of his brothers. Enter the new woman at the bar, Naomi, and he is drawn in even as he tries to resist. Naomi has her reasons for showing up at the Dirty Aces gambling cruise ship but never counted on the true nature that is Malcolm. These two start in the worst way and yet are just what neither thought they were looking for, even if their story is twisted and not at all simple. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader copy of this.

Mr. President

Well, as usual, it is another home run with this MC series ( if book one is any sign as to how the rest of the series will play out). It was one hot and steamy story with just enough angst and internal struggle to give it the MC feels. Sex scenes off the chart but nothing raunchy. Just the right amount of trouble to make it a true MC but an ending you didn’t see coming. Oh don’t get me wrong it was a HEA but before that I wouldn’t have seen what was coming. Love Malcolm and Naomi

Naomi has stolen money from her father, a terrible man. She gets a job as a waitress at the Dirty Aces MC bar. She didn't think they would catch her stealing from them. Malcolm, the club president makes her an offer to take care of everything if she will spend two weeks in bed and totally submit to him. Doesn't sound like punishment to her to be with a hot biker but Malcolm has not intention of letting Naomi go anywhere but with him.

Good easy read

This book was heavy on the romance storyline and light on the MC. There was some insight into the MC world but no heavy action. Will continue with the series to see if the MC action picks up.

A good fast-paced read.

I really wanted to give this book 5 stars but for me personally I felt like the end was a little rushed or maybe just needed a bit more. I was hooked into this story from page one till the end. While this story is about Naomi and Malcolm I have to say I'm really looking forward to the next book. I'm really interested to learn more about the characters in the Dirty Aces MC and what changes the club as coming up. I really like both main characters and I always think it's fun when things like the Savage Kings are brought in to this book from other books from the author.

Malcolm by Lane Hart & D. B. West is another thoroughly enjoyable read. Set in the Dirty Aces MC this is a great MC story without the nasty bits some books in this genre have. I thoroughly enjoyed reading & look forward to more in this series.

Great start to a new series.

I loved the Savage Kings and was sad to see that series end but Lane Hart and D B West are off to a great start in the Dirty Aces MC. Malcolm and Naomi are like oil and water at first but they find their way to a happy ending. As a side note, I loved Greg!! Looking forward to Devlin.

3.5: Super quick read. Malcolm is the president of his motorcycle club and is instantly enthralled with their new server Naomi. He ends up so into her and doesn’t know how to handle it because he’s never felt that way.

Naomi ends up with a job at the MC because she owes her father a huge amount of money and he forces her to get close to them.

Malcolm finds out Naomi’s secret and strikes a deal with her.

Their chemistry was good, but I didn’t like where the book went. Exactly what Malcolm’s friends warned him about happened, and even though Naomi didn’t plan it that way, it didn’t make it not so.

Malcolm & Naomi Share Incredible Chemistry In This Dirty MC Story! Though Perhaps Not Surprising In An MC Romance, There Are Issues Of Sharing & Cheating That May Make Some Uncomfortable.

This is book one of the Dirty Aces MC series. It includes:
1. Malcolm
2. Devlin
3. Nash
4. Silas
5. Wirth
6. Fiasco

ABOUT THE DIRTY ACES:

Fans of the Savage Kings MC series will note that the Dirty Aces appear in book twelve of that series, titled Cedric.

The Dirty Aces MC makes their money on drugs and gambling. Their boat operation offers nightly cruises for patrons to enjoy a night of gambling and drinking. The former Ace of Spades MC had imploded due to bad decisions. There had been some trouble a few years back when their last president, Lowell, had screwed them over, but the Dirty Aces are working to maintain a good operation these days under Malcolm Hyde’s strong leadership, with Nash as his VP. Decisions are all made by a vote, so if the brothers lose confidence in the leadership for whatever reason, they only need to call a meeting to remove and replace their leaders.

Though the decision to elect Malcom to be their leader was an easy one, he doesn’t take it for granted. He cannot ask for their loyalty is he doesn’t earn it. Their operations have been very successful for the last two years. Malcolm and Nash have been eying some expansion now that things are more settled. Bringing in new blood means more income, but more importantly, it means power and respect. Nash has identified five MC’s that might be good candidates for patch overs, and the guys are ready to get down to business and see if any of the MC’s are a match for them. That means some getting to know one another and entertaining.

IN THIS BOOK:

The story opens in a hot an sticky late June. It takes place in Sea Breeze and Carolina Beach, North Carolina.

Naomi Dawson, twenty-one, is in over her head after her grandparents die. With nowhere else to turn, she goes to the only remaining family she has left – her father. Harry Cox had never cared to be part of her life. Her mother had been a mere problem to him and he had no need for an illegitimate daughter. Naomi was happy she hadn’t been raised by him. She wasn’t enamored by his high and mighty mobster lifestyle. She knew it would mean trouble if he caught on to what she was really after, but she felt she had no other choices.

Malcolm Hyde, thirty-five, is cold and calculating. Tall and tattooed, he could have any woman he wants, but Malcolm doesn’t operate that way. He isn’t into monogamy and doesn’t do hookups at work, and unlike most of his friends, Malcolm refuses to share. He currently has an arrangement with three different women, giving him options when he feels the need to scratch an itch, though it has been a while. He likes to keep that part of his life separate from his duties as president of the Dirty Aces MC. He keeps his modest one-bedroom beach cottage in Carolina Beach despite the fact he can afford something better now. He grew up penniless, and he never takes matters of finance lightly.

Calm and controlled, Malcolm isn’t quick to fly off the handle. He keeps his emotions in check with his perfected poker face. The Dirty Aces are the closest thing to a family he has ever had, and he takes his responsibility to the five men in the club seriously. They aren’t all the brightest, but they are his brothers. Each has his own strength. They all know what can happen without good leadership, and Malcolm won’t let his men down. One mistake is all it takes to destroy everything they have worked to rebuild.

When Malcolm first sees the new waitress, he cannot get her out of his mind. She looks like jailbait, but when he confirms she is of age he allows his mind to wonder. And when he discovers that Fiasco hired her, it really riles him up. Fiasco would only hire her for one reason, and Malcolm doesn’t share. Nor does he fool around with any of the women they employ. He tries to run Naomi off, force her to quit, but the stubborn beauty surprises him with her bold and fearless attitude. He becomes completely obsessed from afar, but when he discovers she is stealing from them he is filled with rage. Malcolm soon finds himself breaking all of his rules just to make Naomi his. His reckless attitude and hypocrisy don’t go unnoticed by the Aces. When his brothers begin to question his loyalty, things really get out of hand. They all blame Naomi for Malcolm’s uncharacteristic reckless behavior, and Malcolm has a hard time disagreeing. The couple eventually finds a happy ending.

Malcolm and Naomi share incredible chemistry in this dirty MC story. Though perhaps not surprising in an MC romance, there are issues of sharing and cheating that may make some uncomfortable. Circumstances surrounding it sort of excuse it, though. If you hold on until the end it isn’t as bad as it might otherwise seem (though there is still some ambiguity). Naomi may be a little reckless, but overall she has her act together considering her circumstances. Malcolm has made something of himself given his background, though he does it illegally. He makes a great president, but when Naomi enters the picture he becomes unhinged. He also begins to soften a little by his standards. It is sweet to see him melt for the young thief.

It is probably the fact that he must bend some rules and finds himself wanting Naomi’s company in a monogamous relationship that so unsettles Malcolm, but it is unfortunately never addressed. It feels unresolved. *Spoilers* He separates work and his personal life, but in reality there will still be some level of overlap since the MC is his life. There is no reason given to believe he can remain level-headed. The personal growth he needs is never really explained. In the end things are only resolved between him and Naomi because he is caught red-handed, but in terms of the MC there is no resolution. Separately, his crew really overreacted. It was sad to see that two incidents which might seem somewhat commonplace in an MC led to such harsh measures. There was no attempt to address the root of the problem instead. And the crew was terribly hypocritical in their judgement. You might have expected them to relate better to how Malcolm was feeling since most of them are more emotional in nature.

I really enjoyed Greg the gas station attendant. He was a nice addition, but nevertheless the last quarter of this book really lost me. It felt anticlimactic. *Spoilers* Malcolm’s character really loses credibility there because he turns into a shell of his former self. It is a radical overreaction. I see why it drags on for the sake of the story, but it seems out of character. There are hints of problems with him in the MC, which we don’t see, so it is hard to understand what he big picture was. And given Naomi was not in the picture, one might assume one of the six men would have figured out that her leaving didn’t exactly resolve things and therefore she wasn’t the real problem. It appears Malcolm had eventually gotten his act together at work, but it is unclear how. One might have expected that if he figured things out there he might also have figured out his personal life.

One final issue merits mention. That the waitresses were apparently ringing up orders on the boat was a huge error in judgement. For cash transactions such as that, one would expect the bartender to ring up the orders and the waitresses to use bank. The bartender would have the ability to pull off what Naomi did, but a waitress would not have had access.

Malcolm and Naomi’s story sets up the Dirty Aces series with a calculating MC president getting caught up in love when he catches a beautiful thief. The story is written in first person. The POV alternates between Malcolm and Naomi. I rate this book 3.5 stars.

MALCOLM is the first instalment in the contemporary, adult DIRTY ACES MC erotic, MC, romance series co-authored by Lane Hart and DB West. This is Dirty Aces Club president Malcolm Hyde, and waitress Naomi Dawson’s story line. The Dirty Aces series is a spin-off from the author’s Savage Kings MC but you do not have to have read the previous series to understand or follow the story.

Told from dual first person perspectives (Malcolm and Naomi) MALCOLM follows the acrimonious relationship between Club president Malcolm Hyde, and waitress Naomi Dawson. Naomi Dawson finds herself in trouble having stolen a valuable historical collectible and the owner is demanding restitution otherwise he will sell Naomi to the highest bidder. In an effort to repay the money, Naomi is forced to steal from the Dirty Aces MC, and the man with whom Naomi will fall in love but all does not go according to plan when Malcolm discovers Naomi’s betrayal. To make restitution, Naomi will become Malcolm’s sex slave for two weeks, two weeks wherein Naomi will fall in love. What ensues is the highly sexual and tempestuous relationship between Malcolm and Naomi, and the potential fall-out as Malcolm and Naomi’s time together comes to a close.

Malcolm Hyde battles between head and heart as it pertains to Naomi Dawson. With his mind on Naomi, things with the Club begin to fall apart, forcing Malcolm to push Naomi out of his life. Naomi knew her time with Malcolm was coming to an end but our heroine was hoping for something more. Everything will spiral out of control when Naomi comes bearing news of her own, news that will send Malcolm into another tail spin pushing Naomi even further out of his life.

The relationship between Naomi and Malcolm is one of immediate attraction but Malcolm doesn’t do relationships having been burned in the past. Naomi is a strong willed, stubborn, fesity and independent heroine who knows that to steal from the Dirty Aces MC could mean her life is no longer her own but our heroine is willing to take the risk knowing that what awaits her is worse than anything Malcolm would ever do. The $ex scenes are erotic, aggressive and intense.

There is a large ensemble cast of secondary and supporting characters. We are introduced to Malcolm’s MC brothers: Devlin, Fiasco, Nash, Silas, Drake and Hudson; Greg the local store owner; and drug king pin Harry Cox.

MALCOLM is a gritty story of obsession and lust; of betrayal and vengeance; of love and loss. The fast paced premise is engaging and spicy; the romance is questionable, provocative and edgy; the characters are impassioned but challenging.

Hot and Sexy but a bit of a hot mess also

Malcolm is the first book in the Dirty Aces MC series by Lane Hart and D.B. West. After reading this book I had to take several days to just let everything settle with me before writing this review. I have read several other books by this writing duo so I was excited to read the first in a new series about a new MC. This is Malcolm and Naomi's story and it is a bit of a hot mess. I did like the story-line but not the main characters too much. Even taking into account Malcolm's strong silent and brooding personality and Naomi's reason for doing what she is I just could not connect with either for more than a minute before wanting to kick him and shake her.
I ended up making it to the end of this book because of some of the other characters and the steamy sizzling hot sexy chemistry between Malcolm and Naomi.
I decided that I am coming down on the fence with this this book. I am going to read the next in this series to see if I can connect better with the men and women of the Dirty Aces MC.

I received a copy of this book for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
