She lives in a three-story townhouse by the good graces of a tabby-cat who rules the house, the couch, the table, well, basically everywhere. When she's not groveling for forgiveness for neglecting to pet her kitty enough, Riley is strapped in to her writing chair coming up with crazy worlds where she can make her own decisions of when feeding time is and how much coffee can be drank without her friends--of which she has three--holding yet another intervention that they threaten to post on the internet.

The characters are relatable, loyal, honorable, and have definite personalities. The plot is fast-paced drama with each succeeding story intertwining with the next to make an epic saga. Each story is told with vivid detail and intriguing personalities.
Very good set of shifter books with interesting characters, even though they can be frustrating when they're being dense. They are good at handling business, but somewhat clueless about love and let past problems cloud current situations. The banter between the characters can be humorous, at times, which makes the characters more realistic.
Again this book just missed the fifth star due to grammar and situation errors. The five books included in this anthology need one more round with a STRONG line editor. I'd be willing to re-evaluate that fifth star if the errors are corrected.
That said, I do look forward to reading more books by this author.
Lots of action, just enough steamy scenes to keep you going. Love the way you start some of the stories hating the main character to finally understand why he or she behaves that way.
I did not give it five stars because as in House Ursa and House Canis, the House Draconis books are filled with little mistakes, typos, mixed up names, etc. Should definitely hire a proof reader: it gets annoying to have to read back some sentences because the names used don’t make sense...
Evil is awake and growing in the world. Most powerful of the shifters and most connected to the earth and humanity because of their powers, dragons return to the world. In order two unlock their full power, they must find their mates. Of course hibernating for over a century means they must also adapt to the modern world. Laughs, love and sexy times ensue. Not only do they need their mates but an alliance with their fellow shifters if they hope to survive. The final box set in the house trilogy delivers.
Each story based on a different dragon finding his mate, but all stories connect. My only objection is the constant wording of thick thighs etc to remind me that the mates. were bigger women with curves🥺 it wasn't needed and distracted from the story
I loved the idea of waking dragons up and them having to learn the modern world they now lived in. I thought it was also cool the way the dragons got woken up as they was needed. The ended didnt surprise me much I kinda saw it coming but it was a very good ending to a great series
Loved this series. Each book had a great storyline that ended in an HEA. The next book would pick up with the next character and the previous characters and go even further into the story. I would definitely recommend this series to my friends and family.
I am glad this is a complete set of books, as I would have been annoyed to have wait until I found the extra money to purchase the next book, and the next, and the next. This set was beautifully written, well thought out and well executed. Action, love, intrigue and excitement. Well deserved the 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
High House Draconis, completes the Plymouth Falls series of 15 books, I loved reading them, exploring the world Riley Storm has built until their ultimate nemesis rises again to put all shifters and humanity in serious danger. Start with Ursa, then Canis and finally Draconis and see who survives. Addictive reading.
Loved this book better than the last 2. Great ending with Galen and Kayla. The build up with the vampires was fantastic wish we could have found out what was going on with the town with all the vampires present. Not really a fan of the feminism that seemed to be front and center and all of the environmental stuff.... Enough of that in real life.
While the books were great for the development of the different types of dragons and their powers, it was hard to get past the lack of editing, missing words and grammar mistakes. The time line did not always flow concisely throughout the 5 books which made it difficult to follow the story at times. That said, I enjoyed the books and will most likely read more from this author in the future.
And pages and pages of corrections who is the editor. Get a new one. The story is wonderful. Each pairing is inspiring please please please keep going and get a new editor.
I’ve read House of Canis, House of Ursa and now House of Draconis; high marks for a complete and total tie-up of all three series. How House Draconis ends (last chapter aka epilogue) was wonderfully done.
I especially liked the ending where Galen and Kyla defeated the vampires and their combined forces awakened all of the dragons in the keep. But most of all I liked finding out who the Lady of the Lake really was.
There is nothing like a set of books on dragon shifters to feel your need to read about love, passion, and power! All of the dragons were very different, as were their mates. Great read! Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed this anthology of dragon stories. Each of the stories is independent but to get the full build up of the characters and their world, it is necessary to read them in order. An exciting read especially the last book.
These where short stories but I did like them the whole thing carrying from one to the next kept me interested in how the vampires would meet their end?
This series is awesome I loved every book as new characters joined the group . Only sad bit was that the series ended. Dragons are my new favourite paranormal.
