The book wasn’t exactly what I thought it was going to be. That would be a little bit more saucy. But overall it took a while to get in to the book for me really slow moving in the beginning but once they actually interacted and met it ran smoother. Andre become more alpha throughout the story. The story became more interesting because there was more dialogue between them (Chandra and Andrew).
I’m all about the interaction between the two main characters and I do like how they interact with the supporting characters to but that main interaction with these two people that I’m supposed to imagine, based on the storyline, falling in love that interaction is really needed for me. It felt like it was a lot of description and backstory that I wasn’t too fond of.
Overall, I think I was looking for that dialogue in the beginning and the sauciness was 0. This book is so contemporary. Which is not a book I’ve been reading lately but nonetheless I finished. I hope that if you read this book you enjoy it there appears to be so many more in the series.

I loved everything about this story - the story line was so realistic, only problem, as usual, was the grammatical errors. I don't understand why this problem can't be fixed - maybe Ms. Dowe should hire me. Lol
Overall I loved this story and the characters. Some had issues like everyday persons; I loved the comradery and love between the brothers and the sweetness of Marissa. She wanted a father and she just took to Andrew readily. Andrew's determination to be with and marry her mother, Chandra, and the intense emotions these two shared and how he accepted her child as his own; Andrew is an alpha male and I liked his take-charge attitude. The genuine love among his family members Needless to say, this story is one of my favorite's by Ms. Dowe.

Amazingly Good
I enjoyed this book so much! As always Katie Dowe doesn’t play when it comes to penning a GREAT love story! Although I wanted to throw Chandra in the trash can so many times, I couldn’t, lol. Only because of the love Andrew had for her! Lord knows she irked me, & Andrew really had his work cut out for him with her! But he didn’t give up, & I’m glad he didn’t. Excellent READ😍♥️

I enjoyd reading this book between Andrew and Chandra. I liked how persistent Andrew was in trying to get Chandra interested in him. There was a lot of passion in this book. I do feel that there was a lot of errors that need to be corrected. I don't think that it takes too much away from the story. I feel this is still a good read and everyone will enjoy it! I definitely recommend this book!

so romantic
Romantically funny, touching moments about finding love an unbelievable love. Almost like love at first hate. It’s about family over all accepting people for who they are. It’s about second chances. Love is a pressure thing and it should be cherished and this book express this in more ways than one.

My kind of story
Initial ugly situation brings love to Andrew which knocks him off of his feet. He gets his foot in the proverbial door and there is no stopping him. His caring for the woman and her daughter is beautiful to see and experience. The entire family's reaction just grabs you and won't let go.

Delightful...
First off I was surprised that this Andrew is the brother to Alex one of my favorite male MFM characters'. I was also surprised that he is more of a bulldozer than Alex! 😆
Both families are so likable and mesh together wonderfully despite the glaring differences. Held my attention enough to finish in one sitting. Well done! 👍

Explosions !
The explosions that took place whenever Andrew and Chandra encountered one another makes for a powerful love. Dowe’s mastery at love shines through. Where did Glenna get to? What was her reaction to seeing Chandra and Andrew out in public that first time as a couple?

What a way to meet, Andrew was defending a man who tricked several older people out of their savings, and Chandra's dad was one to these people. The chemistry is strong between these two and fun to read. Andrew was wonderful with Chandra's daughter and the storyline was very nice and interesting. I enjoyed the story.

What man can resist love at first sight? Chandra brought out a side of Andrew he never thought was there. But once cupids arrow hit him, everything else was nonexistent. As every love story should be! And to read that his love for his sister-in-law continued from a previous book, made it even more lovable!! I can't wait to see what Katie has instore for the youngest of the 3 brothers!!!

A really sweet love story and I love how sweet Andrew was to Chandra's daughter. He really made both of their wishes come true.
