Matt Lincoln has lived his entire life on the coast and he wouldn't have it any other way. A lifelong fan of Travis McGee, Magnum PI, and just about anyone who knows their way around a boat and a good cigar, Matt now lives where the sand meets the surf with his beautiful wife, a son who reminds him way too much of himself at that age, and an Irish Setter who he can never seem to tire out. Life is good.
Way too many typos, very sloppy. When I got to “My hand missed to my chest”, I quit reading and skipped to the end, which didn’t make a lot of sense from what I could tell.
I have read most of his books since I like the tropical settings and mysteries. However, this time I did not think the ending was laid out well. Some of the ends weren’t tied together. What really bothered me was the lack of editing. There were misspelled words, typos, words that didn’t make sense in sentences, and incorrect punctuation throughout the entire book.
I have read all three books in the series and they all, as well as this one, truly deliver! Great engrossing storyline, really solid characters and non-stop action. Recommend this book , and the first two, to everyone who wants a solid page turner.
Another great book in the series. Matt does a great job at sucking you into the story and taking you on twists you did not see coming. Can’t wait for the next one.
