Another great story by Roy Lewis in the Eric Ward series.I have read all the books in both series by this author and the quality of the stories stays very high throughout.I hope that there are more to come in both series.
Another successful storyline, can get a bit complicated in various parts(board meetings, law chamber sittings)but stick at it,all part of the storyline interest. All the series have been good reads, the flow and pace is good.😎😎
A very intelligent novel, which is riveting and intriguing. Eric Ward is drawn into a perplexing situation when he is asked to find a missing man. This leads him into a web of confusion, and twists and turns throughout this makes for a suspenseful read.
"The Spanish Villa Murder," another fantastic mystery set in the world of finance and shipping, is the ninth book of the Eric Ward series. Roy Lewis continues his excellent run of gripping stories and offers his readers legal battles only he can make so fascinating.
Too much business jargon for me, I couldn't really follow all those transactions. I liked the main character, though, so I might try and read the first book of the series.
An assassin is waiting but for whom. Businessman Simon Chan requests that Ward with his contacts looks for missing Harry Staughton. But then past business dealings intrude and complications occur. An enjoyable modern mystery. Originally published in 1991
