This is the last book in the Curvy Ambition series.
Cecily has list the one thing that made her her, her sense of smell and as a signature scent creator thats a big deal, so big she finds herself sat across from her boss and current CEO Connor Yates. She’s devastated when he tells her that she no longer has a job so when he shows up asking her to pose as his fake fiancé for a family weekend she’s shocked and even more so when she finds herself saying yes. The only thing she has to do is not fall in love, but can she stick to her own advice?
Connor Yates is in danger of losing his families company to his brother in law, unless he settles down so when he has to fire Cecily he see an opportunity to show them he is more responsible but he has another motive he’s always wanted Cecily but not just for the weekend but as a wife. But with the drama of his family will she even consider a future with him? He may have his company but will he get his HEA?
This was a great final book and it was great to see how the future is going for the other couples in the previous books. 4* highly recommended read. I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced copy of this book.

Ran across the four books after buying ROAR. Read book #1 and I was hooked. Each girl is strong and intelligent and has her own HEA. Four friends of the highest order who are always there for one another. I am now a faithful fangirl. But the series and you will never regret it

Good read!
enjoyed every bit of it, so far this series is short and sweet! Looking forward to the love stories of the other girls.

23 year old Cecily had used her keen sense of smell in her job at a perfume company but was fired by Connor, her 36 year old, handsome playboy boss when she suddenly lost her sense of smell. She needed a good salary to pay for her new expensive condo and her tuition for a return to school. Connor approached her later that night at home and explained he would lose his CEO position if he was not married or at least engaged very quickly. Cecily initially turned down his offer to play his fiancé in return for a payment to help with her expenses but after thinking about it for a short while she informed Connor she would be the fake fiancé. They went to meet his family that included an evil brother-in-law that was scheming to use any means possible to remove Connor from the company so he could be CEO. Will Connor and Cecily connect on a personal level or will the scheming tear their new fragile relationship apart? Will Connor remain as head of the company?
I give this book 3.5stars. This was an okay story but I never was able to be sympathetic to Connor or Cecily. Things moved way too quickly from my point of view and I wasn’t able to fully understand their relationship.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this quick story about Connor and Cecily. She has a great nose and works too make perfumes. Unfortunately her sense is smell goes bonkers. Her boss, Connor is forced to let her go. But he has a proposal for her, be his fake fiancee. But there is mischief afoot. Great HEA.

Connor Yates had been her boss, the CEO, and the heir to his family’s perfume business. However, he had to settle down to inherit it all. So when he fired her from her current job, he offered a new job -- as his fiancé. She tried to turn it down, but she had bills to pay and decided to go along with it.
Now they had to convince the family, despite the scheming brother-in-law who was trying to take it all away from Connor. Would he succeed? Would he break the fake relationship apart? Or was there maybe something stronger there he wasn’t aware of?

Cecily was called the nose for her amazing sense of smell. She lost her sense of smell and taste. Connor fired her. He then needed her help. Throw in betrayal, a psycho out to destroy Connor and his family, and Connor and Cecily lack of love knowledge and you have a book that will keep you on your toes. Good characters, both primary and secondary. I am hoping for a spin-off for Poppy and Merritt. It is a short read.

Connor is the CEO of a company which employs Cecily. Cecily is an independent, focused, curvy woman who has lost her sense of smell and that is her job- she smells scents, perfume. Connor is her boss and he needs help from Cecily. Cecily needs the money and agrees to be his fake fiancé. This story is slow developing and it has some bumps in the road and some family drama, but it turns into an instant love along the way. A quick little read - enjoy.

Cecily had just been fired and was lamenting her future finances. Connor was in danger of losing his position as CEO when he approached Cecily with a solution to both their problems.
The characters were good. The story line was just okay, nothing new but it moved to quick. I didn't feel the connection between the main characters.

Cecily just lost her job at the perfume organization. Her boss Connor offers her another job to be his fake fiancee in order to keep his position as CEO to the family business. She not happy with his proposition and shows it, however, she has bills and finally excepts his offer. I loved their chemistry and although there is some drama, they find their HEA.

An amazing book four in the Curvy Ambition series! It is a quick read with a well written and captivating story line. There is drama, suspense, greed, humour, and steam. The characters are likeable with really hot chemistry between them. Definitely recommended!

Story felt disjointed, felt like no chemistry between Cecily and Connor, then all forced to make them fall in love.

Cecily has just lost her job because she lost her sense of smell it was a well paying job and the CEO Connor said that he didn’t have a position anywhere else for her so Cecily left Connor’s office distraught she doesn’t know how she is going to pay for her condo never mind anything else. Half an hour after Cecily arrives home there was a knock on her door it was too soon to be her best friend so when she opened the door she was shocked it was her ex boss Connor, Connor as getting kicked out of his CEO position because he wasn’t married so his horrible brother in law was going to take his position so he offered Cecily a proposition and that’s to pretend to be his fake fiancé for a substantial amount of money so Cecily kicked him out and slammed the door in his face. Fantastic story I enjoyed it immensely and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

When Cecily loses her job cause she can't perform she is devastated. It was her dream and she just got where she wanted in life only to have it crash around her. Then her boss, or.ex boss Connor proposes a fake relationship to help them both. Only he doesn't tell her the whole truth and then it becomes a whole mess where she leaves. Will he fess up and tell her how he really feels? Will she listen? Life lessons can be difficult, but love is worth all the confusion and pain to get there.

This is the fourth or fifth book I have read of Phoebe Sweet's, and this one is perhaps my favorite (followed by Surge, which is an awesome read).
Things I enjoyed:
Female lead was not naïve. She was able to stand up for herself, yet was also not so stubborn that she became intolerable.
Male lead was not overly "smooth". He was not a reformed "manwhore".
Secondary characters were fun and not stereotypical.
I recommend this book for a quick, enjoyable read with lots of the good "feels"
