The most haunted building in the French Quarter holds dark secrets. Legends say there were murders here long ago. When a paranormal expert investigates, the forces of evil descend upon an ancient courtyard to stop him dead. Deep in the heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter there’s an old building on Toulouse Street. People say it’s haunted. They hear strange things at night – eerie moans and wails from tiny windows up on the roof. They see flickering lights too, like someone’s moving about inside. But no one’s been in there for years.A woman on her first trip to Louisiana takes a French Quarter ghost tour. She sees the darkened structure and realizes it’s the source of terrifying dreams since her childhood. She goes home but is inexplicably drawn back time and time again to this old building that holds frightening truths for her.Paranormal investigator Landry Drake arranges a hypnosis session in the building’s courtyard, where according to legend the worst of the atrocities happened within these walls. As the woman is transported back in time – to her childhood and even beyond – the reality of the Toulouse Street hauntings becomes clear. As Landry tries to unravel the mystery, people die. Will there be more before the truth becomes clear? Can he stop whatever it is that haunts the building?

Great read!! I love this series, great characters and great story line for each book. Die Again offers the same action, suspense and intrigue throughout the entire book just as the others in the series. Some authors spend so much time building a story, leaving the action and suspense out of that process, only throwing it in in the last few chapters; not Bill Thompson, that's why I love this series so much, its great from the beginning to the end. I won't repeat the the inside cover of the book in this review, but I will say this book lives up to expectations! Can't wait for the next one!

OMG!! That was mind blowing!!!

Out of the other books in this this series this
one was my favorite. Don't get me wrong the
others are fantastic, also. But this one just dug
in & wouldn't let go! The story line was very
interesting and I definitely liked Jack, the
newest addition to the cast of characters. I
hope he'll be in future books in the series.
This was a phenomenal book and I'll be
waiting for #7 to come out. Hope it's not a
long wait!!!!

Bill Thompson never disappoints! Outstanding series... loved everything about it! The research alone that went into this series had to be a heap and then some. Such an intelligent and amazing writer, Bill Thompson is one of my favorite authors ever. An absolute must read for those who believe...

Another fascinating story

This latest book by this author is absolutely riveting. If you like ghost stories you will find none better than those by this author. The stories in his Bayou Hauntings series are not just ghost stories, they belong in a category all their own. They are historical ghost stories in every way that makes historical fiction what it is.

Good

I've read all of Mr. Thompson's books, and I'm amazed that he has such interesting story lines. Can we revisit characters from previous stories? (Just to see how they are doing?)

Another good read from Bill Thompson. I am totally loving the entire Bayou Hauntings series, except for Callie which I DNF. But all other books were great. Am sad to see it's almost over! Hope there will be more books coming!

A Downward Curve

Book 6 began, as did the previous five, at the top of the interest chart. But, unlike the earlier offerings, this one faded into labored reading as the story stretched on and on. This is still a good read - just not equalled to Thompson's other hauntings.

Best one yet

This series has me hooked. Every book gets better, and this one was definitely different. What was still the same is the development of characters and a great storyline!

fascinating concept

The sixth book of the series, and they get better each time. The concept of past life regression hypnosis is a fascinating concept.
