Almost as funny as the originals.
Oh I enjoyed this book, Set after Fortune is retired from the C.I.A. And no longer in danger, she receives a call one day from her old partner Harrison. There’s an agent getting on in years who has been diagnosed with dementia, for security reasons his condition cannot become common knowledge. Director Morrow requests Fortune let the agent stay with her till they can find a permanent place where he can be cared for. Fortune complies, having worked with the agent in question, but all is not so simple, when Gary( the ill agent) arrives he tells Fortune somebody in the agency is trying to kill him. Fortune doesn’t know what to think is this the result of a disturbed mind or is it the truth………….
The author has a lot of fun ( if that’s the right work) with the character having dementia and it makes for quite a few comic situations.

True to the original characters
What impressed me most about this novella was how the author stayed true to the original characters. Too many times in fan fiction, the characters are out of character, so to speak. I laughed and laughed over Gertie’s recipes and Gary’s antics at the fountain and in church. The story has a very satisfying conclusion, as well. No cliffhangers here! I will definitely get 5he 5hird book in the series.

Totally loved it!!
Lots of twists and turns, but I sure did enjoy Uncle Gary and Merlins interactions!
I love cats also.
I also have a partner with Dementia, which was what first attracted me to this book.
So I learned a few things too.
And enjoyed myself while doing so!

Great fun miss fortune world story
This miss fortune world book was a fun one.swamp team 3 Monroe Harrison and Merlin the car are in it along with Carter. Lot of funny scene s in this one . Especially with Celica
