🔹ONCE UPON A GOOD TIME
Once Upon a Real Good Time is the first book in Lauren’s new rom-com series, Heartbreakers. I have read all of Lauren’s words and let me tell you...this woman knows how to make me swoon and get all hot and bothered with her dirty-mouth men. Campbell has definitely made it to the top of my Blakely Men list with his mouth. Damn.
Campbell and Mackenzie share one passion-filled night. They connected on more than one level. They enjoyed being together in between the sheets as well as out of them. They got each other. And that is why, this was not going to be a one-night stand. That was until she walks into her son’s violin lesson and meets his new teacher. She knows for a fact he has mad skills with his hands since they were on her playing her like an instrument just a few nights ago. Fate has stepped in and kicked her ass.
Campbell gets it. Mackenzie wants what’s best for her son which means they have to keep their hands off each other. The hard part is that, that makes him like her even more. He is after-all a single father to a teen daughter that he would do anything for including not dating someone he wants to see again. And again. That doesn’t mean he can’t have dirty thoughts though and sometimes those dirty thoughts are spoken out loud. Oops. Rules. They needs rules.
Rules are made to be twisted, and broken. There is always a loop hole, right?
Omfg! I loved this book!! Campbell just has that perfect blend of filth, sweetness, humor, and heart. I fell for him. Hard and fast. And him as a dad? Swoon. I loved his relationship with Samantha. Mackenzie is kickass. One of my favorite Blakely women! She is strong, funny, sweet, and knows her trivia. And she loves her son so much. Together, Campbell and Mackenzie made me smile, melt, and laugh. And their kids made me wants to listen to music and bake treats.
Overall...it was an epic treat! I love love and when you add in laughs, dirty talk, sweet treats, and trivia, it makes it even better. I am soooo excited about the next book, Once Upon a Sure Thing! Gimme, gimme.

Once Upon a Sure Thing is the second book in the Heartbreakers series by the ever-talented Lauren Blakely. It can be read as a standalone but I do highly recommend reading Once Upon a Real Good Time. That is where I was introduced to Miller, the middle brother to Campbell and Miles aka The other Heartbreakers/bandmates. I also got a glimpse into his friendship with Ally. Thank you Lauren for not making us wait long for their story.
Miller and Ally have been best friends since the day they met six years ago. It was an instant kind of friendship that has meant everything to them. They are each other’s rocks. Their first phone calls with happy or sad news. They have never crossed the line to anything more than a close friendship until now...
Ally wants a challenge. Miller wants to start a new band. She wants in. He doesn’t want to ruin their friendship. Being a duo could do exactly that especially since he has been thinking about her in a different light lately. A light that wants her naked. Under him. Bent over a desk. In the shower. Anywhere and everywhere. Mixing business with pleasure is a bad idea. Right? Even if they sound amazing in the studio. The chemistry is off the charts hot. Everyone else sees it as well. They would be epic on stage but is it worth the risk?

Overall...I love Miller & Ally! They are flirty, sexy, fun, and they make me want to blast my music. It really does make everything better.
P.S. I have my own rockstar named Ally and she cracks me up daily. Love that kid.

You can most definitely read this book as a standalone but I do recommend reading the previous books so you are caught up with these talented and sexy brothers, their ladies, and all the kiddos. The synopsis kicks ass so I will make this quick.
Miles and Roxy have been flirting around their attraction for awhile now. They both felt the connection between them on the night they met but knew they couldn’t go there. He didn’t do relationships. She didn’t have the best track record with them. Her brother also happens to be Miles’ financial advisor and good friend. Oh...and he is a single dad. And a rock star. Pretty much he was off-limits. She was too especially now when she was closed for business. Except...he was too damn tempting. Just as much as she was. A little fling never hurt anyone, right?
Awe! I love Miles and Roxy. And of course his son, Ben. Miles might be the youngest brother but he has a ton of responsibilities. Ben always being his number one. Their relationship is so damn sweet and full of love and laughter. Then there is Miles and Roxy. Theirs is complicated but oh so much fun! It’s full of flirty banter, lots of laughs, and weak in the knees kisses. But are they ready for more than a fling? A plus-one deal. Friends with orgasmic benefits. Are they ready to have it all?

Laying your heart on the line to find happiness!
I absolutely loved these stories; the characters were beautiful inside and out, and the steam factor was off the charts. Everything this author writes is fabulous, in my opinion. If you enjoy rock stars, older characters, and single parent stories then this boxset is a must read.

Family.......
I loved how the story about each Hart brother flowed into the next. Their lives, loves, etc. all blended together. Emotions were involved in all 3 stories. Loved each HEA.
