Dallas, Dallas, freaking Dallas “Beh beh” 🥰
First off , I just had a feeling this book would be one of my favorite & Dallas would be my favorite character , from me starting with painlessly in love ( all out of order ) and I was so intrigued by him . Fast forward reading his story and mannn I can see why !! This book BOMB !! How he is with Chloe just them in General hookeddddd!!!! ENERGY!!!! BOSS!!!

Listen, I knew Rochelle was going to be a problem but I didn't think she was gon' cut up like that! She's out here competing hard with Megan for the crown because, Rochelle is as crazy as she was. I'm just waiting on the get back from Dallas because, when it comes, she won't be ready. Speaking of Dallas, he and Chloe did not disappoint. They were excruciatingly cute. Dallas wasted no time at all making his Chloe his lady and proving to her he was exactly what she needed. When he got her parents out of jail, I was ready to marry Dallas my damn self. This man really can get anything done. If you thought you loved the Smith family, you're going to love the McQueens. Dallas' family is a mess but, in a good way. I absolutely loved his parents. I'm just waiting on Dime to get some act right so, Francesca will finally marry him. And, that ending tho! Chile, let me hurry myself right on over to book two so I can see Rochelle's crazy azz get just what she deserves.

Chloe x Dallas (Part I)
Yo, first of all, what is wrong with these women? Dallas, Steph and Gatah and 'em must have a magic peen. Cause the way these women are acting a fool out here is ridiculous. Dallas must have that Nola voodoo dìćk Cause Rochelle done lost her mind. Literally, cause girl WHAT?!?
But with all this said, this story dragged imo. The climax of the story didn't happen till like 78% into the book. The dialogue was a bit cheesy, almost corny in the beginning. I was looking forward to getting to know Dallas cause I thought he was hella mysterious in the previous installments. This blue eyed niģğa, with the blonde locs piqued my interest, but his story was rather tame. I knew Dallas gets shít done, but we didn't get to see much of that in this story. But I know after this cliffhanger, I'm about to really, really experience Dallas.
Chloe was just chilling for the most part. But I know after what happened with in the cliffhanger, I'm about to see a whole different side of her. And I'm ready..
I truly love the way M.Monique thinks. Off to part II.

This is my first time reading this author but definitely not my last. It grabbed my attention straight out the gate and had me wanting more. I wasn't able to put it down, I love the pace of the book, the storyline is so dope. The love Dallas has for Chloe and the way he treated her was amazing. When they were in the kitchen and Dallas told the dogs to protect their mama....he had me, he's the definition of "that n*gga". Great job.

That ending was something serious honey and the fact that Dallas knew about the cameras were crazy but it Rochelle couldn't take a hint. I need the details for her disdain and I know it ain't the f**k and duck. The way the Dallas out here making moves for Chole got me like yesssss!!!! The thing is she just being her true self. Goodness! The writer gives us one rock 'em sock I'm story right out the gate.We are introduced to a leading man which is Dallas and we get everything we asked for and then some. The story may seem like something you've seen before but the feel is not. In this story we get an alpha male that has quite a few sides to him and you like this. We also get a bonus in a leading lady with Choke being not only likable but independent as well. This was written well and the pace is steady. This was storytelling done right and let's you know ,you are going to come back for more.

This book was fire. This is my second book by this author and I love her style of writing. She’s funny, witty and she makes me fall in love with her characters. Dallas and Chloe. ❤️❤️Love them. Glad she stopped running. Dallas’ parents, these two need to get it together but I love them too. Chloe’s parents, so happy for them. Reading this author's works is like watching an episode of Law and Order SVU or A&E Forensics Files...literally has me on the edge of my seat. Then couple it with another sexy book bae and whew you have the critical components for a romantic suspense. This author also provides us with the psycho chick dynamic making the story combustible. I love Dallas and Chloe and pray that their beautiful relationship will survive the crazy twist at the end of book one. On to book two with a quickness!

Ahhhh....... That ending tho! Dallas is the truth behbeh! Love his sexy drawl, his assertiveness, even his cockiness. The way he was down for his family, and people he cared about was everything! Chloe had no chance in resisting Dallas. He was everything she needed, and vice versa. That heffa Rochelle and her hatin' a$$! I hope she gets hers ten fold! Dallas and the crew betta come through! The was a pretty good read. I really enjoyed it. Dallas was an alpha male for sure, yahurme! I love it. I loved how he took care of Chloe and his family. They did not want for anything. Dallas and Chloe had a great connection that was quite evident when they interacted with one another. Of course a scorned chick has started some mess, so I look forward to finding out what happens in part 2. Good job, M. Monique.

Good but a little slow
It took a minute for me to warm up to Dallas and Chloe. With Dallas being introduced in a prior book, I was expecting so much from him and the story just dragged a little.
Once I got to the second half though the story I led up in the good way. Once I hit the end I was clamoring for more pages and ran right over to Amazon to grab part 2.

Explosive!!!
One of the best works in M. Monique's catalog! Loved me some Dallas, a man that can tell me what to do, can TELL me what to do lol! Chloe definitely had her work cut out for her when she was trying to run away from Dallas, cause he wasn't backing down for nothing. can't wait to dive straight into the next book!

I’m going to just say this, I’m a M.Monique STAN at this point! Because her books are soooo good! And this is another one. Dallas and Chloe been having this spiritual connection to one another since the first time they met! And their love story is too fucking cute!
Can’t nobody do found family like Monique you cash that at the bank. The way she write these black men and how they don’t play about the black women in their lives is everything I needed! I will continue to devour her books!
