Hooked On His Thuggish Ways
Kaizlyn promised herself that love was something she was no longer looking for after getting her heart broken her senior year in high school.
However, after getting her heartbroken, her life takes a turn for the worse worst when she arrives home after school to see her mother dead in the middle of the living room floor.

With Jaxsyn’s little sister Keisha being a hard-headed teen, he finds himself trying to protect her and also keep from her from turning into a person just like his mother.
But even with all of the drama that is unfolding, cupid has a funny way of intervening in someone’s life. With both of them not looking for love, the attraction they have for each other can’t be denied.

A GREAT BOOK!!!
Prenisha has done it again. This book was so good. I laughed and cried. I love Jaxsyn and Kaizlyn together. I hope Keisha is ok. I can’t wait for Whoodie and Sims to get what’s coming to them. This is most definitely a must read. I highly recommend this book. I can’t wait to read part 2...

Great beginning to series. Storyline held my attention as these characters had plenty of drama going on. Grandma was who Kaizlyn needed in her life after losing her mom so suddenly. Jaxsyn is proving to be a good one to lean on. I'm hoping Keisha gets herself together and that she's ok. Sims and Whoodie needs to be handled soon. Ready for next part.

My first read by Prenisha but not my last. This book reminded me of so many young loves. Kaizlyn and Jaxsyn are a cute couple who I hope will survive and Keisha is like many young girls trying to be grown only to have to learn a hard lesson. I love Jaxsyn grandma too. Good read.

This was my first read by this author but I wasn't disappointed at all. I loved Kaizlyn and hope the relationship with Jaxsyn work out. Lakiesha I hope make it out. Woodie and Sims I have no word for them. I'm definitely reading part 2.

This book was so good. I am so excited to read the next book. The drama in this one was crazy. Everyone had something that happened in their life. I would highly recommend this book.

Love Is A Battlefield!!
Once again this author has left me spell bound!!! Love makes us lose our mind and endure the worst !!! Love can make us feel unworthy and shut down and never want to love again!!! These characters experiences will make or break them!! Once they open their eyes and love themselves there is no turning back! I can't wait to see how part 2 gives growth and closure to the characters!

This was a nice read... It caught my attention from page one them kept drawing me in... It moved at a nice fast steady pace... This book did have me in my feeling a lot with how these men were treating these women...
Kaizlyn was a good girl... she had to deal with so much... She watched as her mother remained in an abusive relationship... It was hard for her wi sit back and watch and not be able to help her mother... At least she had her boyfriend Melo that is there for her... Or at least she thought... In one day her while world cam crashing down on her... She lost her man and her mom... Then she was thrown into the system... After losing her mother she had jo one and just closed herself off to everyone else around her... Until one day that her grandmother that she knew nothing about finally got her out of the system and took her home...
Jaxsyn was the man in the streets... After growing up with his mother that cared nothing for him and his sister and allowing a man that was not their father to be abusive to them all... Made him look at women totally different and decided that he never wanted to he in love because of the type of woman that his mother was... Well one day while arguing with one of his many woman but this one claimed that she was pregant by him... He noticed his neighbor pull up and she is jor alone... There is a very beautiful young woman with her... she peeks his interest and he is drawn to her from there... He kept trying to fight it but he just could not fight it any longer....
After Jaxsyn's sister La'Keisha finally got them all in the same space multiple times... their relationship built from there...Meanwhile La'keisha is dealing with a man named Whoodie he is showing all the signs that she needs to get out of this relationship... Especially because her brother warned her time and time again... but she tried to be grown... Now look at the big mess that she has cause and that she is in...
Now we have to wait for part 2 to find out is she is okay... will Jaxayn be able to save her in time... Will the relationship between Jaxsyn and Kaizlyn work out...

LaKeisha and Jaxsyn lived next door to Ms Dailey and she loved them just like her own. Jaxsyn ‘s all about lov’em and leave them;however,Kaizlyn has his attention and Keisha sees it too. While Jaxsyn and Kaizlyn get to know each other he still tries to protect Keisha from dealing with Whoodie whose up to know good. Sometimes a hard head makes a soft azz and Keisha will learn what her brother was trying to tell her all alone or she will die remembering. NOOO!!!I NEED PART 2 ASAP
I loved the storyline and character development for this book. The scenarios in this book touch on situations that a few teenagers may experience when losing a parent or the parent chooses another life without their children leaving them with a lot of pain and anger. This is what you get when reading about Kaizlyn, Jaxsyn and Keisha. As for Keisha, she is mirroring her mother in ways that she doesn't see by choosing Whoodie who is only using her as a pawn in his revenge game. Unfortunately she had to go through the worst a female can ever experience to realize that she made the wrong decision. Will Keisha get put her situation alive and what will Jaxsyn and Ace do when they find out about Keisha. Can't wait for part 2.

Omg what a great book. Definitely a page turner. k a beautiful girl who lost her mom through domestic violence and the love of her life in the same day is broken and fragile until she meets her grandmother for the first time. Jaxsyn who’s going through similar things as K is really a good guy and has ice around his heart until he meets K. They both are letting the ice slowly melt away from there hearts. Now that damn Keisha is hard headed as hell and find herself in a terrible situation. Whoodie and Sims is as grimey as grimey can get. Hopefully they get what that deserves as well as Londyon illusional ass. Can’t wait until part 2 of this action packed novel

Must Read
It was sad as hell to witness Kaizlyn deal with the loss of her mother and knowing who was behind it but yet she couldn't do much. Her life changed drastically. What Mrs. Daisey told Jaxsyn about Kaizyn mother gave a lot of insight on why she stay with a man like Ted. Kaizyn has no clue about her mother past which I think will put Kaizyn in danger. La'Keisha is definitely hard headed. Jaxsyn had warned her about Whoodie but she refused to listen. Kaizyn had tried to warn her as well. Again she refused to listen. Whoodie used La'Keisha as a pawn. She had to learn the hard way though. I hope she's able to get out the situation she's in.

My heart broke for Kaizlyn no one shouldn’t have to witness a tragedy like she did it’s sad that her mom wasn’t protected and her mom never healed from her child hood trauma so she fall right into the hands of a abuser and it cost her life as for Keisha I get trying to be down for your man but when it involves being disrespected sometimes you have to tell yourself this isn’t love but what can she accept when her own mom never showed her and brother no real love I know part 2 about to bring more drama cause they way how Sims and Whoopie did Keisha they about to feel the wrath of real street dudes

A definite page turner. My heart went out to Kaizlyn and i pray she gets justice for her mother. Jaxsyn was a good dude taking care of his sister and grandparents. Him and Ace are about to tear the city up behind that hard headed sister of his. Whooda had Keisha mind so gone but i guess she see now that he ain't worth a damn. I pray she's ok and to sit her fass tail down

Great read
This is the first book I've read by Prenisha Aja and I was greatly satisfied. My heart hurt from Kaizlyn. Her world was turned upside down. Not only did her boyfriend break her heart in front of their friends but when she gets home she finds her mother murdered. Jaxsyn got his hands full with his lil sister Keisha. She so hard headed chasing a no good wanna be thug and look what happens to her. I hope she make it. Can't wait for part two.💝❤

Definitely Hooked
I'm loving the love that Jaxsyn and Kaizlyn share. It's so real. He will definitely take care of her. Hardheaded Keisha always wants to go against her brother. She wanted more than William could ever give her. He was never for her. The war is just starting and it's getting ready to get ugly. Who will be left standing when the smoke clears. Hopefully not Sims hateful self. William can get taken down too. Jaxsyn and Ace better come out on top.

Great Read
This book was so good. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters and I couldn't put it down. Held my attention from beginning to end. Really liked Jaxsyn and Kaizlyn together. Sure hope Keisha is alright and she gets herself together....I like Ace for her. Sims and Whoodie definitely got to go and fast. I know Samuel is going to be a problem....and I feel we haven't seen the last of Ted either. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I love kaizlyn and Jaxsyn they are too cute together. I hope Jaxsyn catch up to Woodie he did his sister dirty even though she put herself in that situation she still didn't deserve it.. Grandma been holding on to some secrets i hope she let out before something bad happens to my girl.. Londyn seem like she gone be a piece of work i hope she anit pregnant by Jaxsyn. I hope we see and hear a little more from Ace hopefully he can be Kiesha knight in shining armor.

OMG!!! What did I just read? This book had me in a trance. I can’t wait to start the next part. That Keisha is something else. I wanted to strangle her for the stupid decision she made. But then I felt sorry for her because of what she went through.
Jaxsyn is gonna blow a gasket. I hope Kaizlyn is there to calm him down. They need each other because Kaizlyn is fragile. Look out Whoodie and Sims because your days are numbered.

Kaitlyn has experienced so much heartbreak in a short span of time, and as secrets come out, more is to follow. Jaxsyn has demons himself and it's getting ready to be real!! Keisha is going and dumb for a no good boy, can't call him a man Whoodie, who I think is in over his head. Sum is a pathetic excuse of a man, Karma needs to pay a lot of them a visit!!

Really enjoying this author🙌👌👏. I am new to her and making my way thru her calendar.
This book was 👍pretty good. Not too much drama but enough to make you want to keep 📚reading. I hope Kaiszlyn gets a happy ☺ ending. She has been thru so much. Keisha hard headed and I am 😨 scared for her. Her brother definitely bae 😘 and a hard core hitta along with Ace. On to the next book. The ending was a cliff hanger.👏👌🙌😍💥🔥

Hooked on this good read
I’m gonna need part 2 ASAP. This story kept me intrigued from the beginning right down till the end. I really enjoyed the characters their POV’s. Im gonna need for Keshia to boss up and stop being weak for ole dude. She really had to learn the hard way. Poor Kaizlyn can’t catch a break I wonder how she’ll handle that news from her grandmother.

Omg
This book was so freaking good I finished it within a few hours. I feel so bad for Kaizlyn and I hope she’s gets happily ever after because she’s been through so much. Keisha is so freaking stupid and I don’t wanna say she got what she deserved but she did and I hope she learned her lesson. I really like Jaxsyn and Ace and I can’t wait to see what they gonna do.

That damn Keisha. I see Whoodie and Sims them kids that when they Fannie said don't play with fire or you'll get burned. Yeah I'm pretty sure that they didn't listen. So will this be a wake-up call for Keisha. I know some heads bout to roll and some blood will be shed.
