Zillard dark is the son of underworld king Hades and a succubus mother and his power of seduction and beauty has lead many mortal men and women to bargain their souls for their deepest darkest desires and no one despises humans more them him. Humans are play things to keep him amused while he gains power to rule over all,but when Izzy is able to get though to the flipside and demands that he give her back the soul of her beloved professor all bets are off! Mister dark, because saying his real name gives him more power,start a battle of wills. Zillard wants to defile and bring Izzy to her knees and he's not above using his power to do it! But along the way he starts feeling something for her that he has never felt before true desire,he will know all her secrets. She is powerful in her own right and he can feel it. Izzy will do anything to save her professor even if it means making a deal with one of the most powerful and dangerous dark warlocks of all time.Because not only does zillard want her body but her soul will be his as well. I was so happy that Ana Calin gave zillard his own book!! I have been fascinated with him since his appearance in Rise Of The Red Witch!! He is a dark bad boy who is weaving in and out of a lot of Ana's books giving favors,so that when he makes his move to the top all will owe him a favor of some kind. The steam between zillard and raven girl( izzy) is fucking hot!! Ana has turned up the heat and even I was more then willing to give my soul to Mister dark!!! 😓😓 Another awesome read from the very talented and lusty Ana Calin!

I enjoyed Zillard & Izzy's book. Good characters. This was an entertaining book. And a new author for me. I received a free copy of the book. And am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Mister Dark = Mister DELICIOUS!
A few weeks back I responded to an email Ana sent to her readers asking this: “Who would you rather have in bed?” Loaded question right? She goes on to describe a couple of characters to choose from. I replied with a VERY ENTHUSIASTIC thumbs up for Zillard Dark, half sex demon and powerful warlock. Hooray for me! Let me introduce you to Mister Dark. Or as I call him, Mister DELICIOUS!
We start by meeting Izzy Fabienne, a timid intern for Professor Sam Nolan. Whom she also happens to be tragically and hopelessly in love with. Sam is in the hospital dying from an undiagnosed medical condition that has attacked his brain. He’s not the only one with this condition. Izzy is privy to undisclosed information because of her research for the professor on fallen angels, ranks of demons, and alleged historical immortals. She knows there’s more to this medical condition, she has to save him. Not that anyone is going to listen to her though.
She goes on a quick fact finding mission through the professor’s research and comes across a picture of a church where witches were hung during the Salem witch hunting. She goes in search of the church that is conveniently located in her town. Enter Mister Dark. Or Mister Delicious as I like to call him.
Oh my, Mister Dark. He deals in Souls. A fulfillment of deepest darkest desires in exchange for your soul. Deal with a devil kind of stuff. Only Mister Dark is like no devil I’ve ever imagined. He’s intrigued by Izzy because she doesn’t want to trade her soul for a desire. He can find nothing corrupt or vicious in her. He’s never met a human like her. He must know more about this Raven Girl. So being a demon, he has his ways of procuring information from Izzy. Which only makes his interest grow.
Please understand I’m leaving A LOT of details out of this review. There’s just too many wonderful things I could tell you, but then I’d spoil it for you and I WILL NOT DO THAT! This book is deliciously steamy! It is meant to be savored. Do not rush. If you do, you’ll find yourself reading it twice just to go back and experience all the devilishly beautiful moments between Mister Dark and Izzy again. And make no mistake, this book is definitely an experience. But let’s be honest, is that really so bad either? It’s worth a second or even a third read. WoWZAme
I have to tell you this book ends on a cliffhanger. As a reader, I am NOT a fan of cliffhangers; however, I find myself not minding it so much because I KNOW Ana is going to deliver in OUTSTANDING fashion. Yes, I’m that confident. Do not let a cliffhanger stop you from 1-clicking this book right now. I promise, you’ll be so devilishly happy you did.
As always dear Ana, Please Hurry… I’m hanging by a thread. I’M PATIENTLY WAITING FOR THE NEXT ONE TO GET TO ME. And thank you for allowing me the amazing opportunity to read this ARC.

This story is stunning with characters that are magnificent. They draw you in with their quirks and personalities. Zillard is dark but yet he is a mystery unto himself. He has this draw to him that makes you wish you were Izzy and the object of his eye. Izzy is such a strong female that has endured so many pains and trials. She has so much to offer and I can’t wait to see her grow. The storyline is unique and intriguing as it is an original twist with working with the devil. It is well written and yes, it is a shorter, quick read but boy does it make reading it such a beautiful thing. This story does end in a type of cliffhanger but since the so is so captivating that you can’t wait to see what happens. It is a must read!!!!!!

Zillard Dark has appeared in several of Ana’s books, so it was nice to read his story. While he can Be a dark, sinister person, he still has a remnant of good in him. It’s just that not that many people can tap into that side of him. But Izzy can. He becomes as mesmerized by her as she is to him. A good, fast read.

Now comes Zillard’s story…and what a doozy it is~ Izzy is a student who is infatuated with one of her professor’s. She does some work and research for him. When she goes to his house, she learns a terrible dark secret that will affect her life and choices. Zillard is a very powerful being in the Underworld who collects souls after making deals with them. He discovers Izzy and knows he MUST have her at all costs. What he does not realize is that this will be the one woman who will take him to his knees and he will protect her with all that he is and has…now for the first part of their story…

This book seemed to start in the middle. There is a professor who has lost his mind after apparently making a deal with a demon. It sounded good but I just couldn't get into this story.

I'll be honest...I really had no clue what was going on in this book lol. I'm wondering if the characters or maybe the story ties into earlier stories she's written?
Izzy makes a deal (kind of) with Zillard who is a demon. Zillard wants the world and Izzy wants all the souls he's collected released. But there is a lot more happening in the background and Izzy and Zillard are getting hot for each other. Great writing but I was mostly confused.

I really enjoyed this book. I thought it touched on some difficult subjects well but be aware that there are trigger situations that won’t be for everybody. I thought the book was well written and the story and characters were well developed. I loved the character personalities and seeing the relationship dynamics develop and evolve. The story was dark and full of suspense, intrigue, emotion and hot chemistry. I look forward to future books in this series. I’d highly recommend this book!!

The storyline is interesting and unique. It is a short well written read with wonderful characters. This is the story of Zillard Dark, half sex demon and powerful warlock. His story is so captivating that you can’t stop reading. It ends on a cliffhanger which really disappoints me because I wanted more. I can not wait to see what happens. It is a fantastic read that you will love!!!

Is the hole world such an evil place? One demon thinks so and has made his mission to prove that to the "Good God Above", one soul at a time. But this time he has picked the wrong soul because one apparently innocent girl is about to try to prove him wrong.
Now this is a great plot line. And Ana Calin world building and great characters just add to that.
If you want to see how the story will unfold you will definitely have to read it.

Izzy makes the greatest of sacrifices and submits herself to the demon, Zillard. These two couldn't be more different...or are they? Magic, doubts, and passion abounds in this first book. I can't wait to see what happens between these two who seem to be at opposite ends!

This well-written storyline is very descriptive as are the main characters. The author creates visuals for the reader, making this book engaging and entertaining. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

I am going to write just this one review on what has become a duet. This is a wonderfully crafted tale and as with many of Ana's books, you have to love the anti-hero.
