I couldn’t finish this book. I have to say I don’t trust most of the reviews on Amazon anymore because over half gave this 5 stars. The main character was so weak and annoying and didn’t like the POV is was written in.

Should have been called 'Liana's Sexual Awakening' because that was the only thing going on!
Other than that, the tone and characters was pretty YA.
Wasn't a bad read, just rather shallow and unsophisticated.

Always great to find a new writer who writes a book you like.
Liana her dream is going to the Fae Academy and she made it. But when she has her finally test a blood test it is discovered she has dark blood too.
So she isn’t allowed to go to the Fae academy with the light magic, but instead she has to go on a mission at the dark fae academy to earn a place some day at the light academy. The headmaster blackmails her with her family who also don’t know they have dark blood in their veins.
At the dark academy Liana didn’t expect to make friends at all, so doing the mission is tearing her apart. Especially since she has met Lukos the hot panther shifter, Sadris a dragon-shifting powerhouse and Tegan a corrupt daemon.
All three men make her hot and wanting them in a different way while she figures out how to even use her magic.
With the help of an evil ancestor she finally is able to use her magic, but is she willing to pay the price?
For the answer on that you have to read the book.
You won’t regret it if you like a book with magic, shapeshifters, trust, friendship, action, evil, humour and a reverse harem romance.
Hopefully there will be more books in this series.

Amazing!
This book started out a little slow but quickly picked up. The heroine seemed weak in the beginning. As the book progressed, I realized the heroine was anything but weak.
The relationships between Liana, Lukos, Sadris, and Teagan were hot and complicated! There was an erotic twist and it caught me by surprise.
This book was different than the other books I've read about Fae. I enjoyed reading Fae's Academy: A Why Choose Academy Romance. I hope Anorra Wilson continues this story.

A hot panther-shifter, a dragon-shifting powerhouse, and a corrupt daemon- sounds like the start of a bad joke but actually it’s the start of a fantastic read! A fantastic full-length reverse-harem with super steamy love scenes, great romance, a dark fae academy, mystery and great characters you will not want this to end!

Should have a trigger warning
All in all the book was okay. A lot of sex, only a little plot line. I have a major problem with this book. SPOILER ahead that will reveal trigger. Towards the later half of the book, one of h basically blackmails the H into have sex with him. For me this is essentially rape. Yes she gets into it later during the scene, but its not okay to condone the behavior. Can’t understand why anyone would be okay with this or why the H would continue with this relationship. I won’t be continuing with the series as way to much ick factor for me.

A few of any kind is not the same...dark and light, two different sides of the same coin.
When faced with no alternative, a girl is forced to go to another school to protect herself and her family. What she finds, may blow her mind. The writing as always pulls you into the world she has created for you with vibrant characters.

Liana had worked hard to get where she was and now she could barely contain her enthusiasm.
She wasn't sure what just happened but something was definitely off.
When she was approached by three large men the man in front spoke simply telling her to follow them.
Liana couldn't wrap her head around why she was there or what was wrong with her or even more importantly her family.
Nothing was going how she imagined and now everything that mattered to her were in danger she didn't have a choice but to agree.
She had to act as if nothing was different that everything was okay but it wasn't far from it and her family wanted to celebrate her success.
Liana had notices the woman as she came towards her, she calmly told her many things the fact she felt her and belong somewhere differently.
Stone-heart was quite an impressive sight where Liana was quickly introduced to the head mistress who explained about the school, her schedule.
The thought she'd be bullied for being not enough on one hand and to much on the other.
Now her roommate Rhi may not have the best influence on her but time will only.
Soon Liana's being tutored by Sadris which dearly hopes will help.
Things were beginning to make her uncomfortable something was going on people were acting weird towards her.
The only thing she could think this was Lukos fault he did something but he insisted that wasn't the case he had nothing to do with the rumors.
however much he seemed to perturb her there was something else there as well and she was more than willing to see just how far he'd go.
Liana never meant to deceive or hurt anyone but she'd been pushed in a corner and now the only thing was to be honest with Lukos,Sadris and Tegan.
Apparently not one to do anything half measured in for a penny in for a pound.
When the weird just gets weirder Liana most fugue out how to save them all before its to late.

Power. But at what cost? Liana has grown up in a family that has little or no magic, they don’t even have wings. Her goal was to get into the Fae Academy for Light Magic and spent her school years towards obtaining that goal. She has high marks and glowing references from her school and teachers, and believes she is a shoe in. But on the day of blood testing, it is shown she has dark fae blood, has to go to the academy for dark fae, and the headmaster of the light fae academy blackmails her into spying for him or her family will be hurt. When she gets to her new school she immediately makes a friend of her roommate but several of the guys make fun of her, pull pranks on her, and embarrass her with the rest of the students. And she can’t do magic. She even has to have after hours help from a student but she welcomes it because he’s hot. She keeps seeing a lady dressed in dark clothes who fore tells she will be a powerful fae. Liana will learn that she has auspicious ancient relatives and she will be imbued with powerful dark magic. But will she let the dark magic take over and endanger her friends and now three lovers, or will the light fae inside her balance the dark so that she can do good? Liana was all set and prepared to enter the Light Fae Academy. They took her blood and the vial changed…she was informed it meant she had dark fae in her. They made a bargain with her…attend the Stoneheart Academy (Dark Fae) and spy for the Lights. Otherwise, they would arrest her family and her. So, she agreed. When she arrived at the Dark Fae Academy, she was in for a shock. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The stories of the Great Divide differed with each school. She keeps seeing a woman around that only she can see who promises her she is the most powerful fae…so, she goes from being a nobody with no friends, to someone with three guys and a best friend. She has become wicked and wanton~ She has no clue what is going on with her…when suddenly the three guys and her are in a private room and cannot stop having relations…it will all become clearer…and the price they have to pay is too much…can she stop this? What is going on? Who exactly is this woman? I received this via Booksprout and am leaving a voluntary review.

This book is definitely not what I expected. I enjoyed it until it got to the very explicit scene (not my type of book). I did finish the book so I could give a review.
I wasn't a big fan of Liana, she was bullied by others and didn't fight back, It made her weak in my opinion.
The story starts out with Liana going to a college to finish her acceptance, but when they check her blood they discover she is dark blood. The only way to save her family is to spy on the dark blood school. Once she gets to the dark blood school she realizes that they aren't the bad guys like she was taught growing up. I wont say anymore, you'll have to read it if you want to find out what all happens.
I gave the book 3/5 stars because I wish she would have taken the spying this a bit further. In the whole book, 18 chapters, it talked about it maybe 5 or 6 times and it was brief each time. Seeing as how the story is about her spying on the school to save herself and her family I feel like it wasn't really about that (I'm having a hard time explaining what I mean).

Having always known she was a light Fae, Liana was excited to get into the Fae Academy -- until a blood test indicated she had dark Fae blood too! She will have to instead attend Stoneheart Academy (for the Dark Fae) and deal with Lukos (a sexy panther shifter), Sadris (a powerful dragon-shifter), and Tegan (a corrupt daemon) while trying to learn magic and try to survive in the dark Fae environment, afraid of the bullying that was sure to come. She also keeps seeing a woman who apparently only she can see. The woman tells her she is the most powerful Fae. And things start to change, especially with her behavior! Who is this woman? What is happening to her and why?
Exciting book with a good story line to keep the reader interested! There is a mystery here, however! Grab your copy and see what might be going on while Liana tries to figure out where she belongs in all this mess!

A really interesting read! I've read fae books before, but none like this. Liana is a light fae determined to get into Vancast Academy. Her magic was sure to show itself once she got in. Her life was about to change... Just not in the way she expected. Turns out she's not a light fae, but dark?! Something neither she or her family even knew! The headmaster cruelly puts her in a no win situation.... Attend the dark fae academy and report what she learns, or her family would suffer. What choice does she have? What she never expected was to truly become who she was meant to become. Finally feeling herself for the first time in her life. She meets an interesting cast of characters, and stumbled into a unique mystery. Great start to a new series!

Wow, what a great book, I just loved it.
I was not expecting to love it so much, Liana is a gae thatvjust wants to go to the best school possible and studies her whole life for it but then they make her the last test,a blood test and she fails. Now she must do what they tell her or her family pays the price. But in the brigth side, she gets to know 3 very sexy guys. Two shifters and a Deamon. Sooo good. And sh has a best friend, a sucubus. We hav magic, lies, ancient stories that migth not be just stories!

I liked this take on the magic academy genre. The light and dark factions are very interesting and I like that Liana has a little of both in her. She is a weak heroine at the start but progresses as the book does. I'm glad her harem contains of mix of the different species from the dark side. And I think it's interesting how her powers progress in regards to her guys. I am however a little disappointed that Rhi isn't in her harem. I'm hoping she joins in the next book!

Holy shiznet!!! This is a gr8 way to start a series. Imagine finding out that you're not a full light fae, that you actually have dark fae blood. Then to save your family, you're forced to go to the dark fae college and spy on them. Now add in a quirky, new friend and 3 hot guys. I can't wait to read the next story. I recommend this read. 5 Thumbs up

This book was excellent. It was well written and the characters and story were both well developed. I loved the characters individual personalities and how their relationship dynamics developed and evolved through the book. The book was action packed and full of twists and turns. It had suspense, emotion, intrigue, hot chemistry and romance. I’d highly recommend this book and look forward to future books from this author!!

Liana applies to attend the Light Fae Academy and when they test her blood everything changes. Now she is supposed to spy for the Light Academy while attending the Dark Academy because she has dark fae blood. She learns a lot while at the Dark Academy and finds her magic when she thought she was a very weak fae. I really liked reading this book. It was a fast paced and action packed book. I think this book as potential, but lacks information. It says no cliffhanger's, but we don't know what happens at the end. What did Arthur do do? What did the council decides? There is a lot we don't know in the story. We do see Liana having to grow up quick to survive. We see the intermingling of the boys. I would like to have seen more about the characters instead of sex scenes taking most of the read. Overall I think this book could be a really good read.

Overall I liked this story and it has the potential to be a 5 star. I would have liked more of a back story and less focus on the sex. There is a way to do it where the sex scenes are not the main point of the story - I just think they are overkill at times. The core story line is such a good one and this word can really be built up but all we get in book 1 is surface characters and sex. I'm giving it 3 stars because of its potential and hoping Book 2 developes the characters more

This is a fascinating story about Liana who was looking forward to attending the Fae Academy for Light Magic but when she has her blood test it had shown that she has Dark Fae blood so now all of Liana’s dreams come crashing down, the headmaster of the academy of the Light blackmails Liana to spy for him or he will hurt her family. That’s all I’m going to give you guys but this is a fantastic read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

I absolutely LOVE this book! Hopefully there is a second book! Everything is so well written and all of the guys are interesting. The plot is interesting and engaging, the main character is relatable. She isn't the snarky, know it all that the main female usually are and that's very good for me. It makes this book much more relatable.

Fae's Academy by Annora Wilson is an amazing story that I have had the privilege to read. I loved reading this story very much and can not wait to see what this amazing author will write next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about panther shifters, dragon shifters, fae, fantasy and paranormal romances.
