Leider gab es für mich in diesem Buch absolut nichts Neues. Mir würden direkt 3 andere einfallen mit einer tieferen Materie. Ich dachte hier würde es tatsächlich mehr um Wissenschaft auch gehen, anstatt nur positive Mantra. Da les ich lieber zum vierten Mal Miracle Morning. Dabei kann ich auch positiv bleiben.
Un libro que pensé que era de coaching de Psicología Positiva. Pero cuando vi era una mezcla de tema dando más énfasis a la Psicología de la Manipulación o “Dark Psychology”. Creo que se puede leer algo mejor.
No creo que haya centrado mucho en el tema de la psicología positiva, pero la aportación sobre manipulación y otros temas ha resultado muy útil igualmente

Das Buch ist sehr „einfach“ geschrieben und sehr angenehm zu lesen. Es werden einige interessante Themen angesprochen, jedoch leider nur sehr oberflächlich und vieles wird mehrmals wiederholt.😕

Futhermore the book "How to stop worry and start living" if you truly want to understand what anxiety means and what you can to think better and live better.
Ich hatte mir mehr von diesem Werk versprochen. Zu Beginn gab es 1-2 Dinge, die ich sehr interessant fand und selber weiter recherchiert habe. Das Buch ist mir einfach zu oberflächlich und vor allem der Manipulations- Teil zu viel Bla Bla, ohne wirkliche Tiefe. Schade.
