Sapphire and Ace 2: A Dirty South Love Affair
In part one, we saw the budding love develop between Sapphire and Ace, while their siblings tried to figure out what they were doing. They looked over all the obstacles until someone started gunning for them, literally. Ace is trying everything in his power to keep his word and find out who’s behind the hit. The question that’s bothering him is who could want her dead or was she ever the intended target?
Aries has gotten himself in a whole world of mess on his own, and because of it, he and his baby girl, Anni, are sitting up in the hospital, fighting for their lives. The only people that would want to hurt him are nowhere to be found. So, who is really aiming for them?
Topaz has found herself falling for the rude and arrogant Aries, but she tries her best to fight her developing feelings. Can she suppress her feelings and just remain his friend, or will she be his next victim?
Will these couples overcome the obstacles that keep coming their way, or will there be more turmoil in The Dirty South?

Ok
So I didn"t like the way Yanna wa potrayed. Aries cheated on herwuth multiple women, got a girl pregnant, and no on understood how she felt. Nah....I wasn't with that. Aries never took responsibility for his part in all of this. In a way she had a right to be bitter and scorned. I hate she ran to Markel and I definitely hate she left. I also hate she apologized...da hell. I get Aries and Topaz were good together, but the disrespect Aries had towards her didn't sit right with me. Like dude, you are the reason she is this way. Aries calling het selfish and then the daughter calling Topaz mom at the end was too much. Ok read

Disrespectful
Ok so what part of disrespectful did the author not get in the story. The men referred to the women as b's constantly. Aries was a whole add hole and treated women like carp and they act like Hanna was wrong. Did they forget that the step mom was the side chick before their mother died. They girls seem really immature always trying to fight. I just didn't think the book was well written. The crazy ex's seemed more like bosses then the Ace and Aries.

Like The Sweet Morning Dew I Took One Look At You And It Was Plain To See You Were My Destiny
I'm glad that Ace and Sapphire and Aries and Topaz came out on top together. I was very shocked how Fisk switched up on them to help Penny. It's crazy what Penny did to Tee and his mom who was her own cousin and aunt. I hate Iyanna made the selfish decision to leave Ianni for Aries and Topaz to raise. I can't wait to read about the wedding.

Great read
This was a great ending to book 1. All storylines wrapped up with no lingering questions. Ace and Sapphire and Topaz and Aries all got their HEAs. Only complaint: I thought it was a weird that both sisters would fight before blinking if another female called them a “B”. However, they didn’t bat an eye when their own dude refer to them as “my B”.

Loving everything about this series from the storyline to the characters. Ace and Aries met their match with the Black sisters. Topaz and Aries are hilarious together. Loved how she accepted Aries for who he is. The Destiny Child references was funny. Definite recommendation and would love more from this crew.

Sapphire and Topaz are not to be played with, they don’t care who they check you in front of ! I love the Black siblings bond especially Onyx jr. The way he told Ace & Aries the girls were their problems i was ctfu ! 🤣 I’m kinda upset Iyanna couldn’t coparent but I guess Ianni is better off without her.

Man I can knock Aries out and I didn't like how her carried Hanna. Yes was allowed it a lot but still. That dang Penny needs the 10th floor on the psych ward. Sapphire and Ace were so cute I like him for her. Good read!!

I'on know why people can't just walk away. If they don't want you anymore just go. Instead you got folks that either wants to kill you or who you want to be with. Penny had to be the craziest out of them all though. Somebody should've gotten a check for her ages ago.

Thankful that topaz is able to help Aries with his daughter. So sad that iyanna couldn't accept and co-parent with ace. I love the relationship everyone has. I am happy that ace and sapphire is getting married..
