Consolidation of all those ideas which makes oneself successful.

Trigger high performance is highly recommended for those who really wants to be successful in life. This book list all those traits which oneself should have to become successful.

Excellent, practical strategies based on brain science to improve performance. Well organized and full of examples for how anyone can apply to their life.
