The authors of the Twisted Steel anthology have decided to come back with a second edition. They heard how much you loved it and listened to the readers. But, that’s not all. A few new faces have been added as well. These USA Today and International Bestsellers have collaborated once again to bring you brand new biker stories that’ve never been published before. A combination of full-length novels and novellas are within the pages of this edition. A couple of these authors have written about characters in their clubs you already adore, while others are launching a brand new series. Each story takes place in a separate club, but you can always count on copious amounts of danger, suspense, angst but most of all – chemistry. We ask you again: will these men and women put everything on the line for their brotherhood, or will they risk it all for love?
This collection includes stories from Nicole James, Dani René, April Canavan, Elizabeth Knox, Addison Jane, Claire Marta & Nia Farrell, E.C. Land, Erin Osborne, Amy Davies, Kristine Allen, Chelle C. Craze & Eli Abbott, Claire Shaw, Rae. B Lake, & Scarlett Black
Elizabeth Knox is a USA Today Bestselling romance author who specializes in romantic suspense, and dark romance. She’s well-known for her intense page-turning motorcycle clubs, and sinister dark mafia books.
While Elizabeth loves to write, she is an avid reader as well, who reads a mixture of genres. She lives on a farm with her husband in the northeastern United States with her rescue animals. When she isn’t working, you can find her horseback riding, riding ATVs, or out on the farm with her animals.
10 Stories in this Anthology and I think they were all about average but if the point of these is to find new readers and entice them to an author backlist or coming SOON stories, almost all of them failed in that by not including enough info to drag a reader where they wanted them to go.
Becoming Vexx by Rae B. Lake. 2.5 Stars. This story sets up the Eve's Fury MC. An all girl MC club with a mission of righting domestic violence wrongs. There was no romance in this story it was all world building back story. I liked it but I'm not convinced it'll make a good MC series. I think the author doesn't have a real good grasp of Vexx. She didn't have a real sense of self for the character she needed to be. Additionally, I'm not a fan of glossing over the repercussions of killing people, like nobody investigates when people go missing or when you have a reputation for being the reason people go missing. This story is clearly setting up for the Eve's Fury MC series but it ends without any info on when the first book is coming or even links to any other prior books for the author. Big marketing fail, IMO. This was the last story in the anthology.
Twisted Fate by Scarlett Black. 2.5 Stars. This is a prequel to Betting on Forever which is the story about how Alessia falls in love with Blade. THIS story is about how Alessia is betrayed and falls out of love with Hawk. It's nothing but insecurity and cheating and depressing. There is no romance in this story. Apparently we will get Hawk's story in an upcoming book. I would have given less stars to this story because it's not a romance and I would never have picked this up to read on it's own.... but to my surprise, I'm not sure I would be adverse to finding out how much Hawk has grown and see how his new romance turns out.
Fierce Love by Claire Shaw. 2 Stars. I'm not sure where this book fits into her backlog but this book is about overcoming trauma but also lands on a cliffhanger with no info about when or where the next part might be found. This is another short story that suffers from lack of timeline. There are allusions to times before when they were together and she has had his kid (although there is no way to know exactly how old that kid is) so I was very, very confused about the Monster she lived with and how that all came about for her to be separated from Joker. None of this book made sense to me.
Alluring Allies by Elizabeth Knox and E.C. Land. 2.5 Stars. I was very confused by the purpose of this crossover story in this anthology. Stoney and Boss are not compatible. Stoney is a legit chauvinist at the least, misogynist is more likely. He has no respect for Boss at all. Boss knows he has no respect for her and based on her personality, sleeping with someone that has so little respect for her was such a ridiculous thing to do I just could not fathom it. But to do it twice and once as a f/f/m threesome in his office? Blah. No. Just. No. Boss is also in love with Cowboy. So when we get to the cliffhanger for this one I was left trying to understand where this relationship and problem could possibly go. Then the authors leave this message:
So, with no HEA even intended...this is just dramalama for the next 18+ years. It goes without saying that this is not a romance and there was no romance. I'm not intrigued by this.
Reckless Angles, part two by Amy Davis. 2.5 Stars. This was a part 2? I don't know where part 1 is but I didn't realize it was a part 2 until I started this review and read the title more carefully. I'm guessing part 1 explains how they ended up in bed together with no memory of the time there. This the first story that actually finishes without a cliffhanger for the couple. It does kick start the next book but that is what these stories should do. AND it informs us the story will be out this year. All better marketing than any of the previous stories in this anthology so far. That kicked it up a half star.
That said, unfortunately this book has 12 chapters and it's not until chapter 8 that Rip is even remotely likable. While he steps up, getting there is difficult and hurtful. It left me with a bad impression of Rip. I didn't find this book sexy or a lot of chemistry and worse, I don't think that Rip would have been with Indie if she hadn't gotten into the problem she had.
The next book seems like it will be a good one.
Torn Between by Dani Rene. 2.5 Stars. This book is another cliffhanger that stops in a weird place with a lot of loose ends and questions hanging, like all annoying cliffy's. And again, no info on when or if the next part will be available. Seemed like an interesting start with some twists and turns and secrets to understand. However, again, although there was kissing, both MC's don't really have any screen time where I felt all the chemistry I needed to for the story to end where it did. Instead I felt like Syren was much, much too immature to embark on any type of HEA relationship. She's heading off to college at the cliffy away from Shadow which is time she definitely needs to grow up, I'm not sure that she will actually get it in the next book. Finally, that an 18 year old girl could be considered the President of any Motorcycle Club is laughable. Ruined all the credibility and no amount of suspended disbelief could get me past that.
Slaying Camille by Chelle C. Craze. 2.5 Stars. This book is another cliffhanger that stops in a weird place with a lot of loose ends and questions hanging. And again, no info on when or if the next part will be available. I didn't like Slayer. He's a judgmental tool when we first meet him and I never shook that off. We don't get to see how he reacts when he realizes how Camille has been making her own way, yet. I imagine that will be coming and I don't know how that's going to go well. This story has an interesting premise but it didn't capture enough of my curiosity for more before it cut off.
Lost Creek MC, Book 1 by Nia Farrell. 3 stars. This was a good introduction to an apocalyptic future US story that again, ended on a cliffhanger with no information about when the next part will be available. That easily brings it down .5 star just like the two stories prior to this one in the anthology.
The story is pretty straightforward although there seems to be a lot of swirling chaos coming in the next book. Adrienne is a sub but also a feisty heroine and Book is a stoic Dom. This has paranatural overtones and heaps of native american symbolism and practices used and described through the book. Adrienne is clearly the daughter of MC's from an earlier series or duet but I hadn't read it. I was still able to keep up. No big huge plot holes that were left dangling in the unknown from those books as far as I could tell. What fell flat was the chemistry and sex scenes. For a Dom and Sub into discipline and pain, the erotic parts of this book didn't really get very steamy. They were graphic but I wasn't brought into it as much as think this relationship demanded. For people with the intertwined past and present they have I didn't feel the connection like I should have.
Vault's Loss by Erin Osborne. 2 Stars. Another start to a book that ends on a cliffhanger at a weird place. I'm going to warn up front that the HMC has sex with other women even though he believes himself hopelessly in love with the h. And, she catches him with his pants down or other compromising positions more than once. I know a lot of readers won't like that at all. The h is 17 during all of this; the H is early 20's as far as I can tell.
First, this one leaves out a lot of pertinent information as well which I don't understand. If the author is going to start at the beginning, than do the whole beginning. Instead we start with a terrible tragedy and then skip ahead what must be months but considering how well adjusted Annabelle is, it seems like years. But since she was just changing schools that implies weeks. IDK what is going on with the timeline? What happened to her parent’s estate? How did she end up living where she’s living with strangers? Then the other tragedy happens to Vault and I just could never get a handle on the time line. Did Vaults tragedy happen after Annabelles? Did it happen the same night, IDK? What happened to the men that night after she was found? Maybe all of that is in an earlier book in the Phantom Bastards but that doesn't do me any good since I haven't read them.
Next, we don’t see any romance between Annabelle and Vault in this book. They apparently had some great time together (still can't tell how much, weeks? Months? IDK!!!) and that confuses the timeline with the tragedy for Vault even more. If it happened around the same time as Annabelle’s, why is he spinning out of control now? If it happened later, why were those guys still around after they found Annabelle? Why does it seem like Annabelle didn't know Hound? ARG. The timeline kills me, but, whatever, they spend enough time together that Annabelle is hopelessly devoted even if she is realistic about where the relationship is right now.
Finally, this is another book that ends without any information about when the second part will be available.
Rein by Addison Jane, 3 Stars. I was totally into this book. I would have given more stars to this story because I was legitimately sucked into the story that cut off in a hell of a cliffy when I least expected it. I could live with that if there was any info on when the rest of the book would be available. Instead it pushed the reader to the first book in a series that I have no idea if it's connected to this world or not. I was beyond annoyed by that bit of marketing. Had there been any hint of a release date for the second part of this story, I would have given this 3.5 stars at least and up to this point there hadn't even been any sex. I hope the rest of this anthology doesn't follow the same way.
I'll keep adding to this review as I finish each story.
REIN ADDISON JANE CLUB GIRL DIARIES NOVELLA BROTHERS BY BLOOD MC

This book is sad and tragic but I can't wait to read where it ends up.

ALLURING ALLIES DEVIL'S RIOTS ORIGINALS AND IRON VEX MC CROSSOVER ELIZABETH KNOX AND EC LAND
Oh goodness Stoney and Boss. What a freakin epic pair! Boss is tough as nails and Stoney as arrogant as they come. They clash more than they get along and I'm guessing it just may work for them in one way or another. They're both alpha personalities and each of them give as good as they get. It's gonna be quite an adventure to see where this goes.
FIERCE LOVE A SONS OF HAVOC NOVELLA CLAIRE SHAW
This book has definitely left me wanting more! Carrie has been through the ringer and now that she's finally back with Joker she's slowly getting back to her old self. When things go sideways for the guys on their way back home from a run and Wire, Sons of Havocs tech guru is taken Carrie has to step up and put to work everything Wire taught her.
TWISTED FATE A BATTLE BORN MC PREQUEL SCARLETT BLACK
This story just killed me. Never have I ever grieved a couple the way I grieve for Hawk and Alessia. They have been together forever and one extremely stupid choice has messed it all up! It's completely unbelievable that after all the years they've been together it came down to this.
BECOMING VEXX AN EVE'S FURY MC PREQUEL RAE B LAKE
Eve's Fury is going to be a great new addition to the world of MC's. Vexx has had a belly full of abusive men and her along with the rest of the women are about to set the world on fire to be rid of those abusers.
Twisted Steel Anthology: Second Edition was well worth the wait! You get a combination of biker stories from authors that we love, with a couple of new ones. Each story had romance, passion, danger, suspense, violence and intrigue with enough drama to wet your appetite surrounding raw alpha men and the sexy women who capture their hearts in this anthology by a group of amazing story tellers such as Dani Rene, Addison Jane, Erin Osborne, Amy Davies, Chelle C..Craze & Eli Abbot and Claire Shaw. Their collaboration in the Twisted Steel Anthology is outstanding and will attract and hold your interest. If you love MC genre, then this collection will thrill you.
Here is a sample of a few:
Snow's Addiction by Kristine Allen
Kristine Allen is a new author for me, the characters and storyline was well written, one that will captivate you from beginning to end. The interaction between Snow, Pres of the Demented Sons and his meeting with Hailey was full of steamy moments with plenty a lot of drama and emotion thrown. These two characters had much to overcome as they both have experienced the pain of losing someone they loved, but with all of the twists and turns, Snow's Addiction is a must read. Snow and Hailey's journey together was heartfelt and full of passion. Can't wait to read more about these two.
Wyatt by Rae B. Lake
Outstanding!!!! The Boys of Djinn MC are back with gusto as you follow the dramatic journey between Wyatt and Dela when she is rescued by Wyatt from the horrors of her past. This story was full of passion, intrigue and angst with added twists and turns throughout the story leaving you on edge as Wyatt and his brothers are now dealing with an unknown evil cult that is threating and targeting women. The more time Wyatt is with Dela protecting her, they begin a passionate emotional adventure together. Can he keep his promise to protect her or will the evil leader who wants Dela once again take her away? Will the Boys of Djinn MC save Dela and end this cult or will they discover that this cult is widespread. Was the leader taken out or will he come back to reek havoc once again. These brothers who make up the Djinn MC are raw, gritty and passionate alpha men whose one task is to save and protect the innocent. Can't wait for the next book in this series to see what is heading their way.
The Biker's Second Chance by Nicole James
This story will take you on a hell of a heartfelt ride as Green and Sara are reunited at their high school reunion after being separated for 20 years . When they finally see each other , all of the passion and desire they had in their youth will emerge full blown as adults when they are joined together at last. As they spend a whirlwind weekend together, they confess the love they had for each other never died. Can they recapture what they have found once again or will the new life they forged for themselves get in the way? Can they honor the pact they made all those years ago to be together or will life separate them once again?
Erotic by Elizabeth Knox was a short prequel of what is heading our way with the Sons of Gods MC when Callista leaves home as she gets a job at a bar frequented by the Sons of Gods MC with the hope of finding her father Zeus for much needed answers. You will become engrossed with each one of these sexy, badass alpha men who make up the Sons of Gods MC.
Breaking Storm by E.C. Land is the start of the Tennessee Chapter of the DRMC. What happens when 18 year old Storm who has been in love with Blow for years tries to get him in a position to be with her finally. Blow has done everything he could to keep his distance and is determined to push her away as he wants more for her as he feels he isn't what she needs. The chemistry and passion between them finally erupts after a night together and Blow has to break Storm's heart. Now we are left with one hell of a cliffhanger as a secret comes out. Will these two be together or will Blow finally know what heartbreak means?
Twisted Luck by Scarlett Black is a fast paced romance story about Cowboy and Angie. When these two meet and have one wild night of passion together at Jazz's wedding, neither one will realize the journey the are about to venture. Can he commit to Angie when she tells him her news or will he have to face his past and deal with the pain and issues that drove him away from his old club in Ely. Can he finally make the commitment to be Battle Born and start a new life with Angie?
Hell's Fury by Claire Marta and Nia Farrell will take you on a paranormal journey about gargoyles, fae and other shapeshifters surrounding this larger than life Hell's Fury biker club. This story had so much angst, chaos , violence and passion between Quake and Magenta's relationship that is full of steamy sensual moments. Quake has always been drawn to erotic dancer Magenta who also works at the brothel but she comes at a high price until one night he saves her from being attacked. The passion and chemistry between them is explosive, as they both confess they want each other, but can they be together or will circumstances stand in the way? When she is targeted and kidnapped by the MC club made up of Jackals once again, she will enter a world full of violence, mayhem and abuse. Will Quake and his brothers find her in time? Will she be able to heal or will her life take a different path leaving Quake behind. Now Quake is on a course to get her back. Now we are left with one hell of a cliffhanger as we have to wait for the next book!!!!
I highly recommend Twisted Steel Anthology, if you love your bikers who are sexy and live life on the edge and the women who will tame them. This set of outstanding raw passionate stories is a must read!!!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I love anthologies. They're the perfect way to sample several authors before buying their books. This collection had some great stories. But I was really excited for the collaboration between EC Land and Elizabeth Knox. I'm looking forward to reading more from all the authors. A must have for lovers of MC romance!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Elizabeth, E.C., Rae, Erin, Addison, Janine, KE, Nicola, Erin, and Jessa as always your writing is amazing and I can't wait for more. Heather, Dani, April, Claire, Nia, Zara, Amy, Chelle, Jewelz, H.J., Claire, Kristine and Jessica I loved your stories and will be checking out more of your writing very soon.
If You Love MC Stories This Anthology Is For You!!
This anthology is packed full of some of the best MC authors I’ve read. With that said a few of these stories left me needing more now!! All that means is that these stories were so good I need more of the story. These stories left me feeling totally involved with the stories told. I love the drama, alpha men with their bikes, the women in their lives along everything in between.
You're lucky to have all of these fantastic MC authors in one book. You won’t go wrong with this anthology which I highly recommend.
Twisted Steel is a box set of MC stories. Each story is about a different MC with sexy alpha males and strong beautiful women. The stories are well written and the characters are well developed. Some of my favorites from this anthology are Mindi's Promise by Elizabeth Knox, Faith's Tears by E.C. Land, Healing Her Heart by Dani Rene, and Savage by Claire Marta & Nia Farrell. I definitely recommend reading anthologies because not only do you get to read some of your favorite authors you also get to find new to you authors at the same time. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this anthology.
My reviews are for Mindi's promise by Elizabeth knox, Healing her heart by Dani Rene, Alex by Rae B. Lake and Deliver us from evil by Janine Bosco Infante. Wow! These books are by my favorite, go to authors that I know will never disappoint. Action, adventure, drama, MC, sexy men and beautiful women roll in to one. This anthology in itself was awesome and just a taste of the deliciousness to come. I can't wait!
Each story in this anthology will grab your attention and have you invested in the characters. Rae B. Lake's contribution of Wyatt kept me on the edge of my seat in suspense and sinfully thrilling heat. I loved reading this anthology and look forward to having some of these becoming (hopefully) full length novels.
I have read all of Rae's WOD series & spin-off's up to this point & can't wait for more.
I really loved this look back in time to show how Alex became Prez & how he met his Laura. Right from the start they just totally fit. This little snipet into the Wings of Diablo world is awesome, if you haven't read any yet, do yourself a favor & get started. Awesome writing as always Rae.
What an outstanding collection by a variety of really great authors! I bought the first 2 editions, so of course I needed to buy #3. Some are prequels to new books, all have hot, alpha men wh a loyal to the club and the women they love. All have strong, independent women, tons of sizzle and steam, action, drama, and more. Well worth the read and the $1 to buy the book.
Addison Jane. This was such a good story to start this anthology off! Asher and Phee are definitely a story that I need the rest of! There are so many layers to both of them, they come from crappy situations and there's so much to learn!
Vault’s Loss by Erin Osborne. This one was so different than the last. Vault and Annabel are a tale that you tell your grandkids about, but we didn't get the full story for that. They both lost so much, but Vault is a dick and may have ruined their relationship. I'm really curious to see where Erin takes us with these two! Sounds like there is so much more to come!
Book by Nia Farrell. First, the title had me perplexed, but I LOVE how different this book was!!! One, I love that this is set in the future and a little bit like post-apocalyptic MC. Book and Adrienne were great characters. We really got a pretty complete story with these two. I couldn't really ask for more!
Slaying Camille by Chelle C Craze. When we first got introduced to Lilly/Camille I was super curious about her past, then when Chelle threw us Slayer I was even more curious! There is definitely more to be told about these two and I can't wait for more!! I really hope Slayer can help Camille live her life again.
Torn Between by Dani Rene. I LOVED the action in this book! It was definitely the most action based and I'm dying for more. I LOVE Shadow and Syren so much. There were tons of layers to this story and Dani wrote it so perfectly. It's the perfect segue to whatever comes next.
Reckless Angels MC by Amy Davies. This story was a little more fun, which I really liked. Rip was definitely your stereotypical MC guy and Indie was the opposite of a bunny. The big surprise in this was so awesome, and I loved where it took Indie and Rip. Add in Austin and we had a really good story. I definitely want to read more about the brothers!
Alluring allies by Elizabeth knox and ec land. YESSSSSSS. I've been dying to know more about Boss. We got a little clue about this book in Bet On Me, and I've been dying to know more. Then we got some of the Devil's Riot guys. I haven't had a chance to read EC yet and now I definitely have to! This was definitely a favorite of mine. There are many twists and turns and we got the perfect amount of story to reallllly suck us in! I NEED MORE!
Fierce Love by Claire Shaw. This was definitely another favorite for me. Joker and Carrie definitely have a story that hasn't been completely told. Seeing Carrie's past catch up to her was super sad, but she isn't taking it laying down. This girl is FIERCE and I just HAVE to know what's going to happen next!!!
Twisted Fate by Scarlett Black. This was another story with seem layers. It wasn't my favorite, because it wasn't an HEA, but we definitely need to know more about this group! Alessia and Hawk had an interesting start, but I'm sure this isn't the last we see of them.
Becoming Vexx by Rae B Lake. And this one was my third favorite. I LOVE strong female leads Lana turned Vexx, was definitely that!! I'm really curious to see if we get more from Maino and the other MCS. Eve's Fury is the best MC name and I was sooo excited to see this MC take shape!
Mindi’s Promise: Mindi flees her boyfriend after she learns his secrets. She meets Fist in a bar and, after a couple meetups, goes with him. There is a chapter mistake where chapter 7 is a repeat of most of chapter 5 so we are missing some story. The rest of their story will be coming later.
Faith’s Tears: Teen couple Axel and Faith are it for each other until he is hurt and throws her away. Kind of a prequel to Axel’s Promise. Sad ending.
Alex: Alex unexpectedly gets promoted from VP to Prez and has a sharp learning curve. When he comes under attack, he ends up relying on a stranger. Laura is in the wrong place at the wrong time, but willingly helps Alex when she sees he is in trouble. She literally saves his life multiple times and they make an intense connection. And wow, it did not conclude the way I expected.
Healing Her Heart: Wren wanted Beast when she was younger, but was rejected because she was too young. She left the club to escape that rejection, move on, and grow up. Now she is back to deal with a loss and all grown so Beast is done waiting. They are delicious.
Savage Beginnings: Deacon goes to his bar to escape his too quiet house and has an unexpected and violent run in with a girl he has known forever. Alice has always wanted Deacon and she is going to take full advantage of the short time she gets him.
Romeo’s Chains: Brianna flees her abusive husband with their two small kids. While trying to stay under the radar, she meets the Blazing Outlaws, Romeo taking a particular interest. I absolutely love Romeo. Everything he does to prepare for getting his family is crazy. And he just keeps showing up, being there, giving her who he is regularly so she feels safe. And finding out how evil her husband actually is—wow.
End of the Road: Ice finds out his sister has been abused, but she is uncooperative with giving him information on the guy. Lucky for her, the new neighbor Briar comes to her rescue. Briar and Ice are great. He makes her feel safe and happy, she brings him calm. But the bad guy is still around causing issues and threatening Briar and Shy. I wish there had been more consummation on page.
Deliver Us From Evil: Told from several POV. An intro to a new book. Maverick is called by his daughter to rescue her and he takes along some of his men, including Capone. Capone goes the extra mile in dealing with the situation so he will be recruited to a new duty, apparently to be performed in the upcoming book. I have not read any of this series, but I definitely want the first book now—Maverick and Holly’s book.
The High Road: This is the second Malice MC included here, but actually takes place before End of the Road so it is not exactly a surprise that Brix ends up with Akira. There is no mention about doing certain deeds in front of other members in this one like there was in the other story. I like the rescue scene and I liked getting this goofball version of Ice.
Savage: An MM story. Savage is a Daddy dom and happens upon Dub at a town festival being harassed by his cousin and cousin’s friend. They definitely hit it off from the beginning. They are very well-suited and not newbies, though Savage is recently out of the closet. Both have family and ex issues. Dub is assaulted multiple times and in horrific ways. That broke my heart, him knowing the end was coming. Oh my. Dusty, Dub’s cat, is a major character too—and seriously funny.
Greed: I assume this is an intro to another book. There was a lot of poker talk, which I know some will enjoy, but it bored me. The ending is sweet, him wanting the reminder.
Preacher: Pretty much erotica. And good erotica at that. Most assuredly not romance. Preacher lets us know he had an agenda pretty early on, but it takes a while to show us what it is.
Stone’s Obsession: The beginning of a story. Stone’s MC is supposed to kill Reggie, but decide to go against it and save her after he becomes obsessed with her.
A Prospect Year: This is a true slow burn. Lola is building relationships with the MC and people attached to it over his prospect year. He learns a lot more about his family’s history. I really like his realization toward the end about the way those relationships were built by the prospect jobs they made him do. And the very sweet way he put his heart out at the end was so great. Lola is so fun and almost over the top flirty.
Riding Solo: A prequel story. Lara is pretty obnoxious and just does whatever she wants, not worrying about the consequences. Her brother Liam is pretty much the same, just less overtly obnoxious. I don’t think any of them are likable except maybe Lucas. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Smokey: Smokey and Piper have been together since they were teenagers, each other’s true one and only. They are the perfect leaders of their MC family other than the giant secret they are hiding from almost everyone—a secret deal that could bring down the entire MC if they were caught. There are some time jumps here and there. I wish I showed whose POV was being given at the beginning of each chapter. The story is really good and covers over a decade. I guess I kind of wish the time jumps were stated above the start of the new chapter too. It is always stated clearly in the text here, but it is a personal preference of mine.
Meet the Phoenix Boys: Chapter one is Snake remembering the past and preparing to get married. Immense heartbreak in the flashback. Chapter two is Charlotte and the wedding. The sons are sweet. Chapter three is Bishop, knowing he has big feelings for his best friend, but not wanting to risk their friendship by trying for more with her. I am intrigued. This is an intro for a new series.
Casuir: A prequel. Needs more proofreading. The beginnings of the Black Clover MC and what led to their formation. I wish it had some of the actual relationship between Ciara and James.
Kyle: Underground cage fighter Kyle has had feelings for Carissa since he first saw her providing medical care to fighters. She is in debt to the guy training him and running his fights. Now it is time to get them both out from under his thumb. I like Kyle not giving her an out and bringing Brandon along for the ride. I wish there ahead been some more on Emil.
Catching a Buzz: Very low drama—the only real drama happened in the “what might happen” ideas in Amber/Stiletto/Star’s head. Buzz ends up being super sweet and listens to his mom when it’s important. It takes quite a while for Star and Buzz to actually follow their hearts to each other, but things happen pretty quickly after that. I love that she got a good family.

What a huge variety of stories on offer there are available in this anthology. There are hardcore MC clubs involved in all manner of things, set in different time frames including one in 2055 with a really interesting concept of water being like gold. While others being the beginning of a new story to have their full stories developed later which is exciting. Whatever you are looking for it will be in here. I have chosen just a couple or my review would end up like a novel.
Rein by Addison Jane The Brothers By Blood MC in Phoenix has two new members who have transferred from the Montana branch, Bandit and Rein. This is Rein’s story and Phee... Shake’s sister. Hot does not adequately describe Rein... he is the total package and caring as well. Phee is a sweetheart who after a traumatic past is much more resilient than I would be. They make a fabulous couple but whether they will admit that is another thing! This story hooks you in straight away and honestly if you haven’t read any of the other books in the series you could still read this and enjoy it in its entirety but be warned it’s a cliffhanger!
Vault’s Loss by Erin Osborne This is the second generation of the Phantom Bastards MC. Annabell and her parents were ambushed and when her parents were both shot they took her. This is the start of Vault and Annabell’s story. I found the story a bit repetitive at times and this slowed the pace down, while I understand why the author did it, it just seemed a tad stretched out. I would be interested to know what happens in their story though as it seems like Vault is heading into a very dangerous yet exciting situation.
I thoroughly recommend this anthology to everyone who enjoys a hearty MC story.
Excellent MC Anthology. Twisted Steel is made up of 14 MC Romances from 14 different authors, some of who I’ve read before and some new to me - which is always exciting to find. I loved all the storylines and the characters in each. The storylines vary from tragic, haunts from the past, abusive pasts, club wars and so much more. But they all involve alpha men, their clubs and the women they call theirs. The stories were all about the clubs, the brotherhoods and the thrilling, suspenseful lives they lead. Oh and of course there is lots of hot sexy romance going on.
I can’t recommend this collection enough. Some of the stories are parts of ongoing series, some are the start to a series that this reader can’t wait to see where they lead and others are MC crossovers which are always great. One in particular is Alluring Allies. This crossover from Elizabeth Knox and EC Land was outstanding. Stoney and Boss are both Alphas and Prez’s of their respective clubs. When these two get together is fireworks and friction (and not always the good kind). The butt heads and have a great dislike for each other, but when they do get together, watch out for the explosions. The story ends giving us a great glimpse of what to come in their series and this reader can’t wait. But this is just one of the amazing stories in the anthology. If you like thrilling MC action with strong characters and hot romance I highly recommend grabbing up Twisted Steel, MC Anthology, ASAP. You won’t regret it. 2 Thumbs Up and 5 Stars
I loved this anthology and yes, it's easy when Elizabeth Knox's name is attached to it. However, there are some other authors in the anthology that I also enjoy!
Addison Jane introduced new characters from her Club Diaries series. If you haven't read that, GO READ IT!! Wow!! I love Rein and Phee!! And you're going to meet some new members that we're all going to love in upcoming books (Hint! Hint).
Scarlett Black has a prequel offering for those of us that love her Battle Born MC. It's like seeing old friends and remembering they're dysfunctional as heck. We know what happens with Alessia and it sounds like we'll know more about Hawk later. Thank you for reminding us, Scarlett!!
Elizabeth Knox and E.C. Land bring us a story that's been a longtime in the making and the crossover is AWESOME! Lawd, Stoney and Boss are dysfunctional but an immovable force that just won't move away from you. You're stuck waiting to see what happens next. Boy, do you see what happens next. Let's all say a prayer for the future generations!
By the way, Erin Osborne, Rae B. Lake, and Chelle Craze never disappoint. The new authors to me in this anthology have me looking for more of their books.
I received an ARC via Booksprout and am leaving a review. However, I really enjoyed this anthology and purchased it as well.
I’m a true lover of anthologies and especially MC, so I was excited to read this one! Some stories stood out to me maybe more than others, but each one told a different story about MC life and that is one of my favorite genres. I was also introduced to some authors I’ve never read before, and will definitely be reading more by them. While I may have commented on the two below, each one deserves kudos to the authors and I highly recommend this book!
One story that stands out is Torn Between by Dani Rene. Shadow is one hot biker who will rule the MC one day. And Syren is the daughter of a MC President. While these two shouldn’t be together, the chemistry between them is sizzling! While this story is short, it certainly packs quite a bit into it. I’m hoping that this author makes this story into a full length book because I need more! So good!
Another story that I need more of is Rein by Addison Jane. Rein is also known as Asher and he moved to another MC where he is given the job of looking after a Club members sister. Phee has had a very hard life and doesn't need anyone looking after her. But when these two meet, you just know that somehow these two belong together. As I read about their journey, I didn't want this to end. I'm hoping there will be more of Asher and Phee! Loved it!
The stories in this anthology are filled with hot alpha bikers, sassy heroines, splashed with some action, and sprinkled with hot as hell steamy times. I was introduced some new to me authors, and authors that I stalk on the regular. With the new to me authors I was introduced to a whole lot of characters that I can not wait to acquaint myself with, and with those authors I already stalk I was reacquainted with some known characters. Now with this being said there are some very swoon-worthy moments, and lets not forget the moments that will have you clenching your fist in hopes of throat punching a person or two. There are a few that set you up for a series, a few that start a story for a couple, and that one story that answers the questions of what happened, or why didn't they work.
Twisted Steel is perfect for MC lovers everywhere... where else will you get epic MC romances in one place?!
Shadow and Syren have been on my mind since I have finished this hot little number. This little novella is a quick read but it does hold quite a bit of drama, angst and steam between the pages. I am very eager to see what the future will hold for the dark and stormy Shadow and Syren, the MC Princess.
"Frustration blooms like a flower, and the petals are slowly being plucked by Shadow, one by one."
Dani's characters and storyline didn't let us down with her impeccable badass biker boys and the rumble of biker territory angst. She captured it all with her sultry words that flew off the pages within this anthology.
*ARC provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.
This is a fantastic collection of stories and a must-read for anyone who enjoys a good MC romance. I just love anthology's they are a wonderful way to find new authors who write books in your favorite tropes. I thought these were just great books and while I had read books from most of the authors previously there were a couple of new to me authors in this collection. They were all good well-written reads and while I did enjoy one or two a little more than the rest they were all really good books and I would recommend.
This anthology book is full of awesome authors!! I love MC Books and I loved every story in this book. It has hardcore Biker Love and I loved every single second. There is definitely a variety of MC Biker Romance here. I am not going to review every book, but there is something in this Anthology for anyone who loves Alpha Biker Reads!!! There is even a futuristic type of MC Read which was great. Kudos to all the authors on a job well done!!!

TORN BETWEEN (A FALLEN SAINTS MC PREQUEL) BY DANI RENÉ What a great MC story! I can't believe it's the first one by this author! JUST WOW, WOW, WOW! Shadow is the VP of one MC club. Syren is the daughter of Prez of another MC. They "knew" each other when she was still a teen, now she's almost eighteen. Shadow due to some business will come to the other club, and they will meet once again. Sparks will fly! Their connection is sizzling hot! Be ready for them as Shadow and Syren will take you for a ride that is not always obvious! I hope book 1 in this series will come soon enough!
I loved every story that was included in Twisted Steel. I really like MC stories and each one here made me want to read which series it was from or put me on pins and needles waiting for the new series to come out. Every author out did themselves in getting me hooked. After reading it I had to go out and make sure to follow all of the authors who participated in this anthology. If you like MC stories you will love this book❤️❤️

It is in your moment of decision that your destiny is shaped...
MC stories are almost always full of hard core brutality and sexy hot leather clad bikers. This description fits Shadow to a "T". Shadow is the VP and next in line to be the Prez of his MC Club. He has the reputation of being short tempered and savage, definitely not boyfriend material. But he does have a soft spot for Syren. She herself is next in line in her MC Club. Her father being the Prez. Shadow wants to keep her at arm's length, she is too young for him and he is definitely not good enough for her. Also his best friend Talon has his eyes on her.
Syren has a crush on Talon, but it's Shadow that has her all hot and bothered whenever he is around. This novella is a quick read but oh so good. I hope we see more of this story in the future as there is still so much to tell.
Absolutely loved every single story in this anthology!! Authors really outdid themselves. Once I got done with one, there was another one waiting. Full stories, not just pieces like in some anthologies. Love having some of my favorite authors all in one book. Would definitely recommend and hands down 5 stars all around!!

Excellent MC Anthology!! There is 14 amazing MC authors in this book. Some of who I have read before and some new authors to me. Anthology is the perfect way to find new authors.
Rein by Addison Jane: Wow the ending!! I can’t wait for more of Asher and Phee. This was just the beginning of their story and I want more these two.
Scarlett Black gave us the back store of Alessia and Hawk. The reason she left everything behind and went to Reno to start over.
This review is for Alluring Allies, this is the introduction of the story of Stoney and Boss. While I like Stoney, I’m not a fan of Boss. When I read MC stories I prefer a male as an MC prez, not a female. So that alone made it hard for me to like this story. I get Boss has to be a hard core woman but sometimes it was just too much. Also I don’t really go for that swingers thing.
The other story I read was Becoming Vexx. This is a story about women who have been abused and decide to start an MC that helps those type of victims. We get the story of Lana’s transition from being an abuse victim to dishing vengeance out.
